Anniversary Great place just a few hiccups. The ice maker didn’t work called maintenance they came up just said I’ll have to look into that and never came back.. we had to buy ice the rest of the week. Bathtub was slow running. Bed very comfortable, couch eh so so. Would g back in a heartbeat

Anniversary I give this a thumbs up! A few little things. The ice maker didn’t work we called maintenance they came quick said they’d look into it never came back. The couches very uncomfortable. But we weren’t on it that much . The view is breathtaking. Top floor. Overall property has all you need. There is no towel service didn’t know that but we made it work it was two of us. We both said we’d stay again so beautiful

Repairs Everything was very good there the unit was plenty big enough for two people to stay. The kitchen cabinets some were not tight and they stayed open, toilet seat needs replaced, these are not big issues by any means just wouldn't hurt to be addressed for the future. All in all a very good unit and facilities very close to a very clean beach as well, after all that's what your there for mostly.

We checked out a day early. We were very uncomfortable our entire stay. New fold out bed is needed. King bed hard as a rock. I was unable to bathe my daughter in the tub the entire stay. It was fixed yesterday but then needed to be bleached. She had a sunburn and couldn’t do shower pressure. It smells like mold. The water smells like a FART in the shower. The TVs are 25 years old. Invest some money into your properties. I do not think I could recommend this place or return

This was our first trip to Destin. We absolutely love Destin and all the things to do. Lots of great food, a beautiful beach, and so much to explore. We are already talking about our next trip to Destin. However, Scenic Stay’s will not be a place we will stay again. The unit needs some serious upgrades, the fridge is rusted, the countertop trim is peeling, the couch has small tears in it, the sink makes it impossible to wash dishes because of how small it is and how it’s installed. Also, the electricity went out and the generator kicked on. However, the elevators were out of service and there was no running water. Guests had to reach out to staff to find out what was going on. We ended up being without water for about 18 hours. One single elevator started working about 24 hours after the electricity went out and by the time we left, there was still only one elevator operational. Resort didn’t offer anything to guests. No water to flush toilets, no hand sanitizer to wash hands, etc.

The condo is dated which I don’t mind at all. However, it is also in need of repairs. There are a few things that are broken and or falling apart/off. I let the front desk know about the shower being slow to drain. It was repaired the next day. I called a second time about an issue with one of the toilets. I left a message that was supposed to be returned within one business hour. My call was never returned.

We absolutely loved staying here, it had great beach access, the room was very clean and we loved that downstairs in the lobby they had a general store that had anything and everything as well as a place to eat so you didn’t really have to leave if you didn’t want to. Our view of the beach was beautiful, I would definitely recommend!

I will be back soon. This time just my husband and me. Leaving my son behind. lol Positive: The view was absolutely beautiful. Also easy access to the beach. Negative: The elevators were scary but not enough to take away from my vacation at all. I understood they were renovating

Due to ongoing construction, access to the building is limited to the side entrance, as the main entrance is closed, res Positive: The room is outdated but all in all satisfactory with our needs. Bed is comfortable. Negative: The ongoing construction of the building is causing continuous noise in the room. We were disappointed to find that the heated pool, which was advertised in the booking description, was closed without prior notice on the website. This was a crucial factor in our decision-making process, as we opted for this accommodation specifically for the indoor pool facility. Moreover, the general maintenance of the building seems to be wanting, highlighted by the presence of a large metal object near the elevator on the 18th floor, which does not align with our expectations for guest safety and comfort.

Clean unit, with everything you need during your stay. Good location to many key activities. Good view of beach corner view. We enjoyed our time there. The unit needs a lil TLC. One of the balcony doors would not lock, and front door lock / handle was loose.

My perfect getaway The resort is under updating construction ash’ and this was not a secret at all from the proper communication. I was informed a couple of times before my stay and I truly appreciated that. The location, hospitality, privacy, stay. Honestly I have nothing to complain about. I understood construction and when I come back next year I’ll appreciate the updates I get to experience. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was only due to the ongoing construction.

Pretty, clean condo with a beautiful view! The property was going through renovations and the outdoor pool was closed, but our unit was perfect and the view from our balcony was fantastic! Beautiful sunsets and relaxing waves. The bed and pullout sofa were both comfortable and everything was very clean. Would recommend!!!

Great view of city and beach!!! This condo was perfect with the bedroom facing the water! Waking up to the sunrise was a treat! We could also see the city! The extra 1-2 bath was perfect. The bed was also comfortable! A little outdated, but I would stay again!

