Babymoon This is the second or third time I’ve stayed at Sundestin and I absolutely love this resort. Our condo was very clean and had a perfect view. Easy check in and check out process. They are doing construction on the building but the noise didn’t bother us. If you have kids, I would check to make sure the amenities such as the outdoor pool, hot tub, and splash pad are open before you book. They also have an indoor pool and a bar/restaurant which we had breakfast at. I highly recommend this condo as the description and pictures online were very accurate and the location is close to everything.

Great stay! Place was clean and exactly what was pictured. Beautiful view and comfortable for a family of 4.

Good Stay! Our stay at Sun Destin was great! Beautiful view!! Perfect location. The room was good for us. Next time I’ll get a 2 bedroom so my kids can have their own room rather than sleeping in the bunk beds in the hallway. They need more elevators but that’s just getting picky. Thanks for a fun vacation!

This 1 bed, 1.5 bath slept up to 6 in Sundestin. The paint in some areas was slightly worn, but generally clean & uncluttered. The couches were a bit worn, but understandable with all the sand around. There were some basic things like soap and 1 roll of paper towels. There was literally 1 single trash bag. We were there a week. So we bought more. No salt or pepper but they had all the Utensils. So do a grocery run. We loved this location. They are working on one half of the building, so there is some construction noise, but honestly, was worth the price. The view from the balcony was amazing. The splash pad is still down. But this was a worthwhile stay and the host made it easy.

Great time! My Boyfriend and I had a great time at this unit! It was clean, had everything we needed for a quick beach getaway (except for a ceiling fan in the bedroom, it got a bit hot in there at night while we were sleeping)-aside from that, the location was awesome & it was PERFECT!

Overall, we had a fantastic time and will definitely book again Positive: It was a lovely condo. It looked just like the pics. It’s on the 8th floor, directly overlooking both pools with an incredible view of the gulf. Negative: My only complaint would be that the walls were a little thin. You could hear people next door scraping their chairs across the tile all times of the day and night.

Location is right on the beach. Our ac did not work properly for the first three days, had to keep calling the front desk. Also it came with dishes and towels however if you ran out of trash bags you have to pay for more. If your towels are dirty you have to wash them yourself or pay for more and the washers don’t work on every floor. The elevators are super squeaky and we heard them through our bedroom wall. The sliding glass doors are super hard to open and shut.

My stay at SunDestin was great! Highly recommend this unit. Very comfortable for my partner and I. The balcony view is great!

Loved our stay. Amazing location, right on the beach. Check in and out was simple. Would definitely stay here again.

The room itself was good. The build is under construction, so the main entrance is closed, covered in plywood. You have to go to a side entrance and walk down a hall to get to the check-in counter. About half the building is closed off, making it a little crowded to get off the elevators. The pool area has a splash pad that is closed and has barriers surrounding it, and the hot tub and the grilling area are on the other side, so you have to go through a construction zone inside the building and go through some side doors to get to it.

Do not stay here! No Sauna, no splash pad, no Tiki bar, restaurant was supposed to be new mgnt. but food was the same and the workers were rude. I was aware it was under renovation but in my email it stated the upgrades were on sched and did not mention the sauna was broken, for 2 years according to the manager, splash pad closed, tiki bar closed. You basically pay resort price for no amenities.

Great place to stay We really enjoyed our stay! It was very clean, nice room, and a beautiful view off the balcony!

Excellent ocean view Great place, vary well located in Destin, easy to find, easy to park and nice structure. Will definitely rent again this nice apartment.

First paragraph… newly opened renovated pool. Then down below last couple sentences after many paragraphs newly renovated pool closed. Did not read that when last paragraph that basically stated all the amenities could be closed. Still confusing because which part is correct. Horrible. No pool in Destin!!??!!?? Read above

Great Location Enjoyed the Beach Access. Long elevator waiting, a lot of Construction. We where told indoor and out door pool where open and in use. Upon arriving and email greeted me with pool closers. Outdoor pool closed the entire week, indoor pool was small and closed 2 out of the 5 days. Hot tub was packed with unattended children ages ranging 7-11 . Happy with room, cleanliness, location. Unhappy with amenities that were promised and construction.

Week in Destin The property is old and worn out. The staff are the rudest I’ve ever encountered on vacation, especially the female that was present when we checked in and was there on day shift for several days but not today when we checked out. She even mocked me when I was trying to complete the information about our vehicle for parking. The woman in concierge was also rude and unhelpful. They acted like we were different than other guests because we booked through VRBO. I will never use VRBO or stay at sundestin again. The outdoor pool and the indoor hot tub were closed and this was not mentioned on the listing.

809 Our experience was good No big issues. The shower drain was plugged but maintenance fixed it. We had a good view from the balcony. Wish there were luggage racks We would stay in this room again if we come back.

Amazing time! This property was perfect! It was clean, right on the beaxh, and in a central location that made it easy to access many different activities. We will definitely stay again!
