The condo was clean and had a beautiful view. We enjoyed our New Year’s stay. We hope to stay here again soon! The host and front desk staff were very pleasant to work with.

Relax SunDestin was the perfect escape for my wife and I. We were able to relax & unplug for some much needed R&R.

Love the view! The lobby was very nice. The apartment was clean with an amazing view and the beach is the best part. I love that it's a non smokers place. Safe for kids and I would really consider to come back soon! The bed is very comfortable. I would change the mattress In the couch but besides that, loved it

This unit has a updated bathroom and nice new floors. The location and views are amazing. However we checked in and the dishwasher was broken and the sink disposal was not working. Apparently prior to our arrival per maintenance, there was an out of order sign on the dishwasher that housekeeping removed and we were never informed until we called. We were traveling with our small child and needed a dishwasher. Maintenance and the front desk then told us we would have the new one installed Thursday and that never happened and our communication wasn’t followed up with. Dealing with both a stopped up sink and no dishwasher was pretty frustrating given our lengthy stay. It did impact the quality of the stay.

Room 1003 was fantastic! Very clean the bed slept amazing ! Perfect views of the beach ! Staff very friendly and helpful . Our family loved staying here definitely would go back at anytime !

The listing said there may be construction. The problem was that the cafe within the building was closed, so had to go out for food and things. Also the place right next sure, on one of the days, was having renovations and it was like they were in our room.

Cleanliness and Location We appreciated how clean the condo is. The view and access to the beach is also top notch.

Great Overall very great stay. Woken up by construction but was warned beforehand.

Very Nice - Almost Perfect Really enjoyed our stay. The facility had everything we needed - convenience store, beach rentals, restaurant, drinks. There was still some construction going on, but it was minimal and did not inconvenience us. The only thing I would change is to remove the Starbucks coffee cup from the brochure. Seeing this We actually assumed there was Starbucks coffee on the premises.

Location is excellent Location to the beach and restaurants are excellent. Staff was friendly. The only negative feedback I have is the rooms and furniture needs updated and the outside pool was still closed. Otherwise everything you need is available and the beds were comfortable.

Very disappointed The bed was so uncomfortable and hard, the pillows need to be replaced. The carpet in the bedroom was disgusting and needs to be replaced as was the rug in the living room. The unit just needs some TLC and some updates. Very disappointed in the noise made from the renovations….I do not recall being told that information at booking. I would have booked elsewhere.

Sundestin Vacation Stayed for 10 fabulous days. Sunny everyday. Sundestein is a nice resort.

Perfect location! This is a spectacular location! There was a lot of construction going on. It was priced on the lower side and I think it was because of the construction. Our unit's furniture and rugs were a bit outdated and needed attention. But, we spent 99% of our time outside on the beach. Everyone is helpful and friendly! We will be back.

The view was great. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. . Only issues were: The musty/moldy? Smell in our room. The bed was somewhat hard/uncomfortable. Construction noise/drilling was a bit annoying at time but tolerable.
