Family Weekend Great short getaway weekend with the family. Property is in a great location and was stocked with everything we needed.

Great Space and right by beach My family enjoyed this Condo and all the amenities that came with it. The bedroom and both bathrooms were large and very nice. Easy access to our bicycles and our car in the back. Only 4 minutes to the beach and it is private which makes it nice for a family. The balcony had plenty of space for relaxing -and the kitchen is fully equipped with what you need to eat in once in a while. I would recommend this space to anyone that has 4 or less people, you will have a great time!

It was a perfect place for my daughter and myself. Great location and very nice place.

1st visit to 30a overall the loc & amenities are excellent. my kids enjoyed the movies & games in the living room. private beach access was great & not crowded. as expected we did hear noise from the 3rd flr & there is only 1 assigned parking spot for the unit. trash goes in the main dumpster that has an opening on the side. no recycling bins. the maint guy did come to tighten the faucet (prob from the previous renter) & explained i should've requested for addl bed linens. we didn't utilize the credit for renting beach gear, kayaks, bikes etc. the closest grocery was 15-20 mins away as we didn't bother w/the overpriced publix in watercolor. plenty of cute restaurants & stores nearby. got to experience fireworks from our balcony.

Perfect Getaway! Loved the apartment! Very comfortable with everything my daughter and I needed! Decor very pretty- was perfect for us! Experience with getting bikes was a disappointment but everything else was excellent! Thank you so much!

Great condo, easy beach access The condo is great, and has everything you need. The beach is a short walk across 30A - very convenient. We had two elementary-aged kids sleeping on pull-out sofa and toddler in the bedroom with us and had plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place! We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and items were provided as described. The location is very conveniently located in relation to other places along 30A and the walk to the beach was convenient as well. Plenty of room for a family of 2 and a child! :) Would visit again!

Perfect for a quick getaway! My husband and I stayed a long weekend on 30A for a wedding at Old Florida Fish House, which was right down the road. We had a little free time and loved being able to walk right across the street to the beach. We both grew up going to PCB and I don’t think we will go back. We fell in love with 30A! The beach is so beautiful, I’m sure having private beach access contributes to that. The Perfect Pig and shops downstairs were also convenient. We went to Cafe Thirty A for dinner and absolutely loved it! The condo was clean, close to so many restaurants and shops- just a quick drive down the beach to Seaside. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect Vacation Having the ocean across the street on a private beach helped bring a relaxing vacation to the pinnacle of perfection. The accommodations were ideal for us. We made a few meals at the condo that was at times difficult to get moving for the day. We did activities up and down the coast, and really enjoyed each others company. Keep in mind we have been married 24 years. Thanks again for the memories.

Perfect for Couples! The condo is exactly as described and very clean. The location is perfect and beach access is super close and easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Slice of Paradise in Seagrove This was the perfect apartment for my husband and I. The apartment had everything we needed and it was just across the street from the beach. It was a two mile ride to Seaside and Modica Market which we traveled to almost every day. It is centrally located and there is just a Publix three miles down the road. There was a book in the apartment that had a bunch of different restaurants and things to do which was extremely helpful. The only issue that we had was we didn't rent chairs and South Winds chair rentals hogs the shoreline so there are no open spaces for non chair renters. But we would stay here again in a heart beat. The best part is there is a little café down stairs that you can grab a bit to eat. 10/10 would recommend staying here with your significate other.

Wonderful vacation! The condo was perfect for my hubby and I. Very clean and beautifully decorated! Bed was also very comfortable! My only suggestion is that it would be nice if the complex had a water station to rinse the sand from your beach items as well as your feet. Will definitely book again’

Great little get away! This was the perfect little get away for our anniversary! Short walk to the beach, cute cozy condo for a couple, and great bike riding paths!

