Short time in paradise This condo had everything we needed, and such a beautiful view! I believe the listing states it’s 2 bedrooms, but it actually has an extra bedroom that was great for kids. Our friends so graciously let us have the room with the view! We were able to cook our meals and head down to the beach to claim our spot. The weather held out on our short stay, and we got one full beach day minus the water (double red flags). The company was responsive, and communicated well. Overall it was a wonderful long weekend, and a great first trip to Navarre!
Property is wonderful but the management is less than desireable The location of the property was perfect and the condo itself was great. Tastefully decorated and everything worked except for the ice maker. On our first day, I reached out to management about the ice maker not working, and no response. I even got a text message asking how everything was going and responded asking for assistance on the ice maker, but no response. It sounds as though other visitors have had issues with the management and a lack of response. The bed in the master suite is lopsided and the remote control back kept falling off. I ended up using my son’s sports tape to fix it. If I were the owner, I would use a different management group.

This condo is located in a well maintained complex with direct beach access. The condo has beautiful beach views and direct beach access. We spotted different types of sea life daily: dolphins, stingrays and turtles. We enjoyed the benefit of having beach chairs that were included with our stay. While the condo was clean, it could use a deeper cleaning and some updates. Overall, it is a really good value.

Navarre condo The condo was very clean. Listed as 2 bedrooms, but there are actually three. Which was nice. The biggest issue is that there is no deadbolt or security lock on the front door on the inside. I traveled with a toddler, so it was nerve wracking that he could just open the front door and walk out. We ended up having to put two kitchen chairs in front of the door at night. Also, the main sliding door to the balcony did not lock.two big safety issues. Cons: no ice maker, no locks on the doors on the inside, the dryer took multiple cycles to dry, bathtub in the other bathroom drains slowly, also the bedrooms were really hot at night, I don’t think any of the tvs were smart tvs. Pros: close to the beach, clean, pools/hot tub nice, included beach chair/umbrella. Probably wouldn’t stay here again with little kids because of the locks.
Anniversary getaway Beautiful condo, perfect view of the pier and lots of dolphin sightings. Wonderful week away for anniversary.
Great place to stay This place was immaculate! Very clean, lots of room. Only downside was the communication with the property manager. There was 8 of us and they only gave us 4 towels- it took them 2 days to respond and bring towels. The beds are not comfortable in the double bed room- overall it was amazing and we will definitely be back

We booked this condo for a three day stay. The view is amazing and the location is great. It's close to the pier and restaurants. It is listed as a 2 bedroom but it was actually 3 bedroom. It was very clean except there were some dirty dishes in the cabinet but we just ran them through the dishwasher again. Checking in was very easy. Would stay again.

When we arrived we got to check in like 5 minutes late. The cleaning crew was a tad behind. The 5 minutes was well worth it. We got to see exactly how they cleaned. They were polite and great at their jobs. The room was tastefully decorated and had grievous views. The Scenic Views people stayed in contact to make sure we got checked in and that our stay was going good. And we were fine. We really enjoyed ourselves in this condo. Will definitely have to stay again

Very nice View. Had 3 bedrooms. 5 beds plus a couch bed & a love seat & a small recliner. We would stay here again if we ever come back.
Our stay was short and sweet! The unit was easy to get to and the team was super responsive when I had issues (all user error!). The proximity to the pool and beach was perfect, convenience and beautiful. We would 100% stay here again.

The bottom of the curtains in the living area were filthy and the lock was broken off the balcony door. The balcony door in the master bedroom is very hard to open. The beds weren’t super comfortable and low water pressure for the master shower. There was some confusion at check-in but it got fixed and the rest of the vacation was good. Unit stayed nice and cold during our stay and the full size washer and dryer were great. View from the balcony was great, super close to the pier. We loved having the little store on the 1st floor. Unit is listed as a 2 bedroom but it has 3 full bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Overall the value for the unit was good and location was great.
Great building on Navarre, but this unit needs updated, particularly the carpet. Also a stench coming from the disposal, and when alerted they never came to clean it so we lived with it all weekend. My main concern is the high top chairs on the linai. God forbid a child climb up on them from the tenth floor.
Wonderful place, easy access to beach
The unit itself is very nice, the view from the balcony is outstanding, it definitely is the highlight of this unit. The bed in the primary bedroom is awful. It is a king mounted to a full size headboard and is very lose making you feel like you are in a tidal wave when one rolls over. The mattress itself is in need of replacement. I did report that along with the fact that drywall tape was falling from the laundry room ceiling and it was damp. Obviously something was leaking from above but those concerns were ignored. The bedroom television would not allow us to watch anything but old programming. I contacted management right away and they said someone would be out to look at it. No one ever showed up and my follow up text were ignored. We were able to log into our own apps in the living room but if you don’t have that capability there is no way to watch anything. Dealing with management seems to be an issue and because of that I will look elsewhere next time.
We very much enjoyed the beach view. The condo was very clean and well kept. All decor was very pretty. Accessories were a plus.The only reason for the 4 star rating is because there is no inside chain lock or bolt lock inside the front door for added security and there was no latch at all on the balcony door.

