There was construction going on at the site Overall it was still a Great stay. Perfect view. It was more than enough room for my family of 4.

First timers Awesome views and amenities! Will definitely be coming back. The spash pad was perfect for my 1 year old and 4 year old. My preteen loved the pools. The only bad thing was we didn’t want to leave!

Enjoyable Positive: Location overlooking the beach. Negative: Nothing was wrong

We loved it

The staff appears to be a bunch of young adults. Parking situation was a joke. How can you have an overflow lot but yet still spots in the regular lot. Overflow lot was no where near where the “map” we never received said. Active intense construction, drilling and sanding in the middle of the day. “Emergency situation” occurred at 125 in the morning due to a wire fire across the hall yet not even a quarter of the structure was evacuated or even notified. Lack of communication for no umbrellas on the beach and where tents can go made for wasted money to be prepared for sun and comfort. Another fee incurred due to this. Room was good nothing monumental. Friends had many more issues than us but won’t be returning to this place again, will choose to stay elsewhere.

The room was ok, pretty outdated. The view was great and the convenience to the beach was perfect. Our biggest issue was the internet. It was awful inside the building and especially in the room. The WiFi did not reach to the balcony. I could not do emails or enjoy the balcony while looking things up or doing some work. My daughter tried registering for school and it took an hour because the internet kept crashing. Cellular data is not an option either because of the concrete walls. I asked for help to fix the router but there was no help. There is no WiFi or 4g/5g internet at the pool either so enjoying the pool and working is not an option. There was a lot of construction going on and was really loud. There was paining on our floor and was a terrible smell. The sound of the elevators were very loud in the bedroom. You can hear the elevator going up and down all night. The gym was full of dust from construction. It would have been nice to know there was construction going on.

Wonderful vacation The property is nice and clean. The property is undergoing construction and that did not interfere with our stay at all! The fridge went out, the garbage disposal went out and none of which took away from the beautiful view! The fridge was replaced right away and the disposal repaired immediately! The team that runs the property is unmatched from the security guard to the front desk and even maintenance all blew me away with their willingness to help!

Great place This is a great place to stay at. The view was great! We will be staying here again. It is also close to many restaurants and stores.

Room feed back Loved the condo! The condo was comfortable and the view was beautiful. Supply a hairdryer for guests. Since local meat markets around, tools for cracking crab would be useful. We will stay here again for sure. Thank you🙂

Great place but internet is terrible We really enjoy enrich about this place but internet it really don't work at all pretty much stuck using your own whatever you got

Great location This place is right in the middle of everything there is to do in Destin. Very clean room and perfect view of the ocean, also had everything you would need. The view below is of a kids spray park and not the pool, though. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Clean unit, but had distinctive smell Great location. Older, but clean. Lobby smelled very nice, but our condo did not. It was clean, but had an odd smell. Maybe the previous people smoked on the balcony with door open, not sure. Hotel failed to tell us you can reserve your beach chairs in advance online… if not, you’ll be second row or farther back. The Pelican Roost bar restaurant was nice and convenient.

Skip this room Dishwasher is broken. Coffee pot only works if you press the on button in just the right spot. The bathroom had some kind of bugs. I let the front desk know, hopefully they've made adjustments. The floor is also installed incorrectly. Water pressure was great. View was beautiful.

Great view Excluding place to stay we will recommend and stay again. Thank you!
