Review Everything was nice staff was very helpful and me and my family had a great time

It was small and outdated. The furniture was dated. The patio was tiny. The patio furniture was stained and old. There was no patio table. There was no hair dryer.

We had a great stay! The ocean and beach views were beautiful. The location was great, and we had a relaxing and enjoyable time. The condo was comfortable, and everything made for a pleasant beach getaway. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great place to stay, well recommended

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time in Destin, and this was the perfect location. We would absolutely return!

Negative: Front desk staff was rude. Also window in kitchen wasn’t covered, had no curtain or curtain rod and any one could look into our room at any time! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Our stay was absolutely incredible! This beachfront property exceeded all of our expectations. The location couldn’t have been better, with direct beach access and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind while still being close to great restaurants and local attractions.. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing beachfront getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything was great. The only thing was that the picture in the bed room kept falling in the middle of the night scaring the crap out of me lol.

An excellent view. However, I think the floor could have been cleaned more carefully, and the bathroom too. They also need to replace the bed: it is much too soft, at least for us.

It was okay but will look into another place next time , or unit . Positive: The staff was nice & very accommodating when we had a issue the first night of arriving Negative: Plumbing & outdated unit . Numbers on the stove couldn’t be seen . Beds weren’t comfortable at all .

My granddaughters and I liked our room. The king size bed was comfy. The youngers said the sofa bed was good. Everything was as described. We liked the location to many restaurants. It was easy to get to the beach. The condo is under heavy reconstruction, so that was the only non-positive. Even with construction, we weren’t interrupted or bothered. The room has been painted recently - nice blue. The couch appears to be an old style, but it looked really clean and in good shape. The microwave, toaster and oven worked well, as did the refrigerator and freezer (and ice maker). The kitchen window does need a privacy curtain or blinds, but I see that they just put in brand new windows, so that could be coming. I used a piece of cardboard. We could have used more hooks around the unit to hang all our towels and bathing suits — maybe on the back of the doors, or over the doors. Overall, we enjoyed unit 1117. Would stay again. Would recommend.

Bad No ac and mold growing

Late summer trip Property was updating - new outside finish and color. Not a problem.Unit was clean and comfortable.

Nice place will visit again When came time to check out it was crowded and took an hour because I had to used the stairs

BEAUTIFUL We had a BEAUTIFUL view of the beach and city . Clean and great location

Mostly functional Unit not well maintained. TV problems constantly. Appliances and amenities very dated

In need of repairs We love Sundestin! This unit had a few problems such as toilet issues in first bathroom, hard and uncomfortable pillows, and awkward kitchen sink. We will select a different unit next time we stay there!

Review Needs towel hooks. Faucet in Kitchen needs repair. Needs minor repairs. Beautiful countertops.

Great vacation Sheets had cotton balls. They need to be replaced.
