Positive: Location

Overall it was a pleasant stay Positive: There was no breakfast Negative: Make sure the bathroom sink drains were unclogged

Facility was great. Room clean and spacious for a 1 bedroom, 2 (half baths), and 1 shower/tub. Appliances in kitchen Positive: The proximity to the beach. With kids that was a major convenience. Would have loved the splash pad to have been functioning however was aware of construction before booking. Negative: I don’t think our air cooled near as well as it should have given we kept the sliding glass doors closed and also the curtains closed to keep the sun from beaming in heating the room. Wasn’t miserable but coming up from a long hot day on beach trying to get showered and dressed and handle 3 kids the 71 degrees the room temp read at wasn’t cool enough for me.

We all had fun

We enjoyed our stay overall. The condo was beachfront with beautiful views, very clean, and spacious for two guests. Its location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and attractions throughout Destin. As stated in the listing, the property was still undergoing construction during our stay. We appreciated the transparency, and it did not significantly affect our experience. The kitchen was well-equipped, though the sink disposal was not working. The curtains were also damaged and could use replacement. These were minor issues but worth addressing. The biggest drawback was the check-in experience. Customer service was not welcoming, and we were not greeted upon arrival—only asked to show our ID. A friendlier check-in process would have created a much better first impression. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the condo’s cleanliness, comfort, and beachfront location.

Location was convenient and check in was easy but bed felt like a brick and furniture was uncomfortable.
