Vacation My fiancé and I went for vacation in early March. The unit was stocked with most everything we needed. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy as well. There is a lot to do in the area, although some of it was closed due to the time of the year. Overall, we had a great time and plan to be back!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend and everything was perfect! It was clean, the bed was comfy, the kitchen was stocked with dishes, the restaurant in the lobby was delicious, just a all around good place to stay. We will be back and I will recommend to everyone!
This was our first vacation as a married couple. So relaxing and enjoyed our stay. Very clean Would definitely rent again.
Amazing view of the Gulf and very comfortable king bed This condo has an amazing view of the Gulf. It also boasts a very comfortable king bed. The kitchen is well appointed, and the fridge is very cold. Some slight wear of living room furniture and bathroom trim, but nothing major. Highly recommended for an anniversary get-away!
Love this place! This is the second time I've stayed here and you can't beat the price for what you get. Right on the ocean, clean and updated plus I love the gift shop and small restaurant/bar area. This is my go to place for my Destin vacation.
The engagement It was great. Just a few minor flaws. The light fixture in the bath was hanging down. The only other thing it would be nice to have high top chairs in the balcony.
Amazing View Great location, AMAZING view, great food nearby, nice short walk to the beach (we are both handicap and had very little trouble). Super clean and nice. Comfortable seating and bed. I was extra thrilled to find a box fan in the closet for sleeping noise!!!

It was great
Everything was good except for the inconvenience of not having a washing machine and dryer in the room. And at one point the washer was not working so it couldn’t be used. When you have three people and just enough towels and wash rags it can get a little hard to manage.
Loved our stay. Awesome views and very happy about the fact the beach was in our backyard.

Everything we needed courteous staff , , great reasonably priced food at Jo Schmo’s , the chair and umbrella guy on the beach was great . The location is great and plenty of great restaurants close by . Parking was a little tight but the construction crews had one whole section taken up . All said and done a great stay
Problem We couldn’t get the ice maker to make ice
nice! The condo was very nice! The king bed was comfortable and the updated kitchen was great! It didn't even take very long to learn the TV remotes! (that's always an issue for me) The construction wasn't too bad... only one morning of hammering, pretty early. The only issue that I had was parking.. I know the construction equipment needs the space, but some people were having to park across the busy highway because of it. Other than that, I'd go back. I especially like the fact that there is always someone there at the front!
Super Clean! For our first time staying in Destin, we picked a great place! The staff was welcoming, although we didn’t like that they tried to hassle us into wasting 2 hours of our vacation to go take a tour of another hotel and get into a time share… I get they are everywhere but at the front desk shouldn’t be one of those places even when we told them no we were good they kept on asking what was holding us back. When you walk into the room itself it smells CLEAN! Love that! Everything about the room was clean. The only complaint we would have is there wasnt enough towels and wash rags to last us the 4 nights we stayed. I know they mention to possibly bring towels and wash rags but if we are going to a hotel that’s one last thing we want to pack space wise… and when you ask for more they tell you to wash them… I’m cool with that as well I just don’t want to spend our vacation money on laundry detergents… but we did and made it work… also left the laundry detergents for the next person. Perfect view of the beach! Pools were clean!

Do not stay here. Period. The amount of hair and uncleanliness in this facility was ridiculous. Not as advertised!
Been harrsed twice Was harresd from chair rental guy for hvin my chair in beach water which was on public beach. Threaten to call cops on me . Will be my last time goin with yall!!
Wonderful stay This us our first stay and want to come back next time in Destin. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, felt like home away from home. The building is quiet and peaceful. The beach is walking distance, very close.
Pros and cons I loved how easy it was to get parked, check in, access the amenities, and explore the neighborhood. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay and we were not notified until we were there. This wouldn’t have been an issue but the water park in the area was also closed. The condo was mostly clean but needed some attention to detail such as crevices, baseboards, rust, etc. The staff was super friendly and helpful. All in all, we had a great time, just wish we would’ve known about the pool.
Amazing view and very comfortable king bed We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well appointed even if we didn't cook anything - fridge was very cold. The king bed was extremely comfortable, and this condo was quiet and peaceful even though some areas of the property had renovations underway. The view of the Gulf of Mexico was spectacular.
My stay Our airport was not 2 min away. We had to get airport shuttle to and from airport. 160.00 total. There is a local airport but was not our airport. Uber and Lyft were not available to go 33 minutes out. Also our laundry was not in room. Down hall and pay laundry
Wonderful location Absolutely loved our stay. We could walk right on to the beach and even saw dolphins from our windows. Everything was clean and stocked. I was impressed with how quiet the room was as well. I couldn’t hear neighbors or doors slamming like we can with other resorts.
great place everything was wonderfull. I only wish we had loundry in the unit. there is one on the floor tho if you need it.

Winter Break First time in Destin - SunDestin Resort was a pleasant surprise. Beautiful beach, pool / hot tub nice, right in the middle of everything. We’ll be back.

Wish we could of stayed the whole time was Wonderful! Really nice Resort with everything you need. Was having a great time but left out a day early due to Hurricane Ian never know about where a storm may head better safe then sorry!
Destin stay Great visit. Short stay but fun filled. The Pelican Roost was excellent on site restaurant. Ice maker would not dispense ice. Maintenance responded and quickly fixed but it quickly froze up again with blockage so we just had to open freezer door to get ice for drinks. Dishwasher did not open soap dispenser during wash cycle. Hopefully it worked on leaving unit after we started it. Those were the only two glitches.

Great place to stay Had a great time in destin at this location. The condo was I. Great shape and included full fridge(ice maker too), oven, microwave, coffee maker, and other appliances. Bed was comfortable and clean and there was plenty of closet and drawer space. Overall was a nice stay and would recommend.