Perfect Location! We enjoyed our trip so much! This condo was directly across the street from the beach! The walk was short and easy! It is conveniently located to everything you could need or want! We walked or biked to dinner each night. The restaurant below was delicious for breakfast and dinner! The room was clean and well stocked with everything you could need! We brought all of our beach supplies. This made it slightly difficult to get a good spot on the beach. The beach chair rental company covered the majority of the beach with it’s chairs to purchase for the day. If you are renting chairs, you will have no problem! If you prefer your own chair, you will have to get up early and get a little lucky to find a spot you can see the water. This seemed to be the standard for the entire 30A area though. We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to our next trip!

Great place to enjoy 30a! Loved this condo!! Perfectly distanced between the Hub and Seaside for biking. Accommodations were so nice - well equipped kitchen and very clean! Fell in love with Perfect Pig located below the condo! Owners were so quick to respond to questions. Great trip! Thank you for letting us stay!!

Great condo and location We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Isle #204. Very clean and comfortable condo and convenient to beach access, restaurants, and shops. The bike rental credit was great and we enjoyed riding to Seaside and Rosemary. Definitely recommend!

Perfect beach getaway This place was perfect!! The easiest check in and check out. The location was great because you still are surrounded by people and things but not the busy seaside, which is just a bike ride down the road! It was so so clean. The location to the beach was perfect, so close. We LOVED staying above the perfect pig. Their food is Amazing. We will for sure be coming back!

Our kids really liked the location. Our teenagers really enjoyed being able to walk and bike to downtown Seaside. Our boys also felt the property was bigger than they expected. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer onsite. Like some of the other reviewers said, you can hear the people in the unit above you. On checkout day, an 8 year old girl told us she was in the unit above us and had been skateboarding the entire trip inside her unit - which explained what we were hearing. I think with normal use, the noise would not have been that noticeable.

Best VRBO we’ve stayed at Came to Seaside for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We love to travel but always seem to gravitate to 30A for comfort and familiarity. The condo was beautiful and so clean! Great location not too close to the busyness of Seaside but an easy 5-10 minute drive when you want to go shopping. The restaurant below the condo was wonderful - highly recommend!

Want to go back! 30A has become our new vacation area over the past several years, specifically in Santa Rosa Beach.. This condo in Seagrove Beach was a new area for me and my wife. The condo was perfect for our 7th anniversary. It was clean, well kept, fully stocked and in a great location. The property managers were easy to communicate with. There was a credit included in our package for gear rental. We chose chairs and an umbrella for two days. No one ever showed up to assist us, nor were there any chairs reserved for us. This was not any fault of the property managers, only an issue with the gear rental company who is not affiliated. I would love to stay at this condo again in the future.

Lovely stay! It is a beautiful layout, very clean, and relatively quiet. The walk to the beach is about 2 blocks. and a card is necessary for opening a private gate to gain beach access. The condo is located in a densely populated area. There are many excellent restaurants to enjoy, and beautiful seafood markets nearby if you love to cook while on vacation with freshly caught fish in the well-equipped kitchen,

The Perfect Mother/Daughter getaway We stayed for 5 days for my daughter’s graduation trip. The unit was super clean except for an old shower curtain, which was quickly replaced by the host without any hassle on our end. There were plenty of clean towels, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect! Right across the street from the private beach access and walking distance from a few restaurants, everything was convenient, and we felt safe the entire time. The Perfect Pig (restaurant below unit) is delicious and staff is friendly! Be sure to call ahead to book beach chair/umbrella setup or you might not get one your first or second day. LDV is the company they use. This place was perfect, and we’d definitely go back!

Loved 30A!!! First time visiting 30A and we loved it!!! We enjoyed a quick getaway over Thanksgiving. We rode our bikes everywhere. Sunsets were amazing and so many great places to eat!! Our house was clean and treat location! We will be back!

Host was very responsive and helpful. When I got there a noticed a chair was broken which I called about and the coffee pot was broken and there was only 3 wash clothes. Second time I’ve stayed here. Thank you.

