This is the best time of year to go to the beach. The weather is cooler and it is less crowded. This location was perfect.

Exactly what we were looking for. Love it!

We enjoyed our couples’ weekend getaway at SunKissed East with our dog! Great place to enjoy the beach and get away from all the noise except the waves of the ocean. Sitting on the beach front porch at night looking at the stars is an experience I’ll always remember!

Great experience all around. Property manager stopped and introduced himself as well. Was great knowing he would be there if we needed anything during our stay. Gave us much peace of mind. Amazing location

This duplex has a great location just steps from the water.

We loved it! All you need right on the beach. My wife 3 kids and a dog and we never felt like there wasn’t enough room.

Beautiful beach house. The location was perfect. The outside needs paint, but it didn’t bother me or my family. That’s the only thing I would change everything else was perfect.

This rental was perfect for my family (2 teenagers, 2 pups, 2 adults). Steps from the beach...perfect location! Low crowd. Only reason for 0.3 star less is the pet lint on the couch...nothing several passes with a lint roller couldn't fix. Highly recommend & would definitely book again!

Awesome view, walk out your back door to the beach. This is a duplex but both times we had neighbors they were great. Very private and peaceful location. Make sure to ride the ferry over to Daphne Island! Our dog got to go and she had the time of her life! Great little hidden gem of the gulf. Property was adequately furnished. Management was very friendly and helpful.

This little duplex beach house sits in the perfect spot on Fort Morgan! The house is small, but comfortable! It has everything you need! And it’s literally right in front of the water! You can pay more for a bigger house on the water, but we loved this space just fine! The view is perfect. Everything was lovely!

This is an amazing place to stay. It had everything we were looking for. The house was clean and comfortable. Nice deck to sit on and enjoy the view of the beach and ocean. Beach is just a few steps from the deck. We haven't stayed at any other place this close to the beach. Nice so you don't have to carry beach chairs and other beach stuff very far. Plan to come back again.

We rented this duplex and it was really nice for 4 adults and 1 child. Loved the view and that it is directly on the beach. Inside the house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only negative is that it has 1 shower. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house was clean and well-appointed, and the property manager was excellent, making sure we had everything we needed. The best part, however, is the gorgeous beachfront location. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this place won't disappoint.

We have stayed next door at Sun Kissed East and had a great experience, but the place was a little dated. The updates you have made have made our stay even better. The place looks great, and we totally enjoyed ourselves. I already miss sitting on the deck listening to the waves. We will definitely be back again.

What a prefect place to stay! Cozy house right on the ocean. Every single experience we had with the rental agency as perfect! They kept me updated with texts and emails prior to our visit, checked to make sure all was ok when we checked in, and left us a number to reach out to if we had any questions while we were there. Check in couldn’t have been easier! The house was so clean and had everything we could need. To be able to go from the beach to the house so easily was nice. Local restaurants within a quick drive. We had the perfect vacation!

We had a great stay. My only complaints: 1. Had to sweep up sand from living room when we got there first thing. I am sure it was as small as someone forgetting something and running on to get it and tracking sand in on their feet. But when you are told you cannot access property till a certain time because a cleaning crew has to clean first and then cannot walk barefoot in the unit on first entry because sand is all over, well that is annoying the first 5 minutes of your vacation. This was not just a little grit either. Otherwise spotless. 2. Not a complaint but an annoyance. Would be nice that if there is a gate at the top of the stairs as it did and was appreciated, that it had an appropriate way to keep it latched. There was a bungie chord which kept coming off when releases and was too stretched to try to tie on and then was too shorty. Had no tools so we could not bend one end around the hook to keep it on. The latter would be an easy fix for the next guest with pliers. 3. If there was a third, what can you do about the whole vacation being over too **** fast?!!! We had a great time despite the weather.

Loved the location. Perfect spot for my family of 5. It is a duplex so you have neighbors. Fortunately we had good ones.

We had a wonderful 6-night stay at this peaceful beach getaway. If you’re looking for a place away from the tourist crowds where you can walk right out your door and step onto the sand, this is it!Gail and Greg were fantastic property managers—very responsive and helpful. Greg even stopped by in person to introduce himself, which we appreciated.The home is well appointed and was clean upon arrival. We brought our 5-year-old English Bulldog, who has some mobility issues, so finding a place with easy access was important. This property was perfect for her, and being able to set up right outside the door on the beach made it easy to check in on her throughout the day.We took morning walks on the beach every day, enjoyed 4 beautiful sunny days by the water, and spent one rainy day exploring town. There are plenty of great dining options nearby, too.We definitely recommend this spot and hope to return again in the future! Thank you to the hosts for sharing their slice of paradise and to Coastal View Vacations for providing helpful check in and check out procedures.

It was wonderful and long-awaited. The best was that it was very peaceful and quiet. I just breathed in the fresh beautiful sea air.

This duplex was perfect for my family of 5! The whole of the space isn’t large but it was plenty for us (3 small kids). It is updated and well kept. The location to the beach can’t be beat! We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend to a small family.

This is a great little house, right on the beach, and with fantastic views from the decking. It is attractively simple and perfect for a small family (2 adults, 2-3 kids). It's also within easy driving distance of local restaurants and stores. We had a great time, and will definitely come back.

We had a great time! Right on the beach. Just walk out the door and enjoy the beautiful sand and water. We loved being away from all the crazy spring break crowd. Would definitely stay again.

We and our dog had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this charming and super clean beach rental. The rooms are nicely decorated and remodeled. The expansive deck had nice furniture. Nothing beat being right on the ocean! It was in a peaceful location as well as close to restaurants. Great communication with management. Will visit again.

What an amazing stay. You can't get any closer to the powder soft sand and the surf. The house was well appointed, cozy and comfortable. Would highly recommend this property especially considering some brand new remodeling the owner has planned that will make the property even more perfect than it already is. As for the property management company, Coastal View is top notch and truly cares about their customers and owners. We've used many property managers for vacations all over the country in the past, and no one holds a candle to Coastal View

Love this place and the location . The duplex was accommodating for our stay, everything we needed to be comfortable. When check in time came I got a test from a representative, which was super nice. We love Fort Morgan and the beaches are beautiful! This time of the year it is not very crowded.

Had a great time with my siblings. House was nice and clean. AC unit quit Saturday afternoon. Repairman did not get there until 10:30 that night. Unit quit again by morning. Old ac unit. Needs to be replaced. Other than that was a great stay. Outside the house needs updating
