Amazing honeymoon! My wife and I got married and went to this condo and it was amazing! Out the balcony you get a perfect view of the ocean while still having privacy as we were so high up. I will say the building is under some renovations and we can’t wait for it to be finished because honestly that is the only complaint! We did email Scenic Stays and told them that this would be for our honeymoon and they said that they would reach out to see what they could do and they did nothing but that is okay. Even with the renovations going on in the building the room made up for it in its cleanliness and perfection.

We Loved It!! My husband and I were so impressed with this condo! The location is incredible (you really can't beat a property on the beach with private access and chair/umbrella service). You can quickly get to restaurants, shops, and other attractions. The condo was complete with a fully stocked kitchen, and the owner provided toiletries, cleaning supplies (dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc.), tons of linens, and even a few water toys. If you need more than that (short of groceries to cook a gourmet meal), you can just hop on the elevator and visit the awesome shop in the lobby. This unit was in pristine condition, charmingly decorated, and absolutely spotless. It was so cozy that we stayed in one rainy night and watched shows on Netflix. The WIFI was excellent - I was able to do a Zoom conference with no issues, and I was able to put my morning exercise videos on the living room TV. I just cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. It was truly one of the best things about our vacation, and we hope that it will be available the next time we book our Destin vacation!

This property has potential but booking here right now is not a great idea because construction is going on and most of Positive: The location and fast working elevators. Negative: I had four small children looking forward to the indoor pool but it was closed due to construction the entire week of our stay. We were not notified before booking was made nor did the site we booked from inform us of construction at this property like other nearby properties had posted before booking. Being that the first three days of our stay had lows in the upper 40s, the indoor pool was our alternative on our itinerary to replace the beach on cold days but that was not the case. We traveled 7 hours for spring break vacation just to pull up to a construction site that caught guests by surprise and left us feeling out of place because it was like a maze to maneuver the entire building. Let’s not mention the dark tunnel with no signs posted leading to the small hot tub every guest in the building had to take turns using because the outdoor pool was also closed on the warmer days. The man made tunnel by the construction crew looked very unsafe and I feared something would fall on my children’s head while heading out to the pool. We heard several times by construction workers “hey you can’t go that way” or “this area is closed” because no signs were posted and the property should be closed until construction is complete. I feel like you are ripping your customers off false advertising what the property has to offer. You pay to have those amenities and then you arrive and nothing is as described and no apologies or warm welcomes during your stay is very devastating and not how anyone should conduct business because your property is not cheap and this day and time, customers want exactly what they pay for, nothing less.

Good condo Great location. Beautiful ocean view. Very clean. Nothing fancy, but good for the price point. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

10/10! I stayed in a one bedroom condo for 3 nights, and had a balcony facing the ocean... what a dream! 5 min walk to the beach, beach service, nearby restaurants, store on site with everything you need (freezer food, liquor, beach needs, etc), kind front desk, kitchen stocked with supplies. I'm so glad I found this place because I will be coming back for years! So ideal in every way. Next time, I'm staying longer.

Getaway The location was very convenient. The view from the balcony was amazing. The unit was very nice and clean. However, the outside A/C unit is on the balcony which reduces sitting space, is noisy and creates additional heat, which in such a small area was not ideal. The bedroom window has a light colored window shade and no curtain, which allows light from the complex to shine in at night.

The condo itself was very nice and clean. Beautiful view of the water. The Resort as a whole was under renovation and I hope they really fix it up because it needs it. The outside pool area especially.

Our room was clean. Checking in and out was easy. Beautiful ocean view and a wonderful location. Even though renovations was going on it did not disrupt our visit. I would definitely consider staying here again.

1505 Sun Destin Overall an adequate experience for the price. Have stayed in several condos and homes in Destin area over the years and this condo and complex were on the "tired" side. Condo was clean and nice but somewhat worn. Updating of furniture and dep cleaning in the corners would help a lot.
