SunDestin Resort Unit 0218 — Guest Reviews

Excellent Awesome place to stay for holidays. Everyone very pleasant and kind.

Disappointed over response to request The front desk was approached three times about the temperature in our room, it reached 79 degrees. There was no response until my son approached a maintenace man in the hall. My daughter went to Walmart's and bought a fan, and we ran it until the ac was repaired.

Positive: It was close to beach Negative: Well where do I start!! We went 2 1/2 days without air.. they gave us 2 fans.. was told I had to have all the towels and wash cloths cleaned before leaving.. which I did.. but had to go from floor to floor to do that bc half of them didn’t work.. kept taking all my money.. I literally lost almost 15.00 just in quarters.. lots of the staff couldn’t answer the questions we had and was rude when I ask questions abt things.. was in elevator and the older couple in there was complaining abt the same things and said they would never return to this hotel.. we come to Destin every yr and I will never come to this place.. oh and the beds were hard as concrete.. I asked to get at least 1 nite taking off my bill.. been a week and still haven’t heard or seen anything!! We will never return to this location!!

Despite the situation. Diane the manager accommodated us in every way possible. I appreciate her to the fullest.!!!

July 2023 This worked out so well for us last minute due to complications with a different company. Very accommodating!! Only negative was an odor that we could not seem to get rid of throughout the week.

Fall Break It worked well for us just needs a little upgrading in bathroom and really needed a vacuum. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Destin Stay We loved our stay except not having any ocean view at all, which I felt was a little deceiving in the pictures.

Great stay We had a good time on our trip to Destin. The condo was small but all we needed. We weren’t in the room much at all and spent most of our time on the beach. I’d stay here again.
