Beautiful home and fantastic hosts. Very close to downtown and easily accessible to everything.

The kitchen was small but had good equipement Plenty of pillows, blankets and towels Negative: Only 2 dinning chairs (and a very small table) when there's 3 bedrooms (so 4-6 people) we couldn't eat four of us together at the table Mattresses not comfy

This house was so cute! I celebrated my 25th birthday here and the house was such a good vibe, especially for a girls weekend trip. The host was very responsive and had good communication!

We were a group of 3 moms and our 3 daughters in Tampa for a cheer competition and the home was perfect for our stay. Exactly as pictured and described. No issues from booking to check out. Hosts were very communicative and friendly. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We had a nice stay at this quaint house! The neighborhood is super quiet and feels very safe. We loved being so close to Midtown for our morning coffee, and it was a very easy drive to get to other parts of the city. With three beds, there was plenty of space for everyone. Just a heads-up for fellow pet owners. While the house is great, the backyard isn't fully fenced, so you’ll want to keep your dog on a leash when they head outside. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Kelly was extremely responsive. The home was well stocked. There were even little extras like plug in fans in each bedroom, accessories for doing laundry, and things that made the stay super convenient. Highly recommend!

Kelly's place is in a quiet neighborhood, clean and well stocked. The back yard was a great extra space to sit in the morning and evening. The place was an easy ride to downtown Tampa and local attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as pictured—clean, well-kept, and beautifully designed. The backyard was such a peaceful bonus, and the location couldn’t have been better—just minutes away from our event. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We had a wonderful stay at this charming resort place right in the heart of Tampa! The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Its central location made it incredibly convenient — just a short drive to great restaurants, local attractions, and everything the city has to offer. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt like a hidden gem. Check-in was smooth, communication with the host was excellent, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay in Tampa!

Perfect place

This place was a quaint little house that surprisingly had room with three bedrooms. The bed were comfortable. A little firm but also soft at the same time. They had all the necessary amenities, and it's in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen table is a little small (circle table) with very odd chairs (triangle legs). It made for sitting very unstable, and not a pleasant experience. The home was set at 76 degrees when we walked into the home, and it took at least 12 hours to get down to 70 degrees. Once it was there, it was fine the rest of the trip. The tv and living room are great. We felt safe and comfortable for the most part. Lastly, Kelly's communication was top notch. Super responsive to all of our messages, which we greatly appreciated.

Stayed for 2 weeks with 3 young kids and a dog. whats great: 1. Neighbourhood was lovely. we felt safe and comfortable and many dog walkers in the mornings and evenings. 2. there is a supermarket within walking distance 3. rooms were comfortable 4. hosts were kind enough to ensure that we have plenty of coffee, tea, and disposable bags. 4. the cookware provided is by far the best Ive used in any airbnb - they are of decent quality which makes cooking a breeze. it was obvious that the hosts put in alot of thought into the house wish that.... 1. backyard is fenced...my dog got distracted by the birds all that, while being let out to play. we had to stand by the sides to ensure she doesnt run off after the squrriels! 2. cleaning supplies were provided which was fanststic as we were there for 2 weeks. but it wld have been good if the cleaners empty out the vacum cleaner dust bag for example. it was difficult to use with the smell coming out of it.

The house is super clean so a HUGE plus! Location is close to anything and everything! A new Aldi is less than 1000 feet away, super convenient. We had visitors so keep that in mind. The not so great IMO - the couch - not very comfortable. This is a 3 bedroom home that technically sleeps 6. The couch has a lounge on it so probably need some chairs. It is right against a plastic faux grass wall so not ideal and it is crazy low. There is a long bench too which again, not comfortable. The kitchen table….my daughter sat and broke a chair. This is a 4 person table only. Chairs were like cardboard and not comfortable. The kitchen….not many dishes and cups. Sleeps 6 and 4 water glasses and maybe 6 coffee mugs. We had company so had to wash. The place is super small but the pictures made it look much larger. I also broke a jar and picture frame in the bathroom ugh. WiFi at night was spotty, be aware. Just my opinion again, so please keep that in mind! Small party would be best.

We had the perfect stay at Kelly’s place! We were in town for a concert at Amalie Arena and the location could not have been more perfect. The house was spotless and so cute, check in was very simple, and Kelly’s communication was top tier! Bonus points (as a group of girls) for the defrost setting and light on the bathroom mirror. We would definitely stay again!

This was our second stay at Kelly's home and it will definitely be on the top of our list when we return to Tampa in the future. We felt right at home!

Kelly's home is the only Airbnb in Tampa I've booked more than once! It's very homey, well-stocked, and comfortable, and we loved all of the fun touches and decor. The location is super convenient to everything but the street is quiet and peaceful. It was everything we wanted in an Airbnb!

I felt right at home at Kelly’s place. The neighborhood was very safe. It was close to lots of restaurants and shops. The home is exactly as pictured. Also VERY baby friendly. The only thing that I would suggest is that it’s disclosed that you are required to purchase $50 before requesting to book. For myself, it wasn’t a dealbreaker but for others with a tight budget that it may be.

Quaint, cute house in a private neighborhood outside of the hustle and bustle with a beautiful backyard space. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. The amenities and services provided were exactly as described. My family enjoyed making dinner and sitting by the fire side.
