Great view for the money Admittedly, the place seemed a little more rundown and I had hoped for but it was reasonably priced and had a wonderful view and proximity to the beach. The condo building itself is dated. The unit was sparse on toilet paper and there were no basic spices like salt and pepper etc. Not a huge deal but would’ve been nice if some of those things were carried over so you don’t have to buy everything. Needs new sheets! They seemed pretty worn out and beds were not terribly comfortable. In retrospect I wish I had spent a little more for just a slightly nicer place but for the money I feel like this would be good for a young family or people on a tighter budget who want a beachfront vacation.

Beautiful room. Great location. This room is decorated so nicely. No carpet. Nice white cabinets are clean and stocked. Furniture needs a serious steam cleaning. Stains all over sofa and bar stools. A few pest (roaches) in the master bedroom and the screen slide was not attached which was a little bit of a worry for my small children. Much nicer unit compared to some of the others on this property. Lovely Unit.

The unit is as shown in the pictures. Overall, the stay is ok. However, there are a few facts you need to know before you book this unit. It’s located on the 2nd floor so the balcony is right above the pool. It’s noisy and no privacy. Also, the bathrooms are very small, you barely have room to turn around. Another big inconvenience is no laundry in the unit. There is only one set of washer and dryer per floor, coin operated. The coffee maker doesn’t work well. It loses a lot of steam. Another annoying part, which hopefully is temporary, it’s the construction going on downstairs. As we live on the 2nd floor, the dust and noise is unbearable! Overall, I would not recommend this unit.

We had a great stay. Positive: Very clean and well maintained. Negative: Lots of construction going on.

Positive: The location of the condo was good. Negative: The condo itself was lacking. The main TV had some issues. Also, the washer on our floor did not work. If you have to pay to do laundry, you should not have to carry your laundry to other floors to get the laundry done.

I had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel. The views were absolutely stunning, and waking up t Positive: The view was amazing! We had the perfect spot with both beach and pool views. It was very convenient for loading and unloading, and we absolutely loved our stay. Negative: We had a small issue the first night, but Michael was incredibly helpful and resolved it quickly. After that, everything was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay!

Weekend stay This place was nice. Even with construction going on we were still able to enjoy our vacation.

Sundestin 201 Beautiful view and easy check in/out. The couches could definitely be updated and there were gnats. But overall nice property.

GREAT VIEW! AND GREAT LOCATION! WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY! THE CONDO WAS CLEAN AND KEPT UP. WE LIKED BEING ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND CORNER RIGHT BY THE STAIRS IT WAS VERY CLOSE TO ACCESS THE POOL AND THE BEACH! DIDNT HAVE TO EVER USE ELEVATORS OR GO THRU THE LOBBY TO GET AROUND. WE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.
