My husband and I really enjoyed our stay every thing was perfect, the ocean view was out standing. Overall it was like being home every thing was perfect we can't wait till our next visit Thank you and the staff for a wonderful stay. We will recommend this resort.
Wonderful Wonderful place to stay for a couple!
Short trip My Husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The resorts was very nice. Need a few more chairs by the pool. The unit was perfect. The only thing that bothered me was the rug in the room. It was black with dirt. I’ve seen the same one in the store and it’s white and blue. The staff were very nice. Would recommend this unit. Very beautiful view from balcony

Great location Had an amazing time. This unit was the perfect space for my family. The view was perfect. Pool and hot tub were great. Had no issues. Only negative would be the pelicans restaurant inside. Went for dinner the first night and was pricey and I did not eat more than one bite of my burger. But other than that I wish we could have extended the stay for a couple more days lol.

Anniversary weekend Nice updated room with great view of gulf. Awesome beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. Will bring kiddos next time for sure for a family stay.

We enjoyed it. We will stay there again cause I know they said the construction will be done next year the front desk. T Positive: It was very nice. The balcony was wonderful to see the beach. The beach was very nice clean. There was a lot of construction going on, but they had told us about that more than we were really told about. I felt though. Negative: The construction and the smell that came from the on-site restaurant it was very annoying and the noise of the workers in the hallways and in the building
We really enjoyed our stay at the SunDestin! The beach is unmatched! Positive: The view from unit 810 was wonderful. The condo was clean. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay. Beach access is amazing! It’s right on the beach. That’s the very best part. Negative: Room 810 is located very close to the elevators. The elevators are loud, louder than many other elevators I’ve heard. The elevator noise can be disruptive to sleep since the bedroom is closest to the elevators. Also, the ceiling was dripping in the bathroom directly over the toilet. At first I thought it might have been condensation but it was an actual leak. The ceiling was moldy and wet looking where it was leaking. Parts of the condo could be maintained better (broken dresser drawer needs to be fixed, entry way wall could be patched better, the leak needs to be repaired).

This condo is ocean front with a great view. Very very clean. I thought I had an issue with the refrigerator not working and maintenance came promptly. There was not a problem at all. Would def stay there again.

The View! We had a lovely stay overall! The host was proactive and made sure everything was ready for us, which made check-in and communication a breeze. The property had really nice amenities and offered stunning views—especially from the balcony. The white sandy beach and clear blue water were picture-perfect and just steps away. Inside, the room was comfortable and well-equipped. The bath and a half was a great convenience, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was cozy, which made relaxing after a day at the beach even better. That said, the property was quite crowded during our visit, and parking was a challenge—definitely something to plan around. Also, while the balcony had beautiful views, the AC unit was a bit loud at times. It was listed in the description, so it wasn’t a surprise, but worth noting if you're planning to spend a lot of time outside. All in all, it was a great spot for a beach getaway, especially if you value comfort and location!

May 13-16 stay My daughter & I stayed May 13-16. The resort was clean, the staff friendly, the view from our room was beautiful, the beach was stunning. We hated to leave. The only downside during our stay was the construction and the outdoor pool was closed. I would definitely book with SunDestin resort again.

Janice Very nice. Was cleaned well. Close to restaurants and shopping. Did have a toilet that didn’t work properly maintenance work on it but didn’t fix it completely. Didn’t like the A/C unit sitting on balcony. When on it makes a lot of noise and hard to enjoy your balcony.
Just beautiful! We loved Destin. This was our first time here. The condo was nicely done & had everything we needed.
To close bathrooms One door ran into the other door! Nice to have an extra sink & toilet! No privacy! Weird! We flew there & the condo didn’t have a free chairs to just sit outside. A bench outside the lobby would have nice. U could have waited there for your car to pull up. Rooms were clean. It seemed like they had employees but u received different answers to the same questions!!! All & all the beach was extremely nice 👍
Easy Check in/process very easy. Front desk staff very friendly and responsive. Store for coffee, snacks, and beach essentials in the lobby. Small Casual Restaurant with take out and full bar in the lobby. Umbrella and chair rental available as you walk out to the sand. Everything was just easy and made our stay very enjoyable… and of course the beach was beautiful.

Elevators Had a really hard time with the elevators during our entire stay, we were on the 8th floor and made things very difficult.
Elevator Noise The unit was nice and adequate for our needs. However it is right by the elevators and the bedroom is by the front door. One or more of the elevators made a loud squeaking noise all night long and it was difficult to sleep. Very frustrating.
