Grayson was a pleasure to host! Clean and cozy. Simple check in, friendly staff. Convenient location. Pool was clean and warm. Perfect getaway spot. Short walk to beach. Beach cart, chairs and umbrella included! Would stay again or recommend.

Sarah was a pleasure to host We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—within easy walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. The unit was fantastic: clean, well-maintained, and featured a well-appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, and plenty of towels. We especially loved that the beach was easy to access and not crowded. While we appreciate the upkeep, we experienced a lapse in privacy and coordination in the backyard. The pool was cleaned twice, but shortly after the first visit, landscapers arrived to trim the palm trees, which put all the debris back into the water. Better scheduling would easily resolve this hiccup. Additionally, the home to the east is under full construction. Noise typically runs from 8 AM to 4 PM. While out of the owner’s control, this is worth noting for guests wanting to sleep in or enjoy a quiet backyard. Ultimately, we had an enjoyable stay with great communication from management. Thank you!

It was a pleasure hosting you! Home was clean and location was wonderful. We visited over some cold temps and because of a noise ordinance, the pool heater turns off at night. This lead to the pool not being warm and unusable. The island is great and this location was walkable to the beach and to coffee, breakfast and restaurants.

It was a pleasure hosting Jenna! We hope to host them again in the future! This place was amazing !! Private, quiet clean everything we needed was provided! We rented a week and enjoyed it so much we extended due to an opening right after our checkout we will be back for sure ! We rented a golf cart but we did walk a street over and was in the heart of Holmes beach with shopping and restaurants!!
