Jacqueline was a pleasure to host! Was very close to beach. Unit had great location for the kids walking to the beach. Was great!

It was a pleasure host Mark! We hope to host them again in the future! Location was perfect, easy access, beach is 2 min walk away, spacious and had great parking.

Jessica was a pleasure! The place is an apartment, not an entire home as they advertise, and everything is on a second floor The parking you get is only on one side. The flooring in the entire unit is sinking and the apartment pitches really badly because the housr itself is unstable due to storm damage. The master bedroom bed is awful. It has a giant slope in the middle, the springs are broken and noisy, and there's no way to sleep on it. The blinds are broken in the master, silverware was put away dirty, and light fixtures and switches don't work. The sofa is smelly and stained, and there are crumbs and dirt between the cushions. The stairs are steep and narrow and as a disabled veteran, it was impossible for me to maneuver without feeling like I was going to fall. We booked for two nights for my bridal shower but ended up leaving a few hours after we got there. We had no place else to go, so we went home. It completely ruined my bridal shower and messed up my sleep for many days after.

Would host Thomas again in the future! Overall satisfied. Very comfortable cleanliness and good size. Outside pictures should be updated. Empty lot next has 2 three story units under construction. What appeared to be an empty lot to the west also has a three story unit under construction blocking what view there was to the west. FYI. Also last day the keypad kept saying battery is low. Left a note. Someone could get locked out. Thanks.
