Great balance of cleanliness, affordability, and location Very clean, reasonably priced for something with direct beach access (relative to the area), free parking for one car, 24/7 front desk so you aren’t SOL if there’s a problem checking in. There’s a few pools and hot tubs on site too if you’d rather use those than the beach for whatever reason.

Best Resort!! The resort was so nice. Everything was clean. The front desk clerks were very friendly. My room was clean and was better than I expected. My wife and I will most definitely return this summer for another vacation! I highly recommend this resort!!

Had the best time! Close to the beach! Clean! Friendly staff! Positive: Close walk to the beach, restaurant on property was great! Very big rooms! LOVED the two toilets! Negative: The umbrellas that are rented out by a company outside of the resort were a little too much.. not money wise! If you did not choose to rent them, there was no way that you would see the ocean sitting behind them. There were four rows of umbrellas and two chairs in front of you. The rules were that you could not sit in front of them either..

The condo was very clean and the restaurant on location has a wonderful menu! Honestly, you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a spot on the beach at a discounted price, this is it. Just don’t expect 5 star quality when you are paying for 3. The staff were all very friendly. I do not like that they put out chairs and umbrellas so tight that you couldn’t get a decent view unless you rented from them. They had literally 3 rows of rentals set up even though 2/3 of them remained empty every day. The resort does not allow personal umbrellas but you could have a tent. That doesn’t make sense to me.

The whole condo is under construction. The workers were directly above our room drilling and hammering. They usually started around 7:30.

Comments Had a roach in condo and tried to get us to go to meeting about time share. Told them I wasn’t interested. They said the wouldn’t pressure us but kept pressuring us to go to meeting for discount on excursion tickets.

Nice place Nice place to stay. Only complaint is restaurant. Fried shrimp were worse than grocery store frozen shrimp

Stay Away The temp in condo never got below 77 degrees. We toughed it out for the first night due to late arrival. Next afternoon it was 80+ inside. We called and were told AC down (after service persons checked). Was told they could not move us so we could go home and get partial refund or stay and suck it up. To say the property manager was rude and not accommodating is a drastic understatement. You can do better. Keep looking. Not the best trip nor personnel. I would not repeat under any circumstances.

Good but not great We felt it was a great location and everything but felt the beach otself needed to be better taken care of for cleanliness. There were several issues in the unit as well such as a constantly running toilet becuz the flapper had a leak so we ended up shutting it off along with a very slow draining shower. I would imagine it was mostly because being on a beach that has their outdoor showers turned off to rinse off, it could be a collection of sand would be my guess. Aesthetics of the room were good but there were spots where they did not even try to finish the paint so it looks weird. One drawer could not open all the way because of the oven handle. So they were all relatively minor issues that just added up to reduced scores. This is all relative also. What I mean by that is that I feel it was more money than it should have been for what we got.
