It was fine. But no lights on steps or under the house. I fell when we had to leave. It was dark & its hard to carry bags when its dark. Maybe next time a hurricane will not come through!!!

This is our second time staying at Sun Kissed and somehow it was even better than the first! Location can not be beat as you are truly steps from the beach.Space has everything you could need for relaxing after the beach. Everything was clean and accurately described. Hope to return again soon!!
Exactly what I had hoped for--right on the beach, quiet, and a deck perfect for relaxing in the evenings. This property was wonderful and I would book again for sure!
2nd time we have stayed here. We loved the location and how close to the water were. Also love that it is pet friendly as we brought our two dogs with us as well.
We loved being steps from the beach with plenty of beach to ourselves! The house was just enough room for us to stay and cook and play all weekend. Our three kids shared the bunk room and everyone had plenty of room.
It's a great house for a small family. We've stayed here several times and are always pleased and the the property manager responds quickly if we have any questions or concerns.
Great time, on the beach , beautiful views! Everything we needed. The deck and outside furniture is one of the best rooms of the house! Greg, the property manager, as always, was very welcoming and available for any problems - which we had none! It is a duplex , and each time we have stayed, we have had great neighbors. We will be back!!
This was our 2nd time staying here. It's so relaxing to walk down the stairs and be on the beach. No lugging a cart down the road. It's far enough from the neighborhood access that you don't have many close neighbors. Plenty of room.
We came here for our honeymoon. We absolutely picked the best spot. This place was absolutely wonderful. Right on the beach with a beautiful view! Greg the manager was absolutely wonderful. Couldn’t have had a better experience. We are definitely thinking about making this our yearly spot.
Loved this little hideaway. Private beach space. Watch the beach from your balcony or bedroom. The space was clean and had a beach shower/rinse Great place and we hope to go again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and well furnished. It is pet friendly which is what we look for. Located right on the beach...beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Property manager is responsive and helpful. We will definitely return to this place again.

It was a great location that is steps from the beach. We had a great stay and enjoyed our time relaxing on the beach.
We love staying at Sun-kissed! It’s perfect for a family of five. It has great proximity to the beach so when the kids get hungry it’s just a few steps to the kitchen to make a sandwich! Our only complaint is the amount of sand that sticks to the floor, even when you wash off, your feet get covered again from the porch, so this year we put a tray of water to step into on the first step and one of our beach towels on the second right at the door and it helped so much!! Our kids complain because there is no tv in the room they sleep in. But other than that, we love it here, it’s our home away from home!
Nothing beats a stay right on the beach. The convenience factor is bar none.
You couldn’t be any closer to the beach! The owners were very nice and easy to contact. The duplex is perfect for a small family. It’s comfortable and clean!
We went down March 1-7. We stayed in the East side had older couple with their dog in West side. No noise , perfect spot, close to water, clean and comfortable. We had our elderly dog with us and we shell hunted. She loved the balcony, and people watching, as well as beach combing when she went out to potty. I loved being directly in the beach!! With bedroom and Living room doors open to the air and views of the shipping channel. We watched dolphins and several ships come in one being the USS United States Luxury Liner being brought into Mobile docks. It was a perfect week!
We love the house, front beach view is amazing. Spent all weeek here and love it, we will come back next year for sure

Such a quaint, quiet family oriented place. It was the first time our 3 year old German Shepherd had been in the ocean. He loved it and kissed everyone on the beach. Minimal steps and short walk for my 83 yr old Mom. We loved it SO MUCH we tried to buy it! We are returning for 7 days in the adjacent unit (West)in September! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Coastal View staff are wonderful to work with!
Perfect place!! Steps from the water, better inside than the pics show. Love it. Only disappointed things was most places leave things like basic condiments, salt pepper etc. However, they clean house. You have to buy everything so plan accordingly. It was perfect location and can’t waist to return
We loved the location of Sun Kissed East. Right on the beach. It is in a quiet area of Gulf shores, close to Fort Morgan. Beaches were not busy at all. We had a relaxing time. The rental unit had everything we needed.
We absolutely love Sun Kissed East! It’s perfect for our family and we’ve enjoyed several Spring Breaks here, and will definitely be back! It’s right on the beach and we leave the doors open at night to listen to the waves on the sand! Just enough room for our family of 5 to be completely comfortable!

