SunDestin Resort Unit 0305 — Guest Reviews

Almost perfect Everything was almost perfect. Only complaints my family had was the wifi was very slow. The halls going to the rooms need updated lighting. The lobby is decorated very nicely, but once you walk off the elevators it feels like your walking in a parking garage.

Review Overall, very good. The room was very clean and had plenty of room for a family of 4. The only negative was the pull out couch mattress was in very bad shape. Pool was nice it would have been nice if there was some tables with umbrellas by the pool, but not that big of deal. Overall a pretty nice place.

Beautiful Condo, well decorated This unit was one of the nicer units we've booked at SunDestin. Decor is light and functional and gives you all the space you need. There were streaming apps for tv time which was a plus for my children. Kitchen had all the tools needed. The balcony and living room furniture were nice along with the bunks. The only unpleasant experience we had was the dishwasher detergent compartment latch was broken which made the dishwasher not functional so i had to wash all dishes by hand. Also when the ac unit kicked on, it startles you, its so loud. You hear it the first couple of nights but then it kinda just becomes normal and you get used to the noise. Ac works great despite being loud. I would reccommend this unit to any guest. Its overall a great pick.

Perfect for our family The condo was very clean and conveniently located right on the beach. The hallway bunks were way more comfortable than any other condos we have stayed at and my kids loved that they had their own adjustable light.

Went for a girls trips (4 of us), great location on the beach & had everything we needed aside from beach towels which we brought. The bar and store on the main floor were great. Very fun, clean, and easy to check in/check out. We would go back!

Great location, perfect walk away from the beach

Absolutely perfect- advertised exactly how it appears, very clean, friendly staff, will definitely be back! Highly recommend

Great spot

Room 305 Loved this room wish we could have got it before hand but we're moved to this room last night of our stay. Had plenty of room great view over all this room was great

Noisy a/c and no closet The a/c unit was in the bedroom, and it was VERY noisy! There was no closet in the unit-this was a surprise.

April 2022 The Wi-Fi was terrible. Went multiple times and never got fixed. Couch and bed was comfortable, great location and very clean.
