GREAT location & Clean Home! We LOVED it! We love Navarre & this was by far the best place we have stayed so far! The home was clean & had enough space for our family. My kids loved the Ping pong table. The location was great with stellar views of the bay!

Perfect Week This property is perfect for a family or small group. A short walk to the beach combined with the pool and bay being in the backyard make the location ideal for everyone. The complimentary beach chairs and included bicycles are just 2 of the great perks! We would definitely stay here again!
Worth for price to rent. This charming 3-bedroom property is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with easy access to beautiful beaches. The updated kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample cabinet space. The spacious living room features hardwood floors and large windows, providing lots of natural light. The backyard is perfect for entertaining with a patio. While the bathrooms could benefit from a minor refresh, overall this home offers excellent and a comfortable living space.
Absolute Heaven We had the best vacation here. Within walking distance to public access to the ocean and right on the sound. The house was gorgeous and my kids loved having bicycles and paddleboards available. Highly recommend.
Family getaway Very clean. The only issue we had with check-in was the unit number wasn't listed ANYWHERE in the app the company had us using after we booked. It was included in the orig listing- but we never went back to that after we booked. . House is gorg!!
Overall Good Experience The location and size of rental definitely makes this property worth staying at. My family enjoyed spending time at the rental playing games, pingpong and eating meals in the large kitchen. My only complaint is that there was several utensils that clearly were not cleaned for our arrival. Like egg still caked to a spatula in the drawer. Other than running a load in the dishwasher our first night, I enjoyed the stay.
comfortable for 8 people beds were comfortable, location was great to access the Sounds side, required 10 min walk to ocean side access. adequate kitchen supplies, will need to bring your own spices/coffee filters/oil etc. ping pong table was nice addition. Deck/patio space was wonderful and had access to great grill. Bikes come with rental, but are in need of repair.
Family Vacation Loved the property and amenities. It was nice to have the bicycles and paddle boards. Great location, enough space for a family of 8. The only thing that could be improved would be more kitchen utensils since we like to cook. Overall we had a great time.
Love the location of this condo. The kitchen is large and great for large families to cook in. It had 2 sinks! The pool is great. It’s never crowded and the guys looked the do k for fishing. The kids has a great time catching crabs at night by the dock. We have stayed here several times and love this place
Fantastic property with high end finishes. The property was fantastic and host was very accommodating. The unit had extremely high end finishes and it was well maintained. The beach is a little far with small children and supplies but manageable.
Nice property Townhouse was nice and really enjoyed the master bedroom shower. Overall, the property was nice, but there were some issues. The garage door was broke which made parking in the garage difficult so we chose to park in the driveway and parking lot.This was mainly an issue because the parking lot flooded and was flooded for three days so we had to wade through ankle deep water just to get to our car. We did report this issue, but nobody came out to look at it. Also, the hot water kept going in and out. My husband had to go downstairs and turn off the breaker. We also reported this issue, but nobody came out to fix it. There were some other minor details, like lightbulbs that were out, only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no extra garbage bags for the kitchen and absolutely no staples in the kitchen. I have stayed at many properties and there’s usually at least 1 extra garbage bag in the kitchen, some extra toilet paper and a few staples in the kitchen like salt and pepper. again, these are not huge issues but little things like this just make for a much nicer stay.
2024 Girls Trip We never received the street address to locate the condo. Condo was hot upon arrival. Thermostat was set at 76 degrees. Lowered thermostat & left to go eat. Came back about 2.5 hrs later to find temp was set back to 76. Thermostat scheduled settings need to be lowered to a cooler temperature. We also had no hot water. Had to call Scenic Stays to report problems. Maintenance arrived the next morning. Looking at other reviews you can see this is an ongoing problem. Halfway through our stay, we found water steadily dripping from the light fixture in the entryway. Scenic Stays was contacted again & maintenance found the AC drain clogged. After this the AC worked much better. The deck would have been nicer if an umbrella had been provided for the table for shade. There are 14 steps to climb to the main level and another 13 steps to the master suite. Take note if you have problems climbing stairs. In the master bath one of the light fixtures over the vanity did not work causing it to be dark. Maintenance could not fix while we were there. Beautiful large & functional kitchen well equipped with the exception of a hand mixer. Main floor bathroom is where washer & dryer are located directly across from the vanity causing a very tight space. We suggest the bifold doors be removed for ease of use. House number is hard to see at night. All beds were comfortable & the master suite is beautiful. We were very pleased to find this condo was very clean & spacious.
Nice, relaxing family vacation! We absolutely love Navarre and this townhouse! Soundside and a pool is always best for when you have tiny humas with you and this property was perfect for our tiny humans. The saltwater pool and the sunsets were everything! Plenty of room for our 8 vacationers. Just a friendly reminder that this is a townhouse so there are three floors of stairs with no elevators. Not the best for older knees and hips but definitely doable. The house did come with baby gates for safety and we definitely put those to use. The beds were very comfortable with the perfect Summer bedding to the point I googled them, ha! Everyone had plenty of room in the kitchen and dining areas had ample seating. Parking was tight but not horrible considering we had a large truck, XL SUV and a 4 door car and everyone could still park right by the front door. A game room with a ping pong table, two balconies and a back patio so everyone could relax however they wanted. We really enjoyed grilling on the gas grill right off the kitchen on the huge balcony while watching the dolphins play. Speaking of dolphins, the husband and grandbaby got to swim with some visiting dolphins one morning as they swam up close to them, really! That was a wonderful soundside plus! We used public beach accesses West of the fishing pier for more relaxing and quiet beach days. No problems with grocery/supply deliveries. We absolutely will book again for next year!
Beautiful townhouse! Lots of space and plenty of room for everyone to relax. Comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen is amazing! Very quiet area, even being close to the pool. Nice view of the bay too.
It was a great property with loved access to the pool and bayside beach. We enjoyed the kitchen and grilling on the porch. Lovely home with lots of space for the four of us!

