Spring break When arriving I was surprised to see construction. Never had I read it was informed construction was going on. Front desk was very helpful in checking us in early. Once in the room it was great. It had all we needed. Later we discovered the outdoor pool was closed. Very disappointed for our 8 year old. I will say the elevators get very busy at times. You can wait up to 15 min. We needed to do laundry during our stay. The atm machine was not working. This caused an issue. We shopped in gift shop often but nothing has prices. Each worker gives different prices. The bar was great every day and loved the staff. Very friendly and you can tell they enjoy their job. I was surprised that even at busy times of the day just one person working. The umbrella workers were also very kind and helpful each day. When it came time for us to pack up and leave the cleaning ladies asked us at least 6 times if we were done. Each time we said no. It made us feel rushed. As for the condo I would suggest adding an ice cream scoop and pizza cutter. Overall great trip. Thank you!!

Amazing view of the beach and water We stayed at SunDestin in a condo. We really enjoyed our stay. The room offered everything we wanted and needed. The view of the beach and water was breath taking. The condo was just steps away from the beach. The bedroom was large with a comfortable king sized bed. My daughter, 8 year old grandson and I slept in it. My husband took the sofa bed. He said it too was comfortable. It was such a nice vacation. We are so glad we found this place.

Too many kids It was nice

Clean, on the beach, good value Property is tidy. View not so great ....you look over the roof of the building next door. But the unit is priced right for this issue. People below were playing loud music and smoking dope on the balcony which was annoying. Beach was great. Pools ok. Good value for the $ tho. FYI no washer/dryer if u need that

Location was amazing!! Everything was great EXCEPT ugh that mattress was so hard we woke up the first night in pain. It was so bad we chose to sleep on the pull out sleeper the last two nights. For the low price we paid, everything else was great!!! We will absolutely stay here again only a different unit with hopefully a softer mattress.

Anniversary Great location, right on the beach. No problems or issues. Property is very clean. There was construction/ renovation being performed and it did not cause any problems. This was my second year staying at this property, I actually stayed in the same room.

Vacation The room was fine but could have had tissues-Kleenex in room. The pool area was fine but there was no shade. Umbrella tables would be nice for those who cannot stay in sun for long periods of time.

Girls trip Great time

Destination wedding We had a destination wedding to go to in Destin Fl. The condo was clean and convenient. Enjoyed the ocean view very much.

Everything was so nice!!

Decent for the price and amenities, but nothing too impressive. Average Positive: Good view and easy access to beach. Negative: Lots of renovation and construction while we were there. Loud noises almost constantly. DVD player didn't work

Had a great time. A little out dated. But served its purpose.

Not great like it used to be. Positive: The room was clean. Negative: The fact that the room description says it has a washing machine and it does not. It also does not have a hairdryer. There is no indoor pool as stated and the kids splash pad is closed. The restaurant downstairs made the whole downstairs smell like fish. It really stunk up the place.Booking.com and the resort each blamed each other for the description saying the room had a washer when in fact it does not. Noone wanted to take the blame for it.Also, the bed was not comfortable at all. The pull out sofa bed had such a thin mattress it wasn't worth sleeping on.

I love the view ,easy beach access within walking distance from good restaurants will definitely come back

Review for SunDestin Resort Everything was great for us except two things. - Parking lot situation needs to be addressed. There should be enough parking for everyone to be able to park one vehicle per room in the parking lot. Has the idea of assigning a parking space to each room been entertained? - The gym is easily over crowded with just five people. A bigger gym area with at least four treadmills and more room to move around would be great.

Our overall stay was good, however the unit needs some updates, for example, needs USB charger ports, 2 outlets were in need of repair, the shower head needs to be changed out, low pressure in the shower. The bed was too firm for our liking, but if you like a firm bed then you are golden. The restaurant Phat Fish on the property was one of the best meals we had. Would recommend the food and drinks. We would stay there again, just a different unit. The staff and crew are friendly and helpful! The Koppingers

Great Location! This unit/building is in a great location and so many things are within walking distance. The only negative thing is our unit did not have a washer/dryer and I didn’t see anywhere stating that it did or didn’t. It just said laundry available and it wasn’t very clear. They even gave us laundry pods to use so we were confused when it wasn’t in the unit. The balcony has a great side view of the ocean. We got to watch the fireworks from the balcony as it faces HarborWalk Village.

Place is under construction in some areas

Vacation 4/24 Overall the stay was beautiful. However the beds need updated to something more luxurious. I woke up with back pain every morning. The coffee maker does need updated to utilize k cups. Also, ice trays would be helpful to keep in freezer. 4 out 5 stars.⭐️ My favorite part about this trip was the check in and out process. This was seamless.

Great Stay! We had a great stay at SunDestin. One thing to note, you need to pay for beach service as you may not use your own umbrellas on the beach. The unit was as pictured. It felt a bit tired but it was clean and comfortable. We stayed there to be on the beach so we weren't in the room much anyway. Would definitely stay again.

Vacation The property was great, it housed the amount listed. Property was clean and ready for use upon arrival. Only thing off was the smell, the condo smelled old. Everything else was tidy and clean. Overall great vacation.

It was a really great experience. I would come again!! I’m usually very strict about cleanliness and notice small details, when we came everything was really clean and spotless. The place didn’t smell like anything so that‘a good. The staff at the resort were nice and helpful. I really liked the place because you can walk to the beach, store, arcade. It’s all very close . I would definitely come again.

Great Place to stay. The property was exactly as pictured. The unit contained everything that we needed. Will definitely consider retuning another time.

Room wasnt efficient The bed was broke and our room always smelled like weed The toilet handle was broke and no washer or dryer in the room i feel like for as much as i payed for this room i should not have any problems I wont stay there any more

1 time visit We like the place even though it needs some updating, more exterior than interior. The latch for the door was loose and needs repaired. We will visit Sundestin again! Everyone was very nice and polite.

Quick trip Was all that the three of us needed for a quick getaway. If only they could fix the traffic issues.

On the beach The resort is nice and in a great location. Easy walk to the beach.

Overall very nice stay No complaints about the resort itself. Nice place to stay and we would go again. Only complaint is about the private subsidized beach access. I understand this is everywhere in Destin now but it would have been nice to be given more information about it beforehand. It was also frustrating to see a sign at the front desk displaying rental rates for chairs umbrellas etc, but when I inquired about it they seemed standoffish and just directed me to go outside and discuss with the vendors.

100% Accurate LOVED everything about our stay here! Location is GREAT! SUPER CLEAN! The only issue we had was with Vrbo not confirming that I booked but SunDestin did... very odd... Double check your booking people !!

Trip to Destin. Great little condo right in the beach. Place was very clean. We will definitely be back.

Noise disturbance Didn't have pleasant stay due to rest being disturbed throughout my stay due to construction work noise. Manager was contacted but nothing changed, after 3rd time contacting Him he came to listen and offer another room on our last day there, which wasn't worth hauling luggage for such short time we had left there.

Great condo and location! The property was as-pictured, good facilities (lobby store was definitely a plus!) and the front desk/staff were very helpful.
