Love the Convenience We have been coming to Sun Destin for over 20 years and love the amenities, the on-site store, on-site restaurant and bar, and the great views. We brought our kids when they were young and now bring our grandchildren. It is family friendly.

Very disappointed in the condition of unit The pull out couch was broken and the front desk did not have a replacement since these units are individually owned, so my kids slept on the ground during our stay. The master bedroom bed had a large dip in the middle - very uncomfortable. The TV was out in the main room, maintenance did not show up until the last night of our stay. Lots of other choices Will not be back

Great place with a great view! Would stay here again next year for sure. Great location and easy to explore Destin.

Pros: Very clean place, and convenient. The balcony is beautiful and it is great photos. The unit does have a kitchen, and everything was very clean. Cons: The bedroom sits against the outside wall fairly close to the elevator. The elevator squeaks constantly and if you are a light sleeper it will keep you awake. The kitchen had minimal pots & pans. The one pan it has is paper thin and very difficult to cook in. Also, the unit has zero spices to cook with (not even salt and pepper). Check in isn’t until 4PM (beach chairs pick up at 5PM). Check out on the unit is at 10AM. So basically the day of check in you wouldn’t be able to enjoy the beach nor the day of checkout. Overall it was a great stay during the days other than check in and checkout, and once we got the kitchen stocked. Overall, it was a great stay, and I always like to include pros and cons in my reviews.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again! The check-in process was seamless and stress-free, and the property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained upon arrival. One of my favorite features was the balcony, the views were absolutely beautiful and made for a relaxing experience throughout the trip. The home was well-stocked with plenty of towels, which was greatly appreciated. I also loved that there were two bathrooms, making it very convenient for families or groups traveling together. Overall, the property was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. Thank you for providing such a wonderful stay!

Overall, it was a nice stay, in reality you’re just paying for the location, especially because there’s a lot of construction going on. There was an issue with the shower for too. It doesn’t drain all the way while you’re in it and the water is also coming out of the lower spout while the showerhead is on. Also in the description for the listing, there’s nothing that states that you cannot use your own umbrella and that if you want to use one, you will have to purchase one through La Vida. This information wasn’t provided until after booking and receiving the guest portal login where that information is given. I sent a message concerning this and received no response. There also was no checkout instructions which is fine I guess if you know the standard of what to do when checking out of an Airbnb.

We would definitely come back to this property. It was so nice to walk right out to the beach. The room was clean. The staff was nice and helpful. We were so happy we picked this property!

Condo is beautiful and clean. We have stayed at Sundestin several times and this was the most up to date room we have had, so pretty!The shower drain is really slow and the workers making a lot of noise during the day. Suppose to be done soon.

The view, balcony, and ease of beach access were superb. The unit was clean and looked just like the listing photos. However, be prepared to make a shopping run for even the most basic supplies. For example, I’d expected a Keurig coffee maker and brought k cups with me. (The listing may have specified a traditional coffee pot, and I just overlooked it.). So, I bought a bag of coffee at the nearest Target. When I returned to the unit, I realized that there were no coffee filters provided. Other basics were provided but in very small quantities (dish soap in a bottle similar to travel-size hand sanitizer, one roll of paper towels, and very few trash bags.) The “What to pack” instructions did indicate the need for renters to bring such basics, but I’ve never seen such a limited quantity provided. The listing also warns of renovation noise. Do not take that warning lightly. Moreover, this unit is by the elevator, so there’s plenty of foot traffic noise as well.

Awesome property Amazing condo, perfect location, super clean, perfect condition. There was construction going on but it did not affect us or our stay. We will definitely be returning next summer

Great place. Great loccation. Perfect place for a beach vacation with beautiful views, plenty of restaurants nearby, and friendly staff always ready to help.

It was a great place- beach view and easy access to everything ! We had a great time, the condo was perfect. It was great to walk out on the patio and see the ocean – beautiful views every day. It has a convenience store and a restaurant basically all that you need in one place.

Kids Screaming in the Hallways Property was Older1980s style. Popcorn ceilings. mildew smell. TV did not work for the first 2 days were there. Maintenace finally came up and fixed it. To top it off we got covid while staying there. Lots of Kids. Next time we will look for an Adults only condo.

Beautiful View (ocean front for sure!!) Don’t be fooled by the door entry. Once you unlock the door and walk in it’s a fresh of breath air… AND THE VIEWWWWWWWW….. breath taking… We will book again!! Thanks for having a clean and inviting condo. Home away from hone!!

All That We Expected & More The process was seamless and the communication was exceptional with management. The condo was clean and well kept and they delivered on everything in the listing. The ocean front view was breathtaking and we loved the property.

Excellent Awesome view. Condo was very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I have is the balcony needs tall chairs instead of short so we can see over the rail. We would definitely stay here again.

Destin getaway Very nice location. The condo was clean, but had a musky smell. It could use some updating and refreshing. The bed was very comfy. We liked the fact that the unit faced the ocean. All in all it was a nice unit and great location.

Enjoyable getaway The property was beautiful, I really like that you didn’t have to walk very far to the beach. We had a good time and will definitely come again. The king size bed was very comfy.

Average Stay The rental property is tired, but overall good. We really enjoyed the location and the balcony that faced the sand.

Oceanfront Awesome view but condo humidity level too high. Clothes in our suitcases felt damp.
