Very good overall. But! Our stay wad good overall, but a little disappointing the parking problem for two consecutive nights we could not find any parking space, we went to have dinner with our kids and when we came back there was no parking space for us, the front desk fail to explain to us this was an ongoing issue, they simply told us to park across the street at an abandoned fast food restaurant and then to come back walking with our young children across a very busy street (5-10mins walk) we ended up having to uber if we wanted to have dinner and stay a little late (9:30-10pm) finding fun things for oir kids to enjoy around the harbor walk. Understand the place is under renovation, but we knew that, our mindset about that was different because we were informed beforehand. The parking issue was a bummer

Not what I expected I was told I had to buy toilet paper when I went to the front desk and asked for more. Then on July 20th when we came back to our room there were no parking spots and I went in and told the rude girl at the front desk that there were a lot of cars out there without the pink/orange parking tag and we paid a lot of money to stay there and we should be able to park. She told me I was getting loud with her which I was not at all I was as calm as could be. Then she told me that I could park in handicap and then turned around and told my partner if she parked there she will be paying the $500 fine. We will never ever stay here again and we will make sure our family doesn’t either when they come to Destin!!! The girl at the desk last night was so very rude and laughed in my face I tried to call for a manager but there was nobody! One of the worst stays I’ve had in Destin

Love Sundestin In my opinion Sundestin is the best place to stay in Destin. It is close to everything Destin has to offer. We stay here every year and never had anything but great experiences. Everything for the whole family at Sundestin.

Great stay! Location is great. Loved this place. Would def book again. It was me, my husband, and our 6 month old baby. It was great for us. RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Loved that bc having to pack lots for the baby up and down. Great pools (indoor and outdoor). Beautiful stay. Very clean.

Reset in Destin Ebjied 8 days with all of things that Destin has to offer. For us that included 3 days at the beach, a sunset dolphin cruise, a helicopter run, exploring nearby parks, miniature golf, and eating amazing food.

We had a wonderful stay at Scenic Stays! The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy, making everything hassle-free. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. We didn’t have a single issue during our stay, which made for a truly relaxing getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

The only thing good about this place was the view, absolutely nothing else, it is a non-smoking premises yet we could not enjoy our stayed due to the constant smell of marijuana and cigarettes, we had our little one with us and the smell of marijuana absolutely ruined our trip we could not open the balcony most of the time, just incase you spend almost 2k like we did for 4 days make sure you only bring one car for a one bedroom you cannot have more than 1 car unless you booked a 3 bedroom you will have to pay fees for that extra car that could get towed if not careful, the elevator are horrible they do not make parts for the elevator anymore that is how old they are they make horrible noise, almost the entire building is under construction so there’s wet paint everywhere and fumes everywhere, is it not a private property anyone had access to come in and out to the beaches or pool through their lobby, customers service was rude in asking if I had check out, which I did. Save your $$$.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The unit was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the view was absolutely amazing. Although the building was undergoing some renovations during our stay, the hosts were very transparent about the construction beforehand, which we really appreciated. Their upfront communication helped set expectations and made the experience much smoother. Overall, it was still a great place to stay, and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great Views We have been staying at Sundestin for years now and this condo had the best view. The only thing for us would be the mattress. Definitely needs to be changed out. Other than that the place was really clean.

Husbands Vacation Everything was great! The remodel going on wasn’t that much of an issue (pool still closed at time, equipment took up parking, blocked entrance to resort so we had to circle around to pull up to unload/load). Overall would stay here again.

Beautiful Condo!!! Beautiful updated condo with the most magnificent view of the beach. Love the extra ½ bath. The only thing I would change is the bedroom at the front, but we had a wonderful stay!!

Was disappointed the outdoor pool was not open Was very disappointed that the outdoor pool wasn’t open. No one told me that when I made reservations. Room was clean , but had issues with the TV going off white watching a show . Other than those two issues the stay was pleasant

Loved it! Feels like a second home to to us! We have been coming here for years and love it. Love how chill and quiet it usually is. It always feels like a second home to us. My room was so, so clean. The folks who clean do an awesome job! I disliked the check-in process this time around though. I wanted to get my key and parking pass and the clerk started trying to sell me on vacation plans and a whole itinerary. It held up the line and I felt bad having people behind me waiting and I too was frustrated waiting for 20 or so minutes while someone in front of me went over a whole vacation plan. Aside from this, I really enjoyed it. Only 3 elevators worked but it wasn't that big of an issue. Love the location and how close it is to so many things. I will continue coming to this wonderful place. Love it!

1903 First time going to destin and it didnt disappoint. The whole experience was great. I will definitely be back and will definitely try to get this room again

Probably the best view in destin We came for a week stay and the the room was clean and well stocked with every thing u could possibly need. The view from the room was FANTASTIC. The only thing i would tell people is to call the chair service a week or two in advance to get the best seating spots. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Sun Destin is dingy, will not be back. Old property, dirty and made me anxious. The unit was okay, minus the two inches of water that backed up when I showered, the sink backing up with water, bedding that seemed to have stains or were dirty. Pullout couch was broken, and mattress on it was so dirty we just covered the couch and slept on it.Multiple guests were having issues, one got in an argument with front desk staff because his unit had a 5gallon bucket under the sink filled with mold. Not kidding, and she told him to leave it until the morning. Indoor pool area dank/dark, overall NOT impressed! Beach is beautiful, but not worth staying here.

Mattress and check out We enjoyed our staying at this property; however our nights were not so great since the mattress is just too soft. We couldn't have the proper rest the consecutive nights and it was pretty frustrating. Nothing bad with the condo itself, but if they could do something about it we will definitely come back in a heart beat. Also, we believe that check out was way too early (10:00 am) If management could extend it for at least another hour people would appreciate that. Thank you.

1803 review Condo was as advertised. Clean and well kept Tv was confusing to use because there were 5 different remotes. But overall we had a great 4 days

The view was incredible! The condo was beautiful. The views are beautiful. Didn’t realize though how crowded Destin is.

Very, Very Clean and Beautiful View from the 18th Floor! Very Clean Unit, perfect top floor beach view. My only disappointment was that there was no washer and dryer inside the unit. I’ve rented all over Destin/Miramar/30A for the past five years and a rental of this caliber and price point, should have a washer and dryer inside. I don’t even look for them when looking for a listing because it always comes with the rental. That was my only draw back. Everything about the view and being beach front was perfect. We enjoyed ourselves.