Our first night, after dinner we pulled out the pull-out couch for our children to sleep and it was wet with urine. It was about 9pm, I tried contacting the host and got no response. I called VRBO who also tried contacting the host and got no response. I was on the phone with VRBO for over an hour, finally spoke with a supervisor who informed us their policy is to give the host 8-12 hours to respond and remedy the situation. We had to spend the night sleeping in one bed with our children. The next day, I heard nothing from the host. I started calling VRBO and finally got a resolution at 1pm. The managing company did bring us a new mattress and discount the stay. BUT this experience ruined the first night and day of our vacation as I spent hours on the phone and not with my family. The rest of the condo was nice and clean, but the communication and lack of urgency to help was wildly disappointing. We will not be staying with this company again.

We had a great stay once in the unit. Positive: Very clean- great location. Negative: Booking called it Sun Dune- signage is Grand Isle. Had difficulty finding it initially. Correspondence did not show unit number- finally determined unit by guessing it was reflected in the WiFi information. No clear instruction concerning beach access or that the lanyard hanging by the door was the electronic key to open the access gate just across the street. Ice maker in the refrigerator could use maintenance. Made plenty of ice but auger to dispense won’t stay engaged. Hand dispensed.

Had a wonderful stay here! Great location, very clean, super comfortable! The housekeepers showed up a half hour early and tried to enter the unit multiple times, which was a bit shocking. Our check out was not until 10, and we were out on time. But their early arrival and persistence was a bit of a sour note at the end of an otherwise wonderful stay. I would recommend better communication with your housekeepers to make sure the privacy of the guest is not disrupted in the future.

Even though it was just my wife and I it was nice having two full baths to get ready in morning.

Fantastic getaway We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Seagrove Beach property! The location was fantastic—just a short walk or bike ride to everything we wanted to see and do along 30A. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was AMAZING! We instantly felt right at home. Communication with the host was top-notch—quick, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. This place had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Great stay! This was our first time in the 30a area and what a great experience! While we couldn’t find availability right on the water for our weekend, this was a great place. Directly across the street from the beach and conveniently just above a delicious restaurant. We would definitely stay here again if I go with 4 or less people.

The Perfect 30A Getaway Our stay at this property was amazing. This place is so close to the beach which made every day a beach day! We had a rental car, and so having a parking spot was a bonus. We only used the pool one afternoon after the beach, but it was clean and nicely kept. The apartment has the bare minimum of what you need as far as meal prep items. Lots of pots and pans and cookware, but since this is run by a property management group, nothing gets left behind food wise. So, get all the things you'll need to do your meals (butter, olive oil, coffee, condiments)! There are no beach chairs or towels, bring your own or rent from the company at the beach! The bed was comfortable, bathrooms very clean and the closet had lots of space to hang clothes which we took advantage of. The TV has cable channels which is a nice perk and you can log into your streaming if you want! All around this place had it all and we would 100% come back and recommend to any group of 2 or 4 looking for a fun 30A getaway. Since you're kind of right in the middle of it all it's easy to get to Grayton or PCB depending on what you feel! Thanks for a memorable stay!

Amazing vacation! This place is perfect for a beach vacation! Within walking distance of breakfast, restaurants, and bars. The place was spotless clean and the bed was super comfortable! Wonderful private beach access right across the street. Would gladly stay here again!

Beach Trip Location, space, and experience was awesome!!! Only thing was smart TV was advertised but only had Cable- no streaming. I’d bring a Amazon Firestick next time, but truly everything else was a fantastic experience.

SunDune stay The rental was clean and updated with some extras, such as a welcome basket. The vicinity to the beach was the best feature of the property. The pool was disgusting upon arrival; the manager was notified immediately but nothing was done about all the trash (bandaids, cans, UNDERWEAR!) for the whole week. Needless to say we didn’t use the pool because it was so unsanitary and unkept. The restaurant below the rental had good food but the staff and patrons took up a lot of the designated parking spots. Overall the condo was OK, especially for someone who is only interested in the beach. If you’re looking for a luxurious 30A vacation spot, this is not it.

