Sunchase 310 — Guest Reviews

Beach condo beach that's how we spent our time in Gulf shores and it was perfect can I give location 10 stars

It was great.

Great times at a beautifully located condo style set up Unit 310 definitely needs a new washer/dryer was loud but that's not worth a complaint for a beautiful time as a family!

The condo was clean and smelled like it had been cleaned. It was smaller than i was expecting and the pool was smaller than the pictures make it seem. We did notice a few bugs(roaches). If you don't like climbing stairs I would not recommend, they have no elevator. Parking is not great if you have more than one vehicle that is coming. I paid $36 for additional parking, but it was not guaranteed parking. They have visitor parking and if you luck up and get in a spot you are ok, but if not you will have to park down the street in a lot and have someone from your party come and pick you up which is very inconvenient. They will have your car towed if you do not have your parking pass in the car. Bender Reality did offer to let me pay $20 to park in there lot, but it is to far away. Overall we had a good time and the location is great for the private beach. It is located in a good area for eating and shopping. We would stay here again if we could get on the bottom floor of the condo and if only traveling with one vehicle.

We loved our vacation here. Cute little condo. The unit could use a deep clean more often but the beds and bathroom were clean. Close to the beach. Not far from a store with necessities.

Nice; quaint two bedroom, one bath with LR, dining area, kitchen, stacked small washer/dryer. All we needed was beds and a bathroom as we were most of the day and every evening. The three flights of stairs was tough on the elderly but we all made it. The only negative was the commode was black under the rim (which was rather nasty) and there was dust everywhere and having allergies didn’t help.

We fell in love with Gulf Shores 3 years ago after Hurricane Michael destroyed Mexico Beach, FL. We love the Beach, the location, the people, the restaurants, and everything there is to do here. We have had a wonderful time!

Other than the unit being on the 3rd floor the place was great. Not being able to swim for 2 days was not great but ok.

That was a great vacation unfortunately 2020 rear its head again. I will be back just not in hurricane season.

Location was perfect. The only thing that I did not like about this property was the fact that they do not have a Elevator. Too many bags when traveling with kids

Close to the beach.

Couldn’t have dreamed up a better experience! The condo was more spacious than we expected, and included any and everything you could ever need for a home away from home experience!

Wonderful Family Experience. Lots of Sun and Sand. Easy to get around to shops. Wal-Mart is hard to find so we used Rouse's to get most of what we needed. I do prefer Rouse's. 100% used Flip Flop Deli and Ice Cream!

it was a very good experience. we was running a little behind schedule. the nice ladies called and made sure we was going to make it in time. i will use them again

Our condo was super clean & comfy. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would suggest is chairs out front of condo!

Condo was clean and supplied with everything you need. It was nice condo for the price. Only downfall is it was on the third floor with no elevator.

Awesome condo to stay in. Great beach access and the managers were freindly and helpful. Would always choose bender again before looking elsewhere Receive Exclusive Offersform.antibot { display: none !important; } You must have JavaScript enabled to use this form.
