What? Kyle is such an asset to the team. Follows through and gets things done. Was upset when we got the call just before thanksgiving that we didn’t have the condo we were supposed to get because of the construction, just a lot of loose ends and having to move after 1 month. Put a sour taste in our mouth. The people make it and we will be back when construction is finished as my husband has bad allergies and can’t handle the dust and I think the noise is a bit much.
Overall great experience, will come back! Positive: I loved the location, everything was right there. Negative: I didn’t like the cleanliness of the pool area.

It was nice and always kept clean. Positive: Location was great. Close to everything. Negative: Several outlets didn't work. Shower was not ideal. Kids splash pad was turned into an outdoor dining area for some reason.
Good location Positive: The location was nice. It is beach front and the staff seemed nice. Negative: One washer/dryer per floor, elevators are raggedy, restaurant in the lobby needs to be closed. The staff is nice but the food is horrible. Paper thin walls.

Wonderful room, but needs a better mattress This was our 2nd stay at Sundestin and it was just as enjoyable as the last. Our only complaint about this room is the mattress needs to be updated/replaced. The matress wasn't the softest but we managed. Everything else about our room was great. The staff at Sundestin are always friendly and helpful. The view from our room was great and I love being able to walk out onto the balcony from the bedroom.

Good stay bad sleep Condo is nice but the bed is horrible. Mattress needs to be replaced, you didn’t feel the springs and lumps. Sheets had linen balls

Our stay was great! You know how you’re sometimes hesitant about a vacation stay? Well I was but once I arrived all worries were gone! Check in went smooth and fast, our room was perfectly designed, the location was the BEST! Everything was great. We stayed for 4 nights and literally had no issues. We went in & out as we pleased. Always had somewhere to park, walking access to the beach was my favorite part. The location is literally in the middle of everything!! Anytime I travel to Destin this is where I’m staying no doubts about it. Book through them and no where else! Thank you!