Nice condo in a great location We stayed here just to have a relaxing beach vacation. The condo was super nice on the inside and the owner left a little welcome basket. She included all of the little things so you didn’t have to worry about bringing everything with you. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a great stay at Grand Isle 204! We had a great stay at Grand Isle 204! The condo was clean and cozy and had everything we needed for a week. It is also in a great location in the heart of Seagrove and a quick walk to the beach! The only small complaint we had was only having one key fob to access the beach- it was somewhat inconvenient when we would go down/return from the beach at different times and would have to shuttle the fob back and forth. But overall still a great stay!

Great place to stay This property was everything it was advertised to be. We had an enjoyable time here.

Review Security is a big issue with this condo. The same 4 numbers are worn on the keypad…which tells me the code is never changed. It has no deadbolt and a flimsy chain. Unit was definitely not the cleanest. Not sure how it received a “premiere “ rating.

❤️of Seagrove We loved our stay right in the heart of Seagrove. Condo was clean and cute, and the bed was comfortable. Beach access was better than I thought it might be. Walk across the street, through the gate, and down the short path and boardwalk to the beach. An extra gate fob would have been ideal, but how can you complain when you’re in Seagrove? It’s my happy place!

The bed was amazingly comfortable and the condo was decorated so cute ! Our only complaint was the noise upstairs. Other than that it was wonderful!

Beautiful Condo for the Beach Overall the place was great, very nice condo, very clean and well decorated. Couldn’t ask for a better set up. It’s a beautiful place. If your looking for a spot to stay to be close to the beach, it’s perfect. There were a few detractors for us, mainly the noise. The traffic noise is constant on the road and the noise from the upstairs residents was obnoxious. We couldn’t just sit out on the front porch in peace and quite, but that’s just the nature of a road side condo above local shops. The beach access is perfect, the gate is right across the street, very short walk. Overall it’s a very nice place with great access to the beach. It’s just not a return place for us due to the noise level, perhaps the top floor would have served us better. I will say they had a crew doing some minor construction during our stay which was an inconvenience as well, being on our porch. We went downstairs for lunch after a while while they were there to the Perfect pig. They continued to drop sawdust on top of us at our table, so we moved and then one of them was spray painting an electrical box, and all his paint was just blowing right over us. The folks at the restaurant weren’t too Happy with them. I’m sure the owners had no control over these guys and it’s probably a very seldom thing, so don’t let that influence your decision to stay here.

Wonderful condo I loved staying at the property. The location was perfect as well as the beach access being private. I use to stay at a property in Dune Allen but this will be my new stay option. LOVE LOVE LOVE...

Beautiful and Convenient Gorgeous condo in the best location! Just steps away from the beach and includes private beach access. Its also a perfect 2 mile walk to Seaside for morning coffee and brunch! The bed is so comfortable! I would stay here over and over again. I was also notified that the condo was ready before the 4pm check-in time which was so nice! Thankful the owners are willing to share their beautiful condo! :)

Great accommodation Beautiful condo with plenty of amenities in a perfect location. Jason, Sarah and the crew treated me like royalty. PJ was available all hours to assist with any issue I would not think of using any other company in Santa Rosa Beach. .

Only 1 minor Complaint The unit was wonderful. Very comfortable quarters, but beware that if someone is staying the unit on the 3rd floor, you’ll hear every footstep. Unfortunately for us, our neighbors above us liked to wake up before 6 am and constantly walk around and move chairs.

Perfect Getaway We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved sitting on the patio with our morning coffee and the smell of The Perfect Pig before we head out to the beach. Great location with about a 2 mile bike to Seaside. There was quite a bit of noise from footsteps in the unit above us but other than that it’s pretty quite. I would be cautious of getting locked out on the patio (luckily I wasn’t alone) and making sure the front door locks on the way out. You have turn the inside lock before you leave. But overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Loved our stay! The condo was beautiful! The decor was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the location and having the restaurant and cute boutique underneath was fun. The only negative was how loud the above foot traffic was. I am thinking maybe it was due to the hard wood floors (which were gorgeous). We would love to come back sometime!!