We stayed at this home 2 years ago, before the recent renovation. Everything looked great and was well done. Would stay again and recommend to others!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sun Kissed East. The location couldn't be better, right on the beach and away from the busy tourist area of the Gulf Shores. Being able to bring our 11 year old dog along on our family vacation was a huge plus for us and he absolutely loved it. The deck and furniture make for a very relaxing space to hangout. The house isn't anything fancy but it suited our needs just fine. Nothing can beat that view from the master bedroom, going to bed with the sounds of the ocean and waking up to that view was amazing. The house was clean for the most part, aside from the air register under the table and floors behind/under some of the furniture, minor things. There is a strong fish odor in the fridge/freezer that could probably use a few more baking soda boxes to help out but we also realized that considering the location someone may have went fishing and needed to store their fresh fish during the stay. Staff was very friendly and more than helpful with our questions. Overall we had an amazing family vacation and will most definitely be back again.
Overall the place was suitable. It definitely had a musty odor to it and could use a few hygiene updates (new shower curtain liner - pink mold present, fridge/freezer smelled of fish - more arm and hammer boxes or changed more often). The mattresses were on the firmer side but plenty of beds and pillows provided. An umbrella for the patio would be my only suggestion but maybe its not feasible. The chairs on the patio were nice and comfortable. The chairs down below were broken and cracked but we were thankful for them to have some shade.
The house/duplex was a great place to stay. Right on the beach which is great for the kids when they are bored can go back to the house and chill. Got to see a Blue Angel do stunts, dolphins feeding off shore, and the beach is essentially private. House is nothing fancy, but who cares. Just a place to lie down at the end of the day. Overall very well kept and clean.
I love this rental company! They are always very kind considerate customer friendly and take care of their properties. Sunkissed east is a wonderful location right on the beach. My only complaint is that there is no carpet in the house and I hate grit on the floor, so I recommend picking up a rug from the dollar tree during your stay to help control the amount of sand inside, lol!

The house was cute and recently given a makeover. The house was clean except the fans and the air register. The beds were comfortable. We love the location as it is right on the beach and quiet. The house was stocked with all the things you need to cook with. We requested a bigger skillet and Dee Dee brought one right over to us! We had a great stay. It’s our second time to stay here and I know we will be back!
Amazing location on the beach. Loved going to sleep with the sound of the ocean and waking to see the sparkling sand and beautiful waters. House was clean and very comfortable (will be even nicer when updates completed and maybe a dining table added). Property manager and housekeeping were great!!
This was my second time to stay at Sunkissed East. Earlier in the summer my adult daughter and I visited and had a wonderful time. All of the accommodations were as described and it was clean and tidy. My second trip was with my husband and we found everything in order and clean. We agreed the best thing about Sun Kissed is the location and distance to the beach. We had a great time.

Very nice, lived the location
This is a clean perfect place. We all were extremely comfortable and slept great! The patio is perfect for grilling and spending time with family. It is directly on the beach and so no long walks toting a bunch of stuff. Super convenient to get to local stores for necessities. Will definitely stay here next year! Washer and dryer was so nice to have too!!
The rental was in a great location right on the beach. It was perfect for our small dog with the nice deck. The deck furniture was super nice and we really enjoyed being out there. However the inside needs a lot of work. We could tell some flooring was newer and some work had been done. The kitchen was kind of shabby and the tile needed to be replaced. I’m sure it’s been through some hurricanes but if I had paid $533 a night, I would have really been disappointed.

This was a perfect respite from the hectic pace of life! My husaband and I enjoyed the accommodations & the location on the beach was delightful!
