Wonderful Stay! My family and I had a great stay here! We enjoyed the fact we were right on the beach and also had a pool to enjoy after being on the beach all day. The unit was the perfect size for our family of 4 being it has a pull out couch. The beds were a little hard but it didn't bother us as we popped up to enjoy the beautiful view from the 17th floor. The only downside to a high floor are the elevator rides (stopping at multiple floors) to get to your room or lobby so keep that in mind. Overall, we had a great stay and have recommended it to friends and family and will book again!

Will be are yearly vacation spot We spent 5 nights here and loved it. It’s really a great family place. We had one hiccup with part of the dryer being broken but the staff was quick to help. They gave us a credit so that it would offset using our money for the dryer that was on the floor. No big deal. Oh and the view from the 17th floor, icing on the cake!!!!

Great condo with a ocean front balcony, clean, peaceful, and right on the strip with lots to do, host was responsive, no complaints at all would definitely recommend!

Everything was great. From the view of the Gulf of Mexico, easy access to the beach, to the in-suite washer and dryer. They do have a laundry room in the building, but having it in our suite was amazing! Last year, we saw dolphins from the balcony; this year, we saw a manatee. We only had three issues. 1. While the king-sized bed was very comfortable, the pull-out sofa mattress was horrible. Very thin and springy. Our two kids shared the pull-out, and they were very uncomfortable. We ended up buying an air mattress for them. 2. The central air unit is on the balcony. So, instead of relaxing while listening to the waves crashing from the balcony, we heard a very loud air unit. Other units in the building have them at the front door, but bc this suite was in the enclosed area, they have to put it on the balcony. And lastly, there was a mildew smell as you walked in. Luckily, it didn't linger. It would just hit you as soon as you walked in. Everything else was great. They had pots and pans, dishes, and silverware. Towels, ice maker, coffee machine, toaster, and can opener. The building has some construction going on, but it didn't bother us at all. This is our second year at SunDestin and will definitely be back.

Great location with a great beach view. Check in was easy. Room was clean and had just what you needed. Very happy with our stay.

The room was clean. The view was great , beachview. Chicken was easy and quick. Nice appliances including a washer and dryer. I will stay again.

The host was very responsive and polite. The place was clean and overall convenient to the beach and local shops and restaurants.

Place was beautiful and a great location. Comfortable as well. Only issue was there was construction going on in the hallway that started at 8am sharp every day and went on for hours while we were there which kept us from sleeping in. It was frustrating but we understand renovations happen.

The condo was exactly like the photos! The view was amazing and the balcony was the spot to be! It was extremely clean and ready to go! The kitchen accessories and the amount of towels in the bathroom were perfect. We did leave salt and pepper shakers for the next guests since there weren’t any there! The unit is next to the elevator and noise was definitely heard from the bedroom. If you are sensitive to noise, that may be an issue. Also, the building is undergoing construction. It was noisy at times but not bad at all. If you have nappers, that could interfere. Other than the construction, the place was PERFECT! We would stay here again.

Another great stay Great stay as always! Condo was super clean and bed was really comfortable. View from the balcony is amazing. Beach is clean and water crystal clear. Resort has construction going on but didn't really bother us.

Will be great after construction Condo was great, construction on the building made parking an issue and elevator an issue. Other than that would stay here again. Condo was very nice, well kept, and clean.

Roaches This unit has roaches. We saw one on the countertop by the stove and one on the wall and it went behind the picture on the wall by the TV in the livingroom. After that I bought roach spray and sprayed in the kitchen and livingroom. I informed Becky at the front desk. She was so nice! Some of the cooking utensils had dried food on them, which was nasty. But we just washed them really good and used them. Washer/dryer very small inside. will not stay in this room again.

The best place! We had the best vacation staying here! The condo was very clean and spacious. The view from the 17th floor was amazing and the amenities were great! Would definitely stay again!