Very quiet and comfortable. Great place if you are trying to unplug and get away Positive: Furnishing were comfortable. The location was close to the bridge. Negative: Wifi is awful. Not enough hot water for a full shower for one person, let alone multiple people
Beautiful home This home is in a great location and is very welcoming. The kitchen has plenty of space for cooking and just steps away from the grill. The parking is a little bit of a tight squeeze if you have a larger truck or SUV. We love this house and will continue to vacation here.
Great condo & location Hi, we really enjoyed our stay,and would rent this unit again. My only criticism is that a few additional starter supplies would be helpful, particularly coffee filters and a box of kleenex. Your customer service and response times were very good,and we would rent from you again. Thanks!
Great location on the sound. The pool and dock are well kept and very enjoyable. The free beach service is a great perk,too.The view from the condo deck is beautiful, as is the interior of the home. We plan to visit again!

Great location. Everything we need at the house. Only negative was it promotes a golf cart available but then has a sign that you cant use when you get there.
Great location & views of the Bay. Be sure to bring towels and washcloths.
Communication It was nice and clean. Lots of stairs!The bedroom tvs wouldn't turn on and we couldnt find the master tv remote. Would stay there again.

Family fun I would’ve given this unit 5 stars but we found a dirty sock where the pans were located, the bikes had flats ( tried using the pump but didn’t work) and one chain was off and we couldn’t get it fixed. So that was a bummer not to use the bikes. Couch had sand in the creases so that wasn’t pleasant. Everything else was excellent
Buena Vida We come to Navarre twice a year and this was our first time staying here. We loved it. The private pier is perfect for fishing and the little game room is enjoyable for rainy days. There were a few minor issues, but we will definetly be booking this house for our future stays!
Great place to escape It was great only negative thing was grill was out of butane . But house was great and super clean .

Perfection One of the best air-bnbs I have stayed in. Modern house with fully equipped kitchen and classy interior. The area has a pool, sea view from the deck, walking distance to the beach. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Christmas beach vacation Really loved the beach house, we had a great time. The only things I can think of is when we arrived there were no trash bags in the trash cans to start with, had to make a trip out for trash bags. We did see a few dead roaches upon arrival, figured you might have just had it sprayed. We didn’t see any live ones during our visit. Thank you for letting us rent your place we definitely would recommend and even stay again ourselves.
Luxurious We loved this place! The only negative would be that everything is up at least one flight of stairs and parking was a tad tight. The kitchen, beds, and master bathroom/closet were amazing!! They had plenty of games. The pier was really cool and the sand area was perfect for kiddos. We went in November and there was hardly anyone on the beach which was either a short walk or we drove over. There’s a marine park and playground close by perfect for kids.

Fantastic condo! We loved the condo - the three bedrooms with the extra daybed space was perfect for our group. Everyone enjoyed the ping pong table, being close to the bay, pool, and the beach! The condo had many updates - but especially the kitchen and master bathroom. We enjoyed the Navarre path for our morning runs and short (.25 miles) walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded - we played beach baseball in July! Thanks for giving us the best of both worlds - a beautiful bay view and close to the beach!

Beautiful Townhouse on Santa Rosa Bay All high end furniture, counters, showers, counters and cabinets. This was the cleanest place we rented. Kudos to the staff! The grounds were very nice, the bay view is nice, and the walk to the beach side was easy!
