Waterfront beach clutter Enjoyed having all the amenities in one spot ! Only complaint would be the umbrellas and chairs right up on the water not leaving kids much room to play . But we made the best of it .

Great Stay We had essentially no complaints about our stay here. It was great. Very nice condo, small but it worked for our needs. I do have a couple things, but again they weren’t that big of a deal, but might be to some. The splash pad was nice when it worked to its full ability, the sprinklers were inconsistent on which ones were working at which time, but it did work and the kids liked it for the time we spent in it. Also, the garbage bags are tiny and very thin, wish we would have brought our own but again not a big deal. Check in went smoothly. They tell you to see the concierge office, and while they do give you some good info if you want discounts you need to sit through a presentation and we weren’t interested in that. If you’re traveling with kids go to the on-site restaurant Pelican Roost and get the refillable cups. They were $17.99 I think and they get free soft drink refills. This also works at the popular restaurant Fudpuckers. We wish we would have realized this at the beginning of our stay and not the end of it. We didn’t utilize the store, everything seemed to be very pricey

Get a hotel for privacy not a condo Maintenance ruined our stay here! The front desk put up several sign saying they would be entering the units. Who the hell wants to rent something where people can just walk in whenever they want even after requesting to be notified first. Very distasteful especially with having children we came for peace and relaxation not to bothered. We put all our personnel things in the vehicle and had to go up and down several days to get what we needed.

Good for a family of 4 We are a family of 4 and the condo was just the right size for us and the property is right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants

Great Experience! This was a really great property for my husband and I. It was clean and in a great location. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because we had issues with getting one of the bathroom sinks to drain and there was construction ongoing in the building. This was loud at times and somewhat inconvenient, but no fault to the property owner. I’d definitely recommend this condo to stay in.

Beautiful beach vacay The condo, amenities, and beach were all perfect. My husband and I had a beautiful time at sundestin! The beach and condo were very clean and there were plenty of options for food in the area including their very own restaurant.

Room looked exactly as advertised. My husband and I enjoyed this resort immensely. It was everything it was advertised to be. You can\'t beat the location.

I know why it was cheaper than the other places I looked at. Positive: Close to the beach. Negative: The sofa was very dirty. So dirty we wouldn’t sit on it without a sheet covering it. The hallways outside the elevators were gross and looked abandoned. The construction was taking place so there was equipment and workers everywhere so it made it not seem clean. I had to park across the street twice and I only had one pass for my unit.

Great stay!

Was a very pleasant stay Can’t really complain about anything other than the construction blocking everything and going on right outside our balcony creating lots of noise, but that is nothing controlled by the owner and we were only hearing it when we came in to get lunch or escape weather as they were done every day by 5 as promised. Really nice place.

Destin Great vacation!

Pleasant and relaxing stay. From the moment we arrived everything was great, the place is perfect for a relaxing vacation and the location is wonderful, of course I will return one day.

Relaxing vacation. Unit 1116 was very good, we spent a few very quiet and relaxing days in this place, everything was wonderful, only the sofa and carpet were a little stained but it did not affect our stay at all, of course we will return one day. And the location was wonderful.

Our Stay...... The stay was pretty nice. The description stated there was a hair dryer, but on arrival there was not. Had to borrow one from the front desk. Also, the view.......yes, the view that was portrayed in the pictures was nice. The 'actual' view included a 'wall' that hinders the full view of the ocean. We attempted to move rooms on our arrival, but they could not accommodate us at the time. Otherwise, the room was nice, clean and comfortable. Oh, we also thought beach service was included. It was not. And the one guy from the La Dolce whatever was quite rude. His name was David. Dark hair, attitude. Wasn't a nice accommodating guy.

review on sundestin We loved the room and was everything we needed for our stay. Only downfall was we were informed when booking our stay that renovations were not ongoing through the months of June-August but that in fact was not the case. The outdoor pool being closed was quite upsetting but that’s the only negative review I have for Sundestin.

Couldn’t be happier This is our second year staying with SunDestin. From the moment we arrived until the minute we left we were treated with a kind, welcoming, southern hospitality. Our room was absolutely perfect. The view is incredible. Can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you, SunDestin.

Great Place This was great place to stay. First off the check- in and check out process could be easier. The unit that we stayed in looked exactly like the pictures. The bed was super comfortable. The huge TV had the mirror option which made it easy to listen to music and watch movies from your phone. Bring extra big towels was must. If your using the dryer set it on permanent press or clothed won't get dry. Other than an fantastic place will definitely stay here again.

Condo in Destin, FL We decided to go to Destin about 3 weeks prior and didn't want a hotel room. Looked into these and found a couple to get into at the time of our stay. Lovely condo and the place was good. Elevators were quick and quiet. We had a great view of the Gulf and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing I am always nervous when booking somewhere new BUT this place was everything i hoped for and more! Comfy and CLEAN!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY! This was our first time staying at SunDestin. The staff was very friendly and everything was so clean! It was also in a great location and super easy to get in and out of with very short elevator wait times. Our condo was exactly as it was shown online. Super clean and decorated nicely with a nice view of the beach. Scenic Stays kept us informed the whole time during our stay via text which was a very nice feature! I would definitely stay here again and recommend staying here to anyone traveling.

Vacation 4/17-4/21 Can’t wait to come back! Everything was great! Only thing is there wasn’t a hair dryer so be better prepared than me!
