Issues inside unit There was mold above the shower which isn’t great for my pregnant wife. Floor in master and bathroom consistently were damp. One toilet didn’t flush well. Tv remote in living room was broke so the volume was stuck on very loud with no manual button. AC unit on patio took up a good amount of room, was loud, and overall not safe if we brought kids.
Beautiful view, clean condo Beautiful view, perfect size for two people, very clean. Biggest complaint is the noisy A/C unit on the balcony. We have stayed in a lot of condos and have never seen this. Part of why I love staying right on the beach is relaxing on the balcony, but every time the unit came on, I jumped because it was so loud. I guess we could have turned the unit off, but then it would have gotten very stuffy inside. We will not stay here again due to that. Also, it’s a shame there is no way to enforce the “no smoking on balcony”. Someone was obviously smoking somewhere near us but not sure which direction.
Great stay Sundestin My husband and I had a great time while staying at the Sun Destin resorts. The room was nice and clean upon arrival. We like the openness of the kitchen. The view of the ocean from the balcony was spectacular. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs.
Handicap access Just stayed June 20 2025 -June 24 2025 the construction was not that big of a nuisance but waiting on the elevators because of the construction workers using it and not dedicating just one for them I think was a mistake. They are not a very handicap friendly and were not very accommodating.
NIce vacation spot. Good value. Overall, very nice. Staff was great. Room was clean but could use some updating, otherwise it is very nice and comfortable. We did not receive the "complimentary experience tickets", (but we didn't ask for them either). The food at the bar downstairs was terrible (pizza was all they had). It was off season, but if that is the best they can do - they should not serve food.
Great stay Loved the elevators. Weird review I know but the 4 elevators moved smoothly and quickly to get us up to the 11th floor and back down. Overall great stay for our 25th anniversary.
We were only in the unit for about 20 hours before the hurricane forced us to leave. The unit was as pictured. It seemed clean and had a nice view of the gulf. There was an odor in the unit. It smelled like someone had smoked in the unit even though smoking is not permitted.VRBO was very good about refunding their service fee since we were only there for about 1 day. Scenic Stays gave a partial refund that was insufficient. After a few emails we were able to get them to refund enough to bring the one day down to something reasonable.
Everything was great, we really enjoyed having the beach right in front of us. It was so beautiful for me to appreciate the sunrise and sunset. We would get up early to have coffee and sit on the balcony overlooking the beach. It was so beautiful. I highly recommend it. Everyone was very kind. We will be back next year.
Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay. The building and the apartment are very old and have a strong unpleasant smell. Even more strangely, the bedroom windows face the interior hallway, which also smelled very bad. The kitchen cabinets were sticky, and there were very few dishes, all of poor quality. The bathroom trash cans were cheap, uncovered, and unpleasant to look at. There were also no basic supplies—not even salt or cooking oil. The apartment did not feel comfortable or welcoming, and we could not relax or enjoy our vacation. The view was the only positive part of our stay.
It was a great experience
I would advise against staying in this unit ONLY because the screeching and shaking of the elevators are so loud that it is impossible to sleep until very early morning. The unit is fabulous! The elevator situation is unbearable!

Beautiful view! We loved staying right in the middle of Destin walking distance to everywhere. The beach wasn’t crowded and the view was spectacular
Did not get what I paid for When we arrived the first thing we noticed is the dishwasher was out of order, the hot water in the kitchen would come and go. The main TV in the living area would glitch and screen freeze up. So basically we could only use the bedroom as that was the only TV. Did not use any of the kitchenware as would have to wash everything so we bought and used paper plates and plastic forks and spoons. We brought this to the attention of the fro t desk and they said they could move us but we would have to change rooms everyday. We decided to just stick it out and deal with it. So basically I rented a bedroom from your condo and feel I should have some type of refund

Overall stay We have veen staying here for several years and have loved it but this time we were not happy that the outdoor pool wasn't open, then the indoor pool wasn't usable! Seems this construction could have been done in the off season instead of peak season!

