Beautiful gulf view condo It was an excellant choice for our place family vacation. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view from the 12th floor. Love it’s a corner unit it gives you a little more privacy being an end unit without having to hear the noise of neighbors coming in and out. Very clean; two bedrooms. Master suite has its own bathroom and balcony. Second bedroom has its own bathroom and two beds. TVs in bedrooms and living room. Beautiful window view in dining room area. Everything was clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need if you want to prepare meals during your stay. Easy access to the pools and ocean. Will definitely stay in this unit again.

There is no longer indoor pool that was advertised. The cabinets/ doors needed to painted. The furniture needs to be replaced. The kitchens-coffee pot- updated.need to let people know small kits for shampoo, body wash, two rolls of toilet paper, for a week. Would have been fine if advertised this way. Instead of two groceries trips..

It is always wonderful when things go perfectly.Great views from above the condo, and a minute walk to beach. Definitely will come back again.!

The condo was good and clean and well decorated. The only drawback was the sleeping of 7 there. It was very cramped for 7 people. 5 people would be comfortable. It honestly looked bigger than it was in the pictures. The deck was quite small also and could no way accommodate 7 people. Perhaps should be rented for 5 people. Overall though was nice.

Beautiful beach views but will wait to stay again u til after construction is complete and o Positive: Great views of gulf and great location and the unit was clean and updated. Negative: Still quite a bit of construction going on in common areas. There was a strong foul seafood odor when passing the restaurant to go to the beach and the area outside the unit had a mildew odor. The only complaint about the unit itself is that the master bath shower pressure was so strong that it hurt to take a shower.

Room 1212 The room was very nice. It did however show a little wear. The posts we read online about long waits for elevators never showed itself. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We will come back again and recommend to everyone.

Spring Vacation! Excellent view, clean rooms, friendly staff. 20 years of staying at Destin and it never disappoints!

Overall Needs little work. Needs up dating and the beds are little sleeping on rocks

Beautiful view We enjoyed our stay. The condo was great. The only thing we found needed was maybe replace the master bedroom mattress. But would definitely stay here again.

The Best place to stay Love, Love,Love this place!!!We have been going here for 10 years now and it never disappoints.

Good Sevice The condo was not as big as it appears in the pictures. There was no washer and dryer in the unit and the hot water runs out within 5 minutes in the shower. It is located in a prime location and the beach view is amazing. Overall the stay was very pleasant. The staff was extremely helpful.

Out dated/ limited access to beach Although the property is on the beach and the views are beautiful, walking out to the beach us an entirely different story. Walk in f out to the beach, there are chair and umbrellas lined across the beach from 3 rows deep. The section on the beach that we actually had access to was roped off. I stepped foot across the area and was meet by the neighboring resorts chair rental people that said “ you can’t sit here”. All Chairs and umbrellas were rented out for 3 days only availability was the 3 rd row where you have zero visibility to the water due to two rows of umbrellas. Never have I ever experienced Destin like this. I will not revisit this resort and any resort like this. Horrible!!!!
