We had a wonderful time staying at SunDestin. 1401 was a quiet and somewhat very private space on where it is located in the building. We had everything we needed, the proximity to the beach made it ideal for going between the beach and our condo. Bathrooms a small but each room has their own private bathroom and shower. The beds would be our only “complaint”. They could use an upgrade on the mattresses. We are older and they were somewhat harder on our achy joints. lol. But not a deal breaker for the amazing view and location. Just may want to be prepared. Not horrible but a wonderful nights sleep would have topped this trip off.

We had a wonderful stay at SunDestin and would absolutely come back! The condo was clean, spacious, and the location couldn’t have been better. The highlight was definitely the view. Being a corner unit meant we had a balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf, and even the bedroom had stunning ocean views with direct access to the balcony. Waking up to the sound and sight of the waves each morning was incredible. The property itself was excellent, with two pools, a hot tub, and easy beach access. One unexpected bonus was the convenience store in the lobby—it seemed to have just about everything we needed, almost like a mini Walmart! It made grabbing forgotten items or snacks quick and easy. The front desk staff was always friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel right at home. SunDestin was one of the highlights of our Destin vacation, and we will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in the area. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a

Great stay! We had a great time at this condo. We always enjoy our vacation to Destin! This condo was perfect for the money. The closet full of beach items was a nice surprise too! We would come back!
SunDestin Resort We've stayed at the Sundestin resort for several years. The restaurant was always our favorite part. We were fairly disappointed this year as things over all seemed to be declining. I understand everything being short staffed but to constantly hear that as an excuse for good customer service anymore is sad. We will be looking for a different location for future vacations. The restaurant choice was a terrible one. Food, service and drinks were terrible to say the least.
1401 Could use some updating. Living room sliding door would not open.
Location and view were great! The beds and couches were very uncomfortable! Need replaced. Lots of missing drawer pulls , the doors all squeak when opening and closing.

Customer service is Great Couches and the beds are terrible .The condo needs to be updated.May be ok for a week but not for long period of time.
Can\'t beat the VIEW! First, the location and view were incredible. However, the unit we were in needed some updating and freshening up. It was obvious from the sliding door sticking shut, both beds provided no support and were terrible, the toilet seats were worn well past their use, some outlets did not work, the couches were definitely used and the ottoman was broken and sunken in. I honestly expected better conditions for the money I paid and the pictures that were on the internet. As far as the resort itself, the gift store was great, provided lots of things including coffee and all of the clerks we dealt with were friendly and greeted us with a smile. The elevators smelled and were not air conditioned. We definitely be back to Destin, but we probably won\'t stay here.
Great Getaway with an AMAZING View! This was such an easy vacation to book, check in and enjoy. The space could definitely use freshening up, but the location and view were incredible. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed including some beach gear.
Living room furniture Sofas and ottoman were really dirty and the small wasn’t pleasant and the ottoman was broken, makes the living room look unpleasant, uninvited.
Second time staying Great time, Great location overall. Pool is tiny for as big of a place---too many people for small pool.
Great Views - Great Location The location was great. We had excellent views as this was a corner unit. All of the staff was friendly, yet professional and very easy to work with. We reported a loose leg on a dining chair after we checked in, which was in the evening, and it was taken care of the next morning!