Spring break getaway First time in Destin and it was beautiful. Great location and close to everything. We will definitely be back.

Prefect stay It was a really nice place and close to the beach was a big plus. Only thing that would of been nice is to have at least one day/night with is coffee. Would differently recommend amd stay again.

Great View!! This condo has an awesome view on the 18th floor!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The condo needs a little attention on a few items, the half bath faucet needs some attention some of the items that are battery controlled need replaced, not working, the toilet in the main bathroom kept running at times. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable!! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend SunDestin.

Great location Great location and view! However this unit is in need of some love the tub is slow to drain and numerous spots in the kitchen area where parts of the counter are missing, lamp shades that have splashes of something on them. My least favorite part was the check in where in order to get our parking permit they were trying to get us to join the Wyndham vacation group and view the timeshares. Overall the location and view were amazing just needs a little paint and care.

Good stay The condo was nice and clean. It just wasn't anything over the top amazing. This was the first time renting a condo vs hotel room, and I actually missed having room service.

Great Vacation rental The staff was excellent. For an older property it was in good shape. Location, view, and beach are was amazing.

Incredible This was our first trip to Destin and it was absolutely incredible! The property was in the perfect location and getting to the beach was simple. The view from the balcony was stunning even though it wasn't a direct view of the ocean. Being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the bedroom was so peaceful. We would definitely go back to this property & this unit again!!

Labor day Had a wonderful time and had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommended

Bathtub kept backing up. Drain in bathtub would not drain properly, it kept backing up. Drained very slowly.

This unit needs help We walked into a unit that was hot and uncomfortable and how the workers didn’t know that the air was not working properly when they cleaned it, is my question. The next day the AC company came out and added Freon, but that didn’t fix the issue. The bathtub doesn’t drain when you shower, the kitchen sink doesn’t drain, and the stove only has 2 working eyes. I sent out an email that I still haven’t gotten a response back and also a separate email sent to maintenance that was never addressed.

Perfect getaway! This little place was a perfect getaway! The location was awesome, the view spectacular, and that bed....I haven't slept that well in ages! Check-in and out was easy, and we had terrific experience. Thanks for letting us stay.

SunDestin We had an amazing time in Destin. I would absolutely recommend staying at SunDestin. The location was perfect, and the room was amazing. My only regret would be not staying longer. We will be back.

Thank you for a great stay! The condo was clean and updated. Very comfortable. The view was amazing. Felt like we were on top of the world. Great location in Destin. The condo was quiet. We rented a free dvd, which was a really nice touch! Having two bathrooms was nice. The battery in the fire alarm went dead and started to chirp. Maintenance came to fix it in less than five minutes. Amazing and friendly service. Can’t wait to visit again really soon!

Great place Enjoyed the top floor views. The cooking range was not on, however, we ate out every night. We did not know why is was off, so we left it be. Great experience.

Nice Place Good place to stay. Great place on the beach. Fairly quiet. Comfortable bed. A/C worked fine. Good wifi. Slant view of beach next door as this property is on the side of the complex. The pool doesn't have any shade kind of forcing you to go to the beach for the umbrella shade. TV's could use some upgrades, i.e. small 720p in the bedroom.

Overall, good experience! The room was clean and furnishings were up to date. The air conditioning went out on the second day, but Scenic Stays got someone to repair it within a short time frame.

Destin Trip Over all it was a good trip. Was surprised to find out there was no washer and dryer in the unit. Although the unit was clean, it was very outdated.

Place to hold bags I think it would be very nice if this location would have a space to hold guests bags while they are either waiting to check in or after check out. I was told on the phone that I could leave my bags, but it would be unsecured. However, when I tried to do that I was told that I couldn\'t. Even if there was a fee to hold bags, I think it would be very helpful for guests.

Sundestin Condo was dirty glass had handprints everywhere and all the walls are mirrors and floors looked like hadn't been swept or mopped n weeks sand all over and turned your feet black I paid over 140 cleaning fee for a dirty condo pools stayed packed with kids and no parents and had a small maybe 11 yr old running round with beers for his drunk dad that was being loud and ignorant playing hacky sack.. all in all it was ok if u like crowded pools and hottubs and sauna had teens having sex n it told security he laughed..next time I'll spend the extra money and go to the island..

The property was clean excellent service. My experience was good.every thing was as done professional.
