This place was absolutely wonderful, especially with the kiddos. Up to date, just like the photos and we felt right at home. The amenities were wonderful. Kyle and Nicole were very quick to get a handyman to install a safety lock on the back door for us, due to our youngest being autistic. That for us was a huge deal and we can’t tell you how much we appreciate it.

On the inside the house was as presented on the pictures and clean. The outside however was run down and unkempt. Weeds everywhere. The pool water was green and smelled strongly. The garbage was in a bin in the garage and not taken away. It also smelled. The neighborhood was not very nice either. We left early as the issues wirh the garden and pool were not adressed eventhough we asked immediately after our arrival. The price was way too high for what we got offered.

The house was picture-perfect—truly a hidden oasis! My boys loved spending time in the pool every day after camp. The location was ideal, just minutes from IMG Academy, and the house had every amenity we needed for our extended stay. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

They had 6 bikes available to use that looked brand new (6 adult bikes and 2 little toddler sized bikes). They had titanium cookware. Titanium! It was fantastic. They had blender ... and a good one at that, a nearly brand new BBQ, toaster ... the Pool was fantastic ... and the "Shed" was actually air-conditioned and had a pool table in it. It was fantastic. Would highly recommend ... would stay again.

Great stay! The house was exactly as shown in the photos and description, clean, spacious, and super close to the beach. We loved the pool, mini golf, and basketball court. The perfect house is you have kids. A special thank you to the host for being so kind and responsive when my daughter accidentally left her phone behind. They quickly helped us and mailed it back to us. We truly appreciated it! Highly recommend!

The place was spotless and great for the kids. Loved the pool and all the activities at home. Convenient to town and restaurants. Very relaxing and happy we picked this place!

We enjoyed our stay in Kyle and Nicole's home. There is so much to do in the backyard. It's like you have your very own private resort. At first I was nervous about the location, but we ended up finding it safe and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. Also eat at Tide Tables and thank me later!!! Thanks for a great stay❤️

We LOVED our stay. We loved swimming as well as playing basketball, pickleball, and golf. The inside is very thoughtfully curated and decorated. A rental like this is just so much more fun bc it doesn’t feel like a regular home. If you have a baby, they have a high chair and a packnplay (with sheets) provided! We appreciated that they provide beach equipment. A beach tent, chairs, cooler, wagon, and some toys. If you sleep with noise, remember to bring your fan or noise machine. If your kids need life jackets, you’ll need to bring those with. The only thing that could have elevated our experience would have been updated bathrooms. They may have plans to update these, since they are the only thing not renovated. The water pressure in the shower was really good! The master bath doesn’t have outlets so I wasn’t able to get ready in there and it’s a tight space. The host answered every message really promptly and was always ready to provide a solution! Overall we had such an amazing stay!

This house is absolutely amazing. There is so much to do right at the house you won’t want to leave. The host was amazing and thought about everything a guest would need! Loved this house and cannot wait to come back!

Came to town for a track meet at IMG and this place was exactly what we needed! Super responsive and perfect for us.
