Internet Everything was great except for internet access would not work or was very shotty the whole three days we were there. Went to the beach for a work/ vacation but no internet and was unable to work. But beach was beautiful!!

Wedding Party Loved it..Great view. I did I form two burners on stove did not work..overall will book again. See you in July!!!

It was a good location, check-in was easy, and direct access to the beach was a plus for us.

Great location, amenities, and host! Although this unit is a bit dated, it was an awesome stay for us. Only issue was the bed created very loudly to the point where we almost went to buy WD-40 LOL, and the sheets were rough. Otherwise, great spot, great host, and great amenities. View on balcony was phenomenal. If you're a light sleeper bring earplugs since the bedroom is on the front side of building by walkway to elevators.

We had a wonderful stay here! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. The view was amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great time everything was perfect!

We had a great stay at Sundestin. Gorgeous views of the beach and centrally located to everything in Destin. We especially appreciated the gift shop so we could grab a few things without having to leave the property. We didn’t get to try the restaurant on-site but would have if we had more time there. The host was very friendly and always responded to our inquiry’s quickly. We will for sure be back!

Our condo had a beautiful view with nice balcony seating. The inside was roomy and clean. It was perfect for a relaxing, beach vacation.

The stay was great! Couldn’t ask for a better view and accommodations. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host was very kind and communication was splendid. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone.

Great location, size was perfect for 3 people. Only complaint would be the construction was extremely loud and made it impossible to enjoy the peace of the beach.

Condition and Cleanliness Dishwasher door gets stuck closed and then bumps the cabinet when trying to close the door. Kitchen faucet hot/cold is backwards. Kitchen floor has bubbles in it. Bathroom door is difficult to close. A very large hair and dust ball was stuck to the lampshade in the bedroom when we arrived. Overall, it is a great unit. It just needs a bit of maintenance. The view is amazing!

Comfortable I just want to say this place was absolutely amazing. The unit I stayed in, room 1207 was spacious and very clean. It of course had a full kitchen, unfortunately for me I did not have an opportunity to utilize any of those kitchen utilities as I did not stay for long and ate out for the length of my stay but for someone or a family looking for a condo with full amenities I think this would be a great option. The view looking out into the gulf was great, the balcony was cozy and the chairs were comfy. The master bedroom was clean and the bed in my honest opinion was incredibly comfortable. The staff at the front desk are super helpful and friendly, they allowed me to add an extra guest to my stay with ease. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back in the future

Nice place to stay Very nice place on the beach, enjoy the location very relaxing, we wall on the beach in the morning and at night , we see the sunset from the balcony of the apartment, lot of fun very convenience

August Vacation Unit was just as shown and described. The only issue was the smell of cigarette smoke when we were out on the deck and one night the smell of pot.

We had a great time in Destin. Stayed at sun Destin for 4 days really enjoyed it Staff was friendly and helpful room was nice there was a mix up In the system I was initially put in the wrong room he handle it well very professional only cons was the fan outside the door that's in the bedroom is noisy and the umbrellas they put out for rent take up most of the beach but can't fault the room or the staff for that. Thanks will come back

Very uncomfortable furniture Please let the owners know, that they desperately need to replace the couch and one and only bed. We actually left a day early because there was not one piece of comfortable furniture to sit or sleep on in the whole condo 😐

Memorial Weekend Stay The unit was extremely clean, and had a great location. We spent most of our time at the beach, and had several restaurants within walking distance. Only two cons: bring your own beach towels, random noises at all hours of the night. We would recommend staying here to family and friends.
