Great for our family! It was the great location as it was close to all food, attractions and especially the beach. All you had to do was walk out to the beach. The rooms were a great size. Our daughter loved the bunk beds! Very cozy place. The only thing is the indoor pool was closed half the time and the outdoor pool was still closed for construction. I guess that ran later than previously mentioned. The wifi was garbage though. Other than that i would rebook.

Meh.. Our stay was ok. We were disappointed in the outdoor pool being closed, due to renovation, even though I had contacted scenic stays prior to our visit, and was told it would be open. The indoor pool was an ok option, but it is small and not many chairs for parents to sit in to watch kids. The ocean/beach was beautiful, but due to weather and double red flags we couldn’t get in one day which made the small indoor pool our only option and it was just too packed. There is an Ac unit on the balcony that was pretty loud at times. The WiFi was not great, kept going in and out or just wouldn’t connect at all. Staff was always friendly and helpful and the condo was clean and in a good location.

Meh Our stay was ok. The outdoor pool is closed, due to renovation. I had contacted the rental company prior to our stay and was told it was open, so we were disappointed when we arrived and it was closed. There was an indoor pool as an option, but it was small with limited seating to watch your kids while swimming. There is an Ac unit that’s on the balcony that was pretty loud at times when sitting outside. The WiFi did not work well. It kept going in and out or just wouldn’t connect at all. The condo itself was clean and as pictured. I thought it was in a good location close to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. The staff was alway friendly and available.

Great beach Spent the week there with my daughters & grandson. Restaurant & store on premises was great due to traffic & being on a busy highway. Condo was clean & well stocked. Staff is friendly & helpful. Only 2 negative comments are the WiFi was horrible & not allowed to set your beach chair in front of resort chairs.

Best beach location. Enjoyed our weekly stay. The beach property was gorgeous & perfect for my grandson to play in the sand & water, although water was too chilly in March. Restaurant & store on property was convenient due to traffic & not a friendly walking area. Internet was a nightmare but that was my only complaint. The staff is very friendly & helpful. We brought our own beach chairs but were not allowed to set them in front of the resort chairs, not good when you have little ones that you have to keep your eyes on constantly.

Cons/Pros Cons: the balcony furniture needs to be replaced as well as the living room furniture. The shower needs a self for shampoos, etc. There needs to be a bill change machine in the laundry room, I had a terrible time finding quarters, I even went to a bank and because I wasn't a member they would not give me change. Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, great view. Great price. Loved the amenities.

We honestly had a great stay up until the last two nights, when everything completely changed. We came back from dinner to an overwhelming sewer gas smell throughout our room. It was so strong and unbearable that both my husband and I ended up with headaches and could barely stay inside. We contacted the front desk, and we were eventually moved to another room. However, moving rooms wasn’t as simple as just grabbing our bags and walking down the hall. We had to completely pack up all of our belongings, load everything up, wait for another room, and then move everything all over again. By the time we got settled, we were exhausted and extremely frustrated. This was supposed to be our honeymoon, something we had looked forward to for a long time, and instead of enjoying the final days of our trip, we were dealing with an awful smell, headaches, packing, moving rooms, and the stress of trying to figure out what to do. Super disappointing. Will never stay here again. Positive: View of beach was good. That’s about it. Negative: Construction everywhere. People smoking weed all around you. The rooms are suppose to be non-smoking, but you can’t even sit on your balcony without gagging because of the smell. For the amount of money this cost, spend a couple hundred dollars more and get something actually decent. Super disappointed. I read endless listings and reviews, but they were hopeful. Do not stay at SunDestin in any room at all. For this unit in particular, we were given one travel size bottle of shampoo for four days in what is to be a condo that sleeps six. It was ridiculous. Also laundry is advertised, but it is a community laundry that cost extra to use. There is absolutely no condiments or helpful things within the unit. No salt, no pepper, no coffee filters, nothing. This is clearly owned by a company, and not a family that comes here to visit. There are no pool toys, no floaties, no “extras”. Nothing. As you make your way out the back door to the beach a rank fish smell is present every. single. minute. Absolutely disgusting.

Condo was nice, clean, & had a beautiful view. Close to the beach. Positive: Condo was clean even though resort was doing some renovations. Very close to the beach. Negative: Renovations have been going on for over a year according to returning guests.

What made this perfect was the view! Absolutely stunning! We saw dolphins from the balcony mainly around 8am and again before sunset. You really have to watch for them! The condo was fine. The bed was comfortable, shower pressure was great, couch was ok. Very tight spaces. Kitchen does not include basics like salt and pepper or scissors. Bathroom provided plenty of towels and toilet paper. Washer and dryer are across the hall and charge 2.50 in quarters. Could use a good deep clean and/ or paint. The construction- geez why do they have to start at 7am. Overall, it was ok. I've stayed in better, I've stayed in worse!

Nice The property was nice. We didn’t like the fact we had to pay for laundry service and the Wi-fi was very spotty. We found a couple roaches in our room. The beach chair service was very pricey but they were very nice. Overall a nice stay.

Ok stay Parking, pool access boardwalk to beach could have been arranged better due to work being done on the building. No complimentary tickets were received

Footsteps to beach Very convenient location for the beach. Great host and condo had everything we needed. Wake up to awesome balcony view of the ocean. In the middle of all restaurants including my favorite Waffle House right across the street. Condo very clean and very comfortable. I’ll be back.
