Honeymoon Get Away! Great stay, friendly people also! We have plans to come back with our kids to enjoy the location and beach/pools! Highly recommend!

great vacation stay Perfect vacation, spent 3 nights here very comfy bed was great soft and clean water pressure was excellent in the shower and the ocean view was amazing, My family and I were very happy with our stay and would use this unit again, thank you.

The location was over-the-top AMAZING! The floors all had a bit of sand , but was easily overlooked given the price. Extending our stay by 1 night was fairly easy. When adjusting the removable shower head wand, be sure to use both hands as it easily falls off and always lands outside the shower essentially turning the tile floor into a slip n' slide. DO NOT let this deter you from this listing as it's a very minor inconvenience for such an AMAZING deal with one of the best views of the coast!

Upon arrival, check in was a quick and easy process. We stayed in Room # 1105, 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath with a balcony overlooking the pool area down below and the private beach for Sundestin guests. Our room was clean and cozy feeling. The A/C in this room was the best! We like cold and it definitely worked for us. This is a building that was built in the 80's and renovations have been ongoing for 2 years. It seems as if the biggest part was complete during our stay this week. No loud noises, as people have stated in some reviews. The shower had decent water pressure for a condo as large as this one. The bed was a little to soft for me but I like VERY firm mattresses. The kitchen was stocked with your basic things needed for cooking. (I'm on vacation, there's NO way I'm cooking.)The balcony was an awesome plus as I love to sit and watch people have fun. Watching people after dark looking for crabs was great. We had 4 people in our room, 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. We were not overcrowded but very thankful for the 2nd toilet. I will definitely recommend a stay at Sundestin and condo 1105. Family friendly as kids were everywhere having fun, but not to loud and overbearing.

Resort stay It was overall a decent place to stay. I felt as thought it maybe could have been cleaner in terms of the floors and bathrooms. We were switched rooms, which we were not expecting. And with that, we did not have a washer and dryer in our room like we expected. It was nice to be right on the beach. The facilities and amenities at the resort were not a clean as we were expecting either.

Bring your own air fresheners LOL First of all, the location was great. We loved being able to see the ocean when we were in the main living area. That was about the only positive we had… upon first entry, the smell of stale cigarette smoke covered up with cheap air freshener was incredibly strong. For a “nonsmoking” unit, you’d expect it to be…nonsmoking? When we went to the front desk to explain the situation, the answer we received was “we can give you a scent machine, but it’s the best we can do” and “we can move you for the night, let the scent machine run, and you can come back tomorrow” (only to then be told they actually had no other places to move us… and we couldn’t be in the room with the “scent machine”). Spending $2,000 on a room for a once a year vacation only for it to smell like smoke? Yikes. We immediately ordered oil diffusers to help the smell dissipate, but when we arrived back home we washed EVERY article of clothing we brought with us and showered. The cleanliness was meh. The bathroom doors wouldn’t shut and got stuck on the floor, so using the bathroom with someone asleep in the bedroom was a feat for sure. Having a bar in the bottom floor was pretty nice, and the elevator wait times were fast! All in all, we would not stay here again. But if you do, bring your own air fresheners!!!!!

Great place We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, clean, very nice people. Only downside, I wish we would of known the pool was closed due to construction.

Room 1105 Wyndham is the new property owner, and I don’t care for them at all, so my review is only for the actual room 1105. The room was clean and adequate. A little tired looking, could use new carpet in the bedroom, but the views were amazing. Also could use a pair of scissors and some plastic drinking glasses. I was concerned I’d shatter glass everywhere, so we bought red solo cups. All in all we had a great stay, but probably wouldn’t stay in this room again.