Excellent We loved the view and condo. The screen door is torn..,and the yellow sofa could use a cleaning. Otherwise everything was perfect!
Great location, however not impressed with co do itself. Front desk and all employees A+! This was not the condo I initially booked. They had to change us a couple weeks ago. This condo needs updates! Door does not shut, you have to remember to pull or push it shut. Screen on patio door ripped, loose outlets, no condiments like most condos have ( salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc). Overall did not like this unit for the money spent.

LA folks Condo was clean and comfortable. Great view from balcony. Bathroom cabinets need replacing as they have some damage.

The perfect getaway The unit was so nice and clean with all the amenities. There is no way to explain the exquisite view from the entire living room and balcony. The entire staff, inside and out including the shop were so kind and accommodating and this is why we keep coming back. Can’t wait to have another vacation and come down. Well done!

First time in Destin! First day we seen dolphins from the balcony! Our condo was clean. If I needed anything front desk was immediately on it. Only issue the toilet didn’t want to flush. It’s a great place to stay!
Great view. Great service. Condo needs help; We enjoyed our stay with the great view and facility service. However, for the price, the condo was a disappointment. The sofas are overly used. The kitchen table is unstabled and the chairs are chipped and worn. The diswasher needs to be replaced as it is horribly loud, runs forever and dishes are not cleaned. There was absolutely no spices in the kitchen, not even salt nor pepper.
Good view clean place Overall place was clean but a little dated. Staff was excellent. Tvs were outdated and very limited on stations. Still perfect place for a short beach visit.
Nice but room for improvement All was great. Just wish the shower was bigger/updated. Definitely more towels should be provided. Overall nice room with awesome view.

Great views but a bit older Condo was very clean and had a great view! The condo provided everything we needed in terms of toiletries, dishes, wine opener etc. The only negative was that the property was older and therefore outdated, but did not affect our stay. Additionally, I feel the outside entrance could be updated such as steel doors. They were not aesthetic. But overall, a great property for the price!
On the beach! Being on the beach and the view was the most important thing to us. It was a beautiful view. You are on the 11th floor so you will wait a bit for the elevator. The condo was clean but could stand to be updated. But again the price, view, and location were worth it!

Sundestin 1110 was Awesome! Sundestin 1110 was a great place to stay. Condo was very clean, roomy and very comfortable. And the amazing view of the Gulf...WOW! The only downside was the smell of weed while we were sitting on the balcony. Would stay here again.

Loved it! It’s obviously an older property with some wear and tear but we had a great time. The employees were very friendly and the property had everything you could possibly need!
OK Unit was fairly clean, but very dated. Tropical storm Fred arriving on Monday and our flight was canceled so we checked out a day early. We were told we would not get the last night refunded unless they called for an 'evacuation' of the property. I am in the hotel industry and we would NEVER peanlize a guest for doing the right thing by being proactive to get themselves home safely. Not a good way to promote guest loyalty. We will not be back nor will we recommend this condo to others.

Destin vacay The property was a little older and lots of stains on walls and ceiling. Furniture was run down and uncomfortable pool area was old and needed paint. Room did not cool down Area was nice and beach was beautiful. Love the Destin area but will not stay here again
Enjoyed our stay Wonderful place to stay. We reserved beach chairs and an umbrella in advance and had a great time. Parking was easy, elevators were prompt, and everything was clean. Highly recommended.
Ocean Beauty We had a fabulous vacation and stay! Waking up and watching dolphins swim the beach was a highlight for us! We loved the location and amenities of SunDestin! We can’t wait for our next trip!
Freedom from pandemic finally! The condo was neat and clean as seen in its pictures ....nothing to complain about at all. Liked the colors and layout. Enjoyed our 3 day escape from a floor refinishing at our house in Georgia. Also loved being able to dine out at places like Louisiana Laniappe without masks. For a year we had been dreaming of inhaling ocean breezes and it was worth it!
