The location was under construction renovation and should Not have been listed. No Pools were open most of the time. One pool opened after a week or so. The walkway to the hot tub was difficult to get to because of construction and we did not use it. Jack hammering of the floors above us led us to leave a week early as we were unable to stay in the room after 8 a.m. The rooms were poorly lit. The seats were hard and high. The tub was also very high and had no safety hand rail to get in and out of it. And the volume and speed of traffic at the resort made it difficult to navigate in and out of the parking lot. The room would likely be ok for a younger couple when construction wasn’t underway.

Wonderful Relaxing Vacation My boyfriend and I stayed in this room and had a wonderful experience. Room was as advertised in the listing, and the view was beautiful. There were limitations due to constructions (no balcony access no outdoor pool, etc.) but this was clearly stated multiple times. Would definitely stay again. Within minutes of everything as well.

Weekend Getaway Perfect place for a quick weekend getaway with your partner. The view from the balcony was everything. The only thing I did not like was on the beach. If you did not rent an umbrella and chairs you were not able to get up close to the ocean until after 5 when they take them down.

0609 perfect condo for 2 Loved the condo. It was clean and had everything that we needed. The only negative comment I would have is the bedroom carpet needed a good cleaning. There were soil stains all over the carpet.

Good stay. Booking the rental was very easy there was a minor problem that I was charged more than what it cost but that was fixed properly the condo itself is very nice it was very clean great views the bathroom doors are outdated but that was not a problem at all the washing machine and dryer are right across the hallway which is a big plus so the rental itself was great the only problem I have with a Sundestin this was our second time saying there was that people were smoking weed freely around the area and that may not be a problem for some but I really did not want to get high while sitting on the beach and on my balcony and another slight problem not a problem but just beware we had gone down to the beach on our last day and my husband left his new crocs where everyone else leaves their shoes and when we came back someone had stole them and other man overheard us and he said that he has were stolen as well so even though you were staying at a fairly expensive place they do have klepto‘s on the loose other than the weed and the klepto this stay was very nice. the seeweed was horrible and the jellyfish but that is not any part of the condo problem that’s just nature I would rent here again and I appreciate y’all letting us stay here thank you

Very nice room Booking the property was very easy although there was a minor mistake and they overcharged me but refunded me promptly the room itself is very nice the bed was lovely the air conditioning worked great the bathroom doors are a bit outdated but nothing major so the room itself I would give an A+ it was very clean But beware while we were on the beach one afternoon someone stole my husband‘s shoes that we left to walk in the sand and another man overheard us saying it and he said his were still stolen as well I asked front desk if they had security cameras so that we could see the klepto but they didn’t have cameras which is very odd but anyway other than that minor problem and the fact that’s several guest were smoking weed openly and freely on the beach the stay was very nice It’s going to be legal sooner or later but If we would have had children with us I would have had to say something to the people because seriously who wants to sit on the beach to try to relax and then get high from the grossness of weed. I don’t know if it’s a September thing being that we have never been in September but the seaweed was absolutely horrible we have been to Destin 14 years And we have never once had a problem with seaweed like it was this past week and the jellyfish were horrible as well nothing to do with the property but just a little note I would rent here again

Easter weekend Great condo with an excellent view.

Easter Stay The condo met our expectations. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view of the beach and surrounding area. The location on the 6th floor was a quick step from the elevator.

Perfect getaway We booked this condo for our 10 year anniversary trip. Beautiful resort, perfectly located within minutes of shopping, food, and more. Pool was never over crowded. Views of the beach from the condo were fabulous too. Room was clean and super cozy. Spacious for just us two, but would easily accommodate a family with younger children. We found zero issues at all with this property and will definitely return for future trips.

Anniversary Trip Had a very nice and relaxing stay. Condo was very clean and everyone was nice and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay, our condo was very nice and the view was incredible. Very nice building, the staff was so friendly. The view from our condo was amazing. It was perfect for our mom getaway!!! Make sure to bring your own hairdryer because they do not have that in the condo, that was the only thing I was surprised by. Otherwise perfect, just like pictured!

Great place to stay The mews had all that you'd need to feel right at home. Spotlessly clean, and everything was modern and in good condition. Location is spot on, a short stroll from the centre of town, yet very quiet. Lots of wildlife on show in the back paddock. Colin was the perfect host, thanks!

Best vacation! Great for families. The units are a little older than surrounding buildings, but it was clean, and everyone was very friendly and helpful! Will definitely be staying here again!

