Nice place The room was great for my family of 3. The building was under construction while we were there but didn’t really hear anything from the inside. The room was very clean and had everything we needed plus right on the beach so it was a quick easy walk to get to the water.

Great place for a family stay Wonderful

Family vacation Perfect location with the beach right next to our room. Clean and welcoming environment. Even had a crock pot.... which was great since I got to save time on cooking. Amazing experience, definitely recommend this place to others

SunDestin 316 This condo was very lovely. My significant other and I had an amazing time here. The location was perfect - it is right on the beach. This property is right in the heart of destin and it is close to all of the restaurants and stores that you might need. The property came with everything that you need as well and if you have any questions about the property the front desk will be able to help you out as well.

The condo was exactly as pictured. Perfect distance to the beach! Clean and had everything we needed for a perfect Labor Day getaway!!

Beach Away From Home White sand beaches were excellent, great experience. Room location worked out really well, right on the beach. We really liked the layout of the double bathroom access. We made use of the kitchen to make a couple of dinners after visiting fish nearby markets. We ate out several times around town and had a lunch one day downstairs at Pelican Roost. Parking was available even during busy weekend time. We were glad our room was on a lower floor so it was easy to use the stairs while the 4 elevators were busy during checkout times. The remodeling didn’t affect our stay. The building does make a lot of creeking and popping sounds when it is quite at night, like it is settling into the sand. The sound might be coming from the sewer drainage pipe area. It made me wonder if the pipes rusted away and the surrounding concrete is carrying the load.

Great time! Condo was great! Bed was comfortable! Location close to restaurant and shopping. Only negative would be the furniture in living area has stains, old and holes. Would like to see grab bar in shower. Would definitely come back!

Great Stay We enjoyed our stay at Sun Destin. Very convenient location. Miranda at the front desk was so helpful with great recommendations on local places to visit. Shea who works in the restaurant was so friendly and makes great drinks!! Truly had a blast and will visit and stay again!!

Rest and relaxation Construction wasn’t ideal, but they were very polite and worked very hard. Great location

Great location Amazing location, if you are a beach lover, you’ll love the property! We loved our stay, the apartment is good size and match good with the pictures!

Excellent place to stay The condo was absolutely perfect for me and my adult daughter. It was spotlessly clean, had more than enough towels, kitchen utensils, and dinnerware. The AC worked like a charm. I loved having a store in the building where ice was available along with T shirts, snacks, and multiple other items. We rented chairs and umbrella everyday on the beach which is definitely the way to go. The walk to the beach took about a minute. The beach was visible from the room but only had a side view. Patio furniture was great. If I had to make a single criticism it would be the restaurant on the first floor called Pelican something or other. They had a great menu and kept sending texts with links to the menu encouraging us to either get take out or dine in. We tried for 4 nights to call in orders and each time there was no answer with call ending in message "mailbox full". When we walked by it there were barely 2 or 3 people in it but nobody eating. I don't know if it was some kind of joke or what but it was very annoying....especially because the restaurant included Fudpuckers items as well and it had our mouths watering. I began to think it really wasn't a restaurant at all. Other than that it was the perfect vacation. We had a wonderful stay. I will be going back for sure!

Nice Location and a Convenient Store inside condo but beach chairs take up to much beach! Everything was great. Only 2 drawbacks were, you couldn\'t bring your own umbrella on the beach and not all the elevators were working. When you have 18 floors and only 3 small elevators, their are going to be some wait times.
