Probs walking...dont stay here The stairs to the beach were hard for my husband with a "bum" leg and my pregnant self. This place is meant for fit folks. Otherwise it was nice. Hard to get in and out of with traffic but that's destin for you.

3 Price has went up , and I wasn't told we couldn't get extra towels like we had in years past , that was a little bit of an inconvenience, we wasn't gave many for a famliy of 4 and was told to wash the ones we had, ,I don't like wasting vacation time to do laundry, only one smoking area, the restaurant in the lobby closes early, but location is good ,and its clean

Great view of the gulf, fantastic amenities and a very clean facility, great location.

Negative: To make sure how it goes I emailed 1 day before to ask for umbrella I can bring my own or I can rent it there and they said either way works you can bring your own to if you want, when I went there they said no , I have taken so much space on my car for umbrella and chairs to , say the truth whatever it is

Tho the place itself was cute, it was a let down to find out the laundry is COIN laundry which was not listed, it’s just listed as laundry. There is also no longer an indoor pool as they tore the walls down and it’s an outdoor pool. The hot tub also went out for about a day and a half, which for us wasn’t a big deal because we had a long stay, however, for those having a short 3 day stay, that’s half the vacation. I also think it’s important to note the elevators are small so it can take quite some time during high traffic to get on an elevator, especially when a bunch of people are checking in. Overall a nice place but for the price there was a rather high amount of inconveniences we weren’t expecting.

Location good but price did not reflect the amenities expected. Positive: Location was good except getting out onto a busy 4 lane to the other direction was a challenge Negative: Dated pool and exterior - plus we had to pay each day for beach service chairs and umbrella and for $1900 for 5 days that should be included! Plus construction in progress was messy

Positive: It was our first time and everything was beautiful

The check in didn’t take 2 minutes. We have been staying here for the last 5 or 6 years and have never had a problem! We got married on the 30th of April on Ft. Walton Beach so we go back every year at the same time! The room was spacious and had everything we needed and all the restaurants we love are all within a 5 mile radius and the Walmart is just down the road also! The shower was perfect and everything was up to standard. The construction will be over this year, so we may come again this fall!!! Had a great time overall and we had no issues or problems!!

Great stay! Loved the location and the unit! So close to the white sand beach, the amenities were great too, too bad our unit didn't come with laundry. Bed was good, we got partial view of the beach, and partial view of the city, so beautiful. Definitely recommend!

We love these condos! This is our second year here and we love Sundestin beach resort. It has everything we need and direct beach access! We will be back next year!
