Nice little condo Nice condo with great beach access and pool options. Only complaint about the condo is the shower head is so short, it was perfect for me (5’ 3”) but my husband (6’ 3”) could barely get in the water. Outside pool was freezing, inside pool was warm. Restaurant in the hotel was good but expensive. Many things to do around the area especially with kids. Thanks for having us !

Anniversary trip Great place!!
Perfect getaway for 2 My wife and I booked this condo for a get away to the beach for the two of us. It was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The condo was clean and decorated nicely. The kitchen was stocked with everything we would need. Close access to the elevator. Would definitely book this condo again.
Wasn’t notified about major construction going on until 5 days before our visit. Hot tub and pool bar never opened in our 8 night stay. Maintenance entered our condo without notice for a leaky toilet. Last morning unable to shower because of leaky shower. Extremely noisy for half our stay. No privacy on our balcony for half our stay. Love Destin but this property is very poorly managed.

Front desk staff Front desk was very unhelpful and then tries to get us to go to a 2 hour presentation to buy into a time rental . I said no at least 4 different times and the girl speaking was so pushy it was starting to make me angry . I go on vacation to relax and not get solicited by the front desk staff . So very unprofessional and desperate . We will not return to that property
Better than expected Wish there had been more of a discount due to the remodeling and loss of outdoor pool, but other than that everything was nice.

Great location and condo. My only complaint is that the renovations that were happening were not clearly defined until AFTER I paid and confirmed my stay. I may have changed my stay to somewhere else with a functioning hot tub and outdoor pool. Otherwise the amenities were wonderful.
Review of 1114 Even with the construction, we were not bothered, view was great,quiet, clean, friendly staff. Everything we needed was supplied in the Condo. We loved it.
Rocky Start Initial turnoff when we entered the unit. The couch was broken to the point that it was not possible to sit down on the couch. We were told it would be fixed by the weekend. We received an apology for the inconvenience and was told we would receive some type of compensation for the inconvenience. We have not received anything at this time. The next morning the repairman came to fix the sofa. The coffee pot didn’t work and we received a replacement right away. We got off to a rocky start, but the remainder of our stay was great! This was our 3rd time visiting Destin, and our first time staying at this establishment. Customer service was friendly and helpful with trying to rectify our issues. Great location and may shops close by. Awesome view of the beach. Gift shop had just about everything anyone could need in way of last minute grocery items. Destin is the perfect place if you’re looking for sun, sand, and the beach.

Destin Over all a good stay
As described. Would book again. Everything was perfect at this condo. The unit was very clean, organized, and with plenty of provisions. The location and balcony view were perfect. We have no complaints. This unit was just as described in the ad.
We had a blast, thank you! The building generally can use some upgrades. There was construction while we were there, that was good to see but also the noise wasn't great. But other than that, the room was clean, well-stocked, well-located, quiet at night, with friendly staff. This was our second trip to Sundestin and I'm sure we'll be back. Thanks!

Amazing Views! Absolutely loves the view of the ocean and the town! Definitely will come back to the same condo! Pictures were exactly what was pictured!! The only two small things that could be fixed (which are sooo minor) the screen door in the living room comes of the track a little, and dishwater door it seemed the hinge was broke. But other than that it was PERFECT!

Wonderful views and quiet! I enjoyed the stay, it was clean, quiet, friendly staff and helpful! Beach/pool access was great La Dolce Vita chair/umbrella rental co. offer 1/2 day rates for rental from 9a-1p or 1p-5 p. If you love breakfast be sure to visit the Pancakery they open at 7am the wait time won’t be as long. I wanted to do the Tiki cruise didn’t get the chance to they had room for 1 person also drove to ft. Walton beach about 10-min away to visit Robinson’s Cruse Thru
Nice Vacation We had a great vacation a few suggestions need to be posted as partial view , My daughter was in 1112 she had a wonderful view and good breeze , she had the view we had a bit nicer decor. One more suggestion need to have ramp to beach for beach wagon . Thanks for a nice vacation, we would return again