This unit was spacious, beautiful, and very clean. I would definitely return here. It had a wonderful view of the ocean. The management company was prompt and answering my questions. The unit was comfortable and had plenty of towels and sheets and blankets. The kitchen as well equipped we were able to cook. It is centrally located where you can walk to several restaurants and over to the Bayside. I would definitely stay in this unit again.
The hosts were helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the master bathroom tub and shower were unusable. Even though there is a shower head, there is no way to turn it on. The bathtub had no plug, so it was also unusable unless you stuff a wash cloth into the drain. Fortunately, the second bathroom shower was operable. If there had been more people staying there, the shower would be a bigger problem.

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was a beautiful time of year to walk on the beach and just relax. The location is wonderful, the views from the unit are amazing! we are hoping to return soon!

The property was exactly as described. Scenic Stays was quick to respond to the issue of no WIFI. It did take 24 hours to get someone to come to the condo. Ultimately, the owner needed to fix the issue. IOverall, a great place to stay.
Beautiful 10th floor 3 bedroom. Excellent view no k cup machine just regular coffee pot. Difficult communication between VRBO and SCEINIC STAYS. Was some confusion as who to contact. VRBO sent lock code @2pm and it didnt work. Scenic stays sent another code on a different app. It was confusing. Other than that confusion everyting else worked out perfectly. It was a beautiful couple of days. Will gladly come again.

The condo is wonderful! Great view from the master, a third bonus bunk room for extra people. We had 7 and slept comfortably. Loved having the beach chairs and umbrella included. The store in the building was super convenient for extra ice, drinks and souvenirs. We were walking distance to 2 restaurants and the pier so the location was perfect! The WiFi did not work well, the tv was playing videos but we could not get on it with our phones, we could log onto the neighbors but it barely loaded.
Great property! Shower curtains could have been cleaner....had mold on them!

Great Vacation Spot We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Summerwind West. Visiting in April, the weather was perfect and crowds were non-existent. All instructions from Scenic Stays were clear and any needed communication was handled quickly. Would highly recommend. We will be visiting again! Very satisfied!!
Great beach front view! Stay was good only thing was some of the lamps or lights didn’t work and there was some mold in the laundry washer that we noticed . Otherwise, stay was good.

A Good Time Was Had By All This condo is perfect. The location is the best. Parking is not overcrowded. Beds were comfy. Balcony has a breathtaking view of the gulf & pier. Could use basic essentials like salt & pepper. Would also be nice to know if there's a regular pot or a Kureg for coffee. Otherwise, 100% recommend!

Needs Improvement I go to this area every year and for the price, this condo needs improvement. Right away we noticed mold in the ceiling on one room and the remote was broken. We only stayed 4 nights and the last night the batteries needed replaced in the master and was chirping the entire night. The elevator was broke and coming and going down 10 flights of stairs with stuff isn't ideal. I met my friend in their condo 2 buildings over and her price was cheaper and she had only 2 bedrooms, but it has an open floor plan and up-to-date ammendities like a Keurig with actual more space.

Perfect Spot Perfect spot to walk to the pier and a couple of restaurants that were nearby. The view of the beach and ocean was perfect. Communication with the property manager was the only issue I had as far as getting a parking permit for my vehicle which took a few days to receive. Nice property would use again.
No Issues. Nice stay This is a good condo. Other than some minor - slight cleaning issues, everything was in good working order. Two refrigerators were nice. Would come back!

Dirtiest unit I've ever rented I wish I could upload pictures to show how nasty this unit was and it was YEARS of dirt, not just a one off issue.
Three stars King sized bed needs to be replaced. And the furniture wasn’t comfortable either. We had to search for our wrist bands to enter the pool area. After day two we found them. No wash clothes were provided in the unit and we had to call for them. No sufficient place to put our collected trash. Washer and dryer were terrible. Pool area was very small.
Summerwind West 1003 We are having fun. Thanks for asking. The high speed internet Wi-Fi is nice. 2 things… We have 2 refrigerators with freezers and neither have ice makers and there aren’t any ice trays anywhere to make ice. We had to go to the grocery just to get ice. A complimentary bag would be nice. It seems that a condo with nice amenities would have this. Also, it would nice to have instructions for the multiple TV controllers & a channel guide. Appliances are outdated with a few problems. Dryer takes about 3 cycles to dry clothes, Oven temps are inconsistent & Dishwasher is not mounted to the cabinet and tends to fall out is you’re not alert ! All other thing were good. Pls Ck on these to alert other renters to Rm 1003 @ Summerwimd West. Hope the owners can resolve this in the future. Mary Rm 1003
Amy's review It was a great stay! Beds were comfortable and we had a great view of ocean. Only issue I had was with the dryers. I could not dry my clothes. I push the dry dial to high heat 3 or 4 times and let it run for an hour but still didn't dry. I had to dry my towels and shirts out on balcony
