Pleasant stay! Quiet and clean perfect for our family of 4.

Amazing Experience We loved this place on our family vacation! Very clean and beautiful condo! Will come again next year

Will never comeback here Unit had a strong musty smell as soon as I opened the door. Couch had stains all over it. Front desk called to report someone witnessed smoking around the area and continued to gripe until I interrupted her and said “NO ONE IN MY FAMILY SMOKES! We’ve been inside watching Sonic the Hedgehog movie.” She eventually believed me… but what the heck? You better count the floors right if you are gonna call a guest and accuse them of smoking. Next gripe- the unit overall felt dingy and old. Not worth the price by any stretch. The condo does not provide beach umbrellas and chairs like most other condos in Destin. Instead they offer to rent you some for $40-$50 per day. Also they stacked them 4 rows deep and nothing in the front row was available ever. So your view of the Shore is obstructed by 3 other rows of people . Worst part- they will not let you bring your own umbrella, so if you want ANY shade you must rent a 3rd or 4th row umbrella for $40. This is a scam and they know it. I hate this place and everything about it. Do yourself a favor and stay someplace else.

25th Wedding Anniversary Clean, beautiful, and romantic! The balcony and hearing the waves was perfect! We were pleasantly surprised and strongly recommend it.

Really enjoyed my stay in Destin. Only thing I didn’t like was not being able to use my umbrella on the beach. I can use a tent or canopy, but if I want an umbrella I’ve got to rent one. Doesn’t really make sense. Other than that I have only good things to say. Very clean, great view. A great getaway.

The condo was clean and conveniently located.

Beach view was anazing

We loved our stay in Destin at this condo! The condo was a perfect little place for our family of 4. The resort was also nice. The only things i didn’t care for is the fact there is no washer & dryer in the unit. I’m a mom who likes to have laundry done through the week so I’m not bombarded with laundry when i return home. There is a coin washer & dryer on each floor but there’s only one that i saw per floor. Additionally i didn’t like the third party chair service used on the beach at the resort. They have the chairs lining the water for 2-3 rows and the cost is crazy not to mention the first row was already completely booked prior to us arriving. With how much we paid for a week at the condo i didn’t like the thought of having to pay to do laundry if i wanted AND chair services. I understand nothing can be done about the washer and dryer but maybe at least including chair services with the rental would be nice. Overall though we had a great time!

We had an amazing weekend stay at SunDestin! The location is perfect ! right on the beach with beautiful views and easy access to the water. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. We especially enjoyed being close to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions in Destin. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and made great family memories. We would definitely stay here again and recommend SunDestin to anyone looking for a beachfront getaway in Destin!

Clean room and beach view

This condo was perfect for my daughter and me! We loved the patio/balcony where we could listen to the waves and play cards. We loved that we could walk off the elevator and only steps away were 2 pools and a beautiful white sand beach. The location was also great as it was so close to stores and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Sundestin 0907 Positive: The condo was clean, decor was beachy. Kitchen was stocked with all of the cooking pans, pots etc The location was perfect and the view was phenomenal. It lterally looks just like this picture . We will definitely be back to this condo again Negative: The hot tub could have been warmer and jets stronger but that didnt reflect on the condo itself

Had a Great Time Just what we needed. Wish there had been no construction. Also wish the condenser unit was not on the balcony, but didn't didn't dampen our enjoyment.

Great Stay Everything was great. Only complaint is that the QR codes were not working on any of the documents or the beach service chairs for the on-site restaurant. The restaurant was under staffed.

Love this place Great location and view of the beach. Very quiet and awesome. 2nd year to stay here. Will be back again.

Disappointing Stay We had a less than peaceful stay at Sundestin. We were aware that the outdoor pool would be closed due to construction, but the construction was far beyond the pool area. The boardwalk to the beach was constantly under construction, to the point of being an absolute inconvenience for all guests. It is my belief that we were misled as to the extent of the construction project and had we been made aware of how much we would be inconvenienced we would have never booked our stay and Sundestin. I did file a complaint with onsite management and I was told that someone would be following up with me. Needless to say, there was never a follow up call. This construction project seemed mismanaged and not well executed, leaving the guests to be inconvenienced and frustrated. We visit Destin annually and I have never had to write a negative review of this nature before.

We have made many trips to Destin over the last 25 years and I have never once written a negative review. I would NOT recommend Sundestin to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Unit as expected but resort was not The unit was as expected. It was clean and updated. The only suggestions for the unit is to replace the noisy icemaker and to get a key for the safe so it can be used. The view was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! However, the resort is a different story. It is dated and rundown. Construction was underway and the outdoor pool was closed. This meant that the indoor pool was full all the time! Also, the indoor hot tub and steam room were "out of order" so the outdoor hot tub was always crowded and often standing room only! There were 4 elevators but only 3 were working. Both trash chutes were out of service so you had to leave your trash in the hallways for pickup (it would often be there for hours and sometimes overnight). There were 2 treadmills and only 1 of them worked. Parking was crowded due to construction trailers and workers taking up spaces. The front entryway would not allow you to even pull up to the front door to unload the car. While we had to sign an extensive agreement to stay at this facility stating that smoking was strictly prohibited, during our first 2 days there we had to contact hotel staff on multiple occasions due to a neighboring smoker who prohibited us from sitting on our balcony. It started again the evening before we checked out. The restaurant/bar was good (we really liked the bartender) but was surprised that breakfast was only served on Fri/Sat/Sun mornings. This was our first trip to Destin and probably our last. Disappointed!

Beautiful We really enjoyed our stay! Will be looking to return next year for sure! Our favorite was all of the dolphins!

Will return Loved the clean and convenient space. Only suggestion would be an ottoman or coffee table to put up feet in the evening. Thank you so much

Fantastic Wonderful stay

Great View Was here for a week, it was everything you see in the pictures, great balcony view, I'm definitely coming back!!!

Good Place! For the money, this place was great. It could use some minor updates compared to other resorts in the area, but overall… it was great!

Father’s Day Weekend The stay was great. Loved the Condo. There were two concerns: the four elevators were not working, had long waits and very crowded. There was not enough luggage carts.

Spring vacation We will definitely stay at this property again while visiting Destin. The view was spectacular and the location was perfect!! We was 100% satisfied!!!

Beautiful place!!!!! It was everything we expected ! Very nice place!!!!! I recommend being on the beach it was stunning to wake up have coffee on the balcony with the waves crashing and white sugar sands beach! We loved it woujd vudit again!

Great Stay - Great Staff - Great Views! I really enjoyed my time at Sun Destin. The staff we fantastic and looked after me well.

Condo on the beach It was a great view. The hot tub was not working. Needs a new bed but I'm use to a temperpedic. Outside A/C is on the small balcony which is kind of loud and in the way.

Great Location The condo was in a perfect location. We could see dolphins every morning from our balcony. The check in process was very easy and the condo was clean.

Dated furniture The furniture in this unit is very dated and uncomfortable. The location is amazing, everything was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Non-smoking policy needs to be monitored more closely. Many people were smoking near the hot tub which made the hot tub experience not as enjoyable.

Spectacular Views The views from the property are spectacular. The unit itself could use some furniture updates. The bed and couch were very uncomfortable. Our cable was out on the first night but was quickly fixed the next day. Management should enforce the no smoking policy better. There were several people smoking near the hot tub. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Wonderful Location and Ocean View Loved the ocean view and the convenience to stores and restaurants. Drinks and appetizers at the Pelican Cafe were great.🤗

Great Stay and Location Overall great stay, would prefer washer n dryer to be inside unit.

Sandestin Conveniently located and large section of beach for the guests. Smoke free property is a major plus.
