We had a great few days following Hurricane Isaias. Beach and water are fantastic in this location. House has great views and served our family well!

Very nice property, well kept and clean. Everything from booking, to check-in and check-out was simple and smooth. Would recommend this property to anyone who wants to vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the beaches in the busier areas and yet close enough to drive to local resturants and shops.

This was our second visit to this home. We love it! This area is so quiet and peaceful. We loved watching the dolphins in the morning, collecting seashells and boogy boarding! It is a bit further from all that gulf shores has to offer but we prefer the peace and quiet. We were even able to celebrate our youngest’s 5th birthday here, complete with a balloon delivery and a pirate treasure hunt. He says it was the best birthday ever! We love that this home is right on the beach. It is so easy to run in for lunch, a quick storm, or when you’ve forgotten something. I could not recommend it more! We were able to bring a weeks worth of groceries for breakfast and lunch which increased our beach time. The windows, the views… just incredible. So many wonderful memories made here. I am already looking forward to the next visit!

Nice but has issues: - no house # on the house - icemaker doesn't work - needs lights & picnic table under the jouse - 2 matching living room chairs are dirty and need replacing - please replace or remove doors to washer/dryer! It's very hard to move clothes from washer to dryer. a shower curtain would be better there. - for what we paid you should provide more basics (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, detergent). other places we rent had more of such staples. - need better/bigger bath rugs and rugs at each sink. Home was clean and cheerful. Perfect location on the beach!

The house is beautiful. The tub upstairs is SO COOL! We had a great time and had everything we needed.

Clean, great view, great upstairs shower, plenty of kitchen gadgets for a good meal. The Mgt company was responsive. The only bad thing was upstairs king mattress. We moved downstairs where it was a bit better. I talked to mgt company and they said we were the only ones who have complained, so maybe it was just a personal preference. Otherwise very nice place.

We were satisfied with the location and access to the beach. The interior was not very clean. Floors were still sandy/dirty and we found medication on the floor in a bedroom. The kitchen was lacking in some basics. Furniture was a tad shabby. The upstairs bedroom didn’t have a chair to sit in, oddly the only furniture was a bed and 2 side tables with a jet tub in the room. There was a patio door leak during a storm, which we reported. No action on that, so we placed a bowl to catch water. This place could use some love.

We had a great experience! The house is right on the beach! The house was remodeled and very clean. We have no complaints! We definitely will return!

Perfect for a quiet getaway. Would rent again, steps to the sand were exactly what we needed.

The Sunset house was perfect! The location was absolute perfection for some peace and quiet away from all the hustle and bustle! The two large decks were our favorite! The entire house is so spacious and had everything that was needed to make our stay comfortable! Another positive plus for us was any email or call to the rental company was answered quickly and with such kindness! It was a pleasure from start to finish and will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful beach house! It would be nice if there were a bit more essential items, such as toilet paper, bath soap, paper towels, kitchen towels and dish cloths. Overall, a comfortable, clean home with a gorgeous view and easy access to the beach.

This property is beautiful, updated, and stylish. It was easy to find. Quick walk to the beach. The windows are big and generous through the house, affording great views! It had a pleasant, neutral smell. It was very clean. Nice having both the keurig and regular pot. The bunk beds are nice and spacious and there's actually room for the kids to sit on the lower one without bumping their heads. The laundry room is nice - full size washer and dryer. The mattress in the master is squeaky -makes very loud squeaks on the side by the bathroom. Woke me up every time my spouse got up in the middle of the night. A couple suggestions to other renters - bring hand soap for the sinks. There's just scented body bars. Bring night lights.. It's very dark and there's only overhead lighting, none by the bed that you can cut on. A couple suggestions to the owner if you see this! Nightstand lamps by the bed upstairs would be helpful. (Once you cut off the overhead light, which is the only one in the room, it's pitch dark trying to walk back to the bed.) The upstairs master has zero furniture besides bed, which makes a sleek look but there's nowhere to set items. Perhaps add some luggage racks since there's no dresser or furniture to sit suitcases on? We would rebook this place again. It was beautiful and peaceful!

Overall, our experience with this property was great! Location can't be beat and amenities are very nice. Great open space for living and kitchen and master suite upstairs is huge! Walk down the steps and you're immediately on the beach. I will say we thought we had a boardwalk to the beach but that is the house next door...however, you're putting up your tent or umbrella within 2 minutes of leaving the house.

We had an amazing relaxing vacation. Our property manager was very nice and super helpful. We had no complaints.

The house was beautiful. The deck had comfortable chairs to sit and watch the dolphins. Kitchen had all the things we needed to cook with. The house was clean and we were well informed about some maintenance that had to be done. We would definitely rent this home again.

Sunset was a Beautiful Home right on the beach! It was clean, well maintained and more beautiful than the pictures. The property managers were very helpful and easy/quick to contact and respond. Our family of 8 stayed at Sunset and everyone had a great time. We would recommend this home!

Plenty of space, nice and clean. Loved walking right out onto the beach and away from the crowds!

This house was perfect for a couple. The master bedroom & bath was incredible with those views. The walk to the water was just as close as the pictures showed. The kitchen was well stocked with the all cookware/utensils needed to cook. This was definitely one of the "Cleanest" vacation rentals that I have ever rented! The only thing that I would change if this house belonged to me would be the hot water heater (my husband said it was just me, his showers were fine), with that awesome Bath tub, I couldn't fully enjoy the relaxation of it because either the temperature on the hot water wasn't high enough or I was running out before the tub was filled (its been over almost a month, so I can't remember which it was), but this wouldn't stop me from coming back to this house!

Everything about this was perfection! The views are breathtaking, the homes location was more than we could ask for and the space of the house was perfect for our family weekend getaway to relax and connect! Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the home and location. Could have been a little cleaner, the sheets didn't fit the bed, and the ice maker didn't work. Regardless, we'd definitely stay there again. Thanks!

The property was clean, pictures on the listing are accurate. Great beach access with a very short walk. Very quite and felt safe in the property. Two issues. 1) property was difficult to locate on the first day. Property would benefit clear labeling i.e. address or name "Sunset" on the driveway side of the property. 2) A motion light by the parking would of been nice. Otherwise very nice stay.

Our stay was absolutely everything our family needed. Amazing views and the beaches was not crowded at all. If you are looking for a nice quiet stay of relaxation, this is your place.

Despite a few things that weren't up to par, we had a great overall trip. The location of this house was good being that you stepped off of the steps and on to the beach, but we did have lots of close neighbors. Overall good though.

This was our first time booking a beach house instead of a condo. We wanted to be away from the crowds and be able to truly enjoy the beach and this house was absolutely perfect! We could literally walk out of our back door and there it was! I was able to be in the kitchen putting lunch together and still have a perfect view of my family on the beach . The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything I needed for cooking meals at night and the size of it was perfect. The master suite was incredible and I loved the bathtub in there…and the wand was really great for bathing a small child . I’m honestly really shocked that this house does not stay booked up throughout the summer. We will be booking again for sure as it fit our needs perfectly!

The host was amazing and available. The house was very clean top to bottom and the view was great! Very happy we shoes this house and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. It is a drive from downtown but worth it to avoid the crowd.

We stayed here for a long weekend with our two teenage kids. Great little house. Pictures represent the house well. We all had a great weekend and hated to leave! Beach access is 10/10.
