Great time Our family has stayed about 10 times or so over the years. We have NEVER been disappointed. We loved our room. Everything was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for it to have been any better. Hope we left everything to your satisfaction. Looking forward to next year.

A very enjoyable stay! Thank you for a very enjoyable stay. The ocean view from the balcony was incredible. The king size bed was very comfortable and the grandkids enjoyed the bunks. The large TV\'s were enjoyed by all. The kitchen is well equipped to cook for the family. The ocean and pools were a great pleasure to use.
Beach Stay August 2021 We had a great time at this property. I went with my teenage daughter and son. It was located off the beach with just a short walk to the water. My only complaint would be I wish the room came with a few boogie boards or beach accessories. We bought a bunch of stuff and ended up leaving it out in the hall when we left since we couldn't take them on the plane.Apart from that it was perfect. I would also have liked a few rugs near the beds. The sand that accumulated was small but we hate to have dirty feet getting into bed.
Love this place! We absolutely loved this unit. It was as beautiful as the pictures show and the view was incredible. Excellent updates throughout and the layout was perfect for us. We had two small families and it was exactly what we needed. The kids loved the bunk beds! We had quick and easy access to the beach which was great.
Great Stay We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was right on the beach with a perfect balcony view of the water! We saw a school of fish and a cool manta ray while just sitting outside. The beach service was awesome! It was nice not having to lug umbrellas and canopies down to the beach when renting from the property. The prices were not bad at all! We also enjoyed the restaurant downstairs. I recommend the mahi mahi sandwich!! The inside of the condo was very cozy. All of the beds slept comfortably, even the pull out couch (which is hard to find!). The location was good. We were near a lot of restaurants and even Walmart was up the street for any last minute necessities. The only recommendation we would have is to maybe have some rugs at the front and back door so that sand isn’t tracked throughout. We swept a lot, which we didn’t mind.
The room was spotless when we arrived and it was a perfect spot for vacationing! The check in process was quick and we had a amazing beach view. Very family friendly. 100% recommend!
Me gustó, pero la limpieza para las habitaciones debería mejorar, al menos no que entren a estar limpiando pero que si h Positive: Me encantó la ubicación, y la limpieza del edificio. Negative: Nadie va a cambiarte la basura por los días que te quedas, me dijeron en el contrato que me incluía sombrilla y jamás me la dieron, tuve que acercarme a pedir bolsa para la basura porque no tenía más.

Only thing I feel needs to be improved is the sofa it’s not the cleanest, the pillows are dingy looking either clean them or put new covers on them.
The condo itself was very clean and nice however the building that it is in was under construction and this is something that is not mentioned right away. There were a lot of areas closed on site like one of the pools the tiki bar the restaurant.
The one star is not for the actual condo but rather the rental company, scenic stays. This was a mother / daughter trip.The weather was going to be cool so I wanted an indoor pool. I had found many properties, but decided on this one based on all the reviews. So, I booked it and paid. Upon arrival, we noticed that it was under intense construction. Like, Half of the entire building, and the main lobby. We checked in and I mentioned how I had no idea it was under construction and it was LOUD! I asked her where the indoor pool was and she told me it was “temporarily closed”, as is the restaurant. I later found out where it was and have pictures of the VRBO post and the current status of the pools. The walls were completely gone and there in fact would be no more indoor pool. The construes was so loud that it woke us up in the morning. I have videos that I wanted to show my husband to show the ridiculousness of it all. When we got off the elevator, there were barricades that a construction worker had to move for us, taped up windows and door handles leading us to our condo door. I went back and forth messaging scenic stays and the only thing they kept saying was that they “understood my disappointment but this info was listen in the portal” BEWARE!! I did not receive this information until AFTER I paid and booked through VRBO. Terrible business ethic and I will not be using scenic shores again.

We loved this Condo! The location is great...close to many area restuarants and activities! The beach is as good as it gets with the balcony views are priceless...east to west! The Condo is brand new renovated and was spotless! All new appliances and a fullly stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable too! Everything worked good as should be! The tv and cable did not want to link up but we were not there to watch the tube anyway! The pools were clean and the staff were very nice and helpful! We would fefinately stay there again! Great quality and service!
Would not book here may not have a vacation. We didn’t even get this room. That we paid for last minute got a call had to get another room or find some where else at last minute and it was nowhere as nice as this room very disappointing.

Perfect Vacation! I have stayed here a couple of times before and each stay has exceeded my expectations. We absolutely loved the recent upgrades to the condo. The new open shelving is exactly what we needed for storage. The new appliances worked excellent. It felt like home! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely keep coming back!
Very clean and updated Very impressed with the condo. Would book again. The only thing is it needs some curtains in the master bedroom. That morning sun comes early!

Five Star Stay! Everything about my trip to Destin exceeded expectations. This property was stunning! The condo was very clean and we got to check in earlier than expected. I loved how the unit had been updated with new appliances. The ice maker in the refrigerator produced quickly which was much needed for hot beach days. There was a lot of convenient storage space which was nice to pack away our belongings rather than have our suitcases laying out like at a hotel. The property was beautiful with the kindest staff. Every person we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. My only complaint is minor. On the balcony of the deck there were just a few tiles that were cracked and broken or a little wobbly. From 12 stories up it was a little scary when you accidentally step on a shaky tile. I fully understand there is constant wear and tear with different people staying there every week and the elements outside. I won't hold that against the property at all. We will definitely book another trip through ScenicStays here!!!

Everything was amazing! This is my second stay at this condo and everything was just as amazing as before! The condo was very clean. All of the staff were so nice and helpful. I love the convenience of the condo’s restaurant and gift shop. It’s the perfect condo for a relaxing vacation.
First time staying here Very friendly staff. Could use some A/C in elevators and elevator lobbies on each floor A/C in unit had a difficult time keeping unit cool but box fans provided helped a bit Would have loved to have a washer and dryer in the unit itself as walking to washer and dryer AND having to pay to wash clothes was highly inconvenient Over all we had a great week.
