We absolutely loved this house!

Excellent place to stay

All in all a good stay but in the interest of improving the stay for future guests there are a few critiques. A couple of the issues pointed out in an earlier review and listed as addressed by the host company were not actually fixed. The queen bed is still squeaky. The balcony doors were not resealed. The balcony doors were also rusted completely through in locks and hinges and sagged so much the did not resealed without force. The cleaning was okay on the surface, but I don't think the floors have ever been mopped as we all had stained feet after a few minutes barefoot. The fridge filter was expired, and a fire alarm started chirping but was quickly addressed by the owner after communication. The appliances were convient and we'll maintained. The location is wonderful. All amenities were present and usable. The charcoal grills were completely rusty and we opted not to used them. The kitchen was great and large. The bathrooms were spotless and well maintained. Overall pleased.

The location is fantastic—steps from the beach, spacious for kids, with two washer/dryer sets and handy kitchen gadgets. Unfortunately, severe maintenance and safety issues ruined our stay. One bed had unwashed linens, the front light was out, and glass fell from a kitchen cabinet, nearly hitting us. Nearly all cookware had scratched, peeling coatings (only two were usable). The dishwasher leaked and had broken, rusted racks with missing parts, the first-floor shower diverter was broken and never repaired, and one bedroom had inadequate AC. Most alarming were the pests. Both young kids woke up covered in bug bites from their beds, and loud scratching noises inside the upper-floor ceilings kept us awake every night, forcing family members to sleep on the sofa. While the space and location are great, the neglected upkeep, safety hazards, and pest issues made this an exhausting stay. We cannot recommend this home until management performs a complete overhaul.

The house accommodated all my family. It was clean and just what I expected. I loved the multiple restrooms and laundry rooms, with all my family that really helped. Will definitely book again. Thank you to the host for responding promptly when I did have questions.

Large scenic beach cabin with 5 bedrooms (4 with king beds, 1 queen and additional bunks with trundel. Lots of room and well stocked kitchen. Decor was lovely. Close to beach but not walking distance (1 mile to beach). Cabin was well stocked with kitchen gadgets and anything we needed. The only complaints we had were the fact that there were very few towels (luckily we brought our own). The downstairs shower head didn't work well and the balcony doors to the 2nd floor bedroom did not seal which allow much heat to enter. The second floor queen bed also was very squeaky, it was so loud it kept the sleepers awake. All the sheets and the upstairs master had a musty mildew smell to them. The sheets on the trundle bed appeared dirty. The dishwasher had a terrible smell, we ran vinegar through it but it was very difficult to start. Many light bulbs needed to be replaced all over the cabin including the downstairs back porch deck making it a hazard. The grill was a tiny charcoal one.

The house was just as described. It was great for the 3 families we had. The levels were nice to be together but separate enough to feel private. Kitchen and dining room were big enough for all of us. The beach was walkable but we got a pass and drove. I would stay again and recommend!

We absolutely loved this home. My sisters and families celebrated my 40th bday weekend here, and we loved the spacious accommodations and comfortable beds. We each felt like we had privacy in our big bedrooms with lots of community space to hang out and celebrate together. The home was also super close to the beach so it was nice to be able to come and go via golf cart.

Beautiful house situated in a perfect spot for a Port A beach vacation!

If you bring your own sheets and towels, and this would be a great place to stay. Check in with smooth, even though there was an island Wi-Fi problem we had no problems getting in the host even let me check in early to set the house up for my 98 year-old grandmother. I have a little bit of problems on my head, figuring out the elevator. Maybe if there was a sign on the inside of the white door that said this door must be shut in order for the elevator to operate. It would make things easier but again I don’t necessarily blame this on the host. The problem started when I woke up after the first morning and was making my bed, but I noticed White unidentified crusty stains on the backside of the two pillow shams that were navy and on the coverlet. I don’t want to speculate about what it probably is, but we all know and I’m the one that slept in that bed disgusting. I took pictures of it. Sent it to the host told her she needed to talk with her cleaning crew about the problem and she said she would handle it also as I’m sure the host was not informed the stove door does not shut all the way so if you were baking something, it took double the amount of time so breakfast was very late because the door to the oven does not shut and there is a huge amount of play. The problem I am having with my stay is the fact that while the host said she would visit i with the cleaning staff. There was zero offer on her in to refund any part of my stay for the absolute discussed, which I fou

This is a great place for a large family like mine. It has five rooms in the main bedroom is like its own flat. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots, towels, utensils. It has two terraces on the second and third floor, which were great for evening relaxation. It is also close to the main street in less than 10 minutes away from the main entrance to the beach.

From the weather to the people, we had never been to Port Aransas before, and it was simply spectacular. Peaceful, yet lively at the same time, with so many things to do, calm beaches, and lots of families vacationing. Overall, the trip was a perfect 10 out of 10.”

The house was good

Had a large group stay at their rental property in Port Aransas, TX. First time booking an Airbnb with a third party; had to sign up on their third party website to finish booking. Home accommodated all of us very nicely, and amenities were a plus. I will say since I don’t remember reading it in the third party contract and it wasn’t mentioned in the listing: the elevator is an extra fee on top of rental fee and the stairs are a bit steep. We did have a fire alarm chirping softly but we only stayed for two nights and were out of the home mostly so it was a non-issue. Property is 2 minutes from beach access, and close to all the souvenir shops & Mac Daddy’s. Would definitely book here again in the future if available. Very quiet neighborhood.

Host was very response with questions we had, the location of the house was perfect and very close to the beach. House was clean, comfortable, and the pool table was the cherry on top!

I really enjoyed my stay! The place was clean, well-prepared, and had plenty of space for our party size. It’s in a great location close to the beach, with beautiful water views—especially from the primary loft. The hosts checked in during my stay and were kind enough to accommodate a later check-out. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our weekend in Port A. The host was very friendly and responsive and made our stay one to remember! I would definitely book this property again!

Massive home with beautiful views of the ocean on top deck, so many rooms everyone stayed comfortably. Golf cart rentals are right down the road and home was conveniently located close to town.

We had a great time. Me and my wife celebrated our 20th year wedding anniversary with family. everyone was amazed with the house. We have plans on coming back great locations. Thanks again for letting us be a guest.