It was a busier condo than we are used to but the room was great! Very clean with a great view

There was some oddities about the property. One stands out the most is the A/C unit is on the balcony!Very noisy/loud and blowing hot air on you when it's 95 degrees outside,If you plan using the balcony find another property to stay.

It was a great place to stay. It’s in the middle of everything too. We love it and will stay there if we come back to Destin. I do recommend go ahead and renting chairs at the same time as booking like we did so you can be on the front.

The host responded in a very timely manner and was extremely helpful. The room was clean and ready to be used! 10 out of 10

Our stay was very enjoyable . the only thing wrong the dishwasher was out of order. But other than that . We enjoyed our stay Thanks...

Spring Break Beyond Expectations! Absolutely amazing! There was everything we needed! We couldn’t ask for more. Everything to cook meals. Very clean unit! Beds were so comfortable. Updated! Easy to find! There is not one thing out of place. We are right on the beach. A short distance from the Boardwalk. Gift shop was well stocked. I could go on and on. We will definitely return!

Quick Trip The only thing that was not absolutely amazing about the start was the umbrella rentals. There is no chance for a good spot at the beach without spend a ton of money on the rentals.

Nice Place Great view of the water from the balcony. Clean and has all the needed home accessories.

No Indoor/OutDoor Pool we were unable to use the indoor pool for two days, also the hot tub in the weigh room was not in use the entire time!

Your TV system is lousy The system designer probably had fun, but ….what most everybody needs is an on/off button. On the positive side, it provided vacation amusement , being so ridiculous.

Operating TV! The only thing that was troubling and aggravating was TV in the main room! We could never get the cable channels to come up. Only somewhere channel.very aggrivating.

Vacation Everyone was more than kind and accommodating!

The unit is old and furniture needs updating Loved the location and the cleaning products used, however the bed is very worn and needs replacement as we didn’t sleep well with all the bed noises due to the age of the bed frame and mattress. The mattress is very worn in. Views are gorgeous but hard to enjoy if you don’t get a good nights rest

Perfect location This condo was right around all the restaurants and shopping. Perfect views of the Gulf. Condo was clean. Walk out the back door and the beach was right there. Little hut out the back door where you can reserve your beach chairs and umbrella. Would stay at this location again.

apartment was old and shows many old repairs Staff did not have working knowledge of how to do things when asked. non-residents come to parking lot to use the pool and beach. Lack of amenities at the hotel. Will not stay here again

Great condo Location was great. Great balcony view, although I wish the balcony furniture was taller so you can actually see over the balcony. The bed was very comfortable, the condo was clean, and it was nice having two toilets. It was nice having a store and restaurant in the lobby. The toaster didn’t work and the cookware needs to be upgraded to nonstick, but other than that it was great.

A badly needed getaway Everything was perfect (except the toaster 😊), perfect location, condo was awesome, nearby seafood restaurants, groceries, everything you needed, very convenient.

Excellent views Beach access and amenities were excellent. We enjoyed using the gym, hot tub and sauna. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the view of the ocean. The only negatives include construction noises in a neighboring condo and the building next door is being remodeled.

Great Condo Great view When we first walked in I noticed the couch and rug were different from the pictures. I thought maybe I was in the wrong room. Lol. No worries because they replaced it with another beautiful couch and rug. The condo was clean. The views were great. We didn't hear a lot of noise from neighbors. Upstairs a little bit but mostly soundproof. Everything is within about 2 miles. It's in the middle of driving distance to all the entertainment. I would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Getaway This condo was perfect for a weekend getaway. The view of the ocean is spectacular and the location is close to all the hot spots. Parking was always available and the staff was wonderful. We would visit again!

Very expensive for what you get Within reason, Price is not a huge issue for me. I simply want to get what I pay for. I frequently stay at places very near this facility which are more expensive. They were not available this time. The room seemed much nicer on the website. Nonetheless, the quality of the room was OK, but not great by any means. That would’ve been fine except I felt like I was still paying top dollar. The lobby store is nice, but the pool is as generic as can be.

Sandestin Spring break was very busy this year. Long waits at times for elevator , Tiki bar closed , beach extremely crowded. Will stay at quieter end of beach next time. Fun for spring breakers I’m sure . Pots and pans had no Teflon costing everything sticks to pans and can’t be cleaned properly. No basic condiments salt pepper Pam spray etc. plan accordingly
