The online pictures are old. No ability to walk to beach. Pool was closed the entire stay so i had to pay for my daughter to swim elsewhere. Water damage in showers. Washer and dryer didn't work properly. Didnt find the beach or pool items until the last day and they were stuffed in a closet. Box fan was broken. Master bedroom was missing remote. Second bath tub didn't have a stopper so only one tub could be used. There was no welcome book like other places I've stayed to tell you about the area, where things are located in the house or where local things are to visit and I had to find the router to get the wifi password. Overall, this was not a good place to stay with my 6 year old daughter. I felt like i was staying somewhere meant more for just sleeping and i would have been happier at a hotel.

Spacious Our family really liked the townhouse - short drive to Navarre Beach and restaurants. It felt VERY spacious. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was stocked with the basics (not bells and whistles if you plan to do a lot of cooking, but we had what we needed).

Great location, less than 10 min to Navarre beach or 30 min to either Pensacola beach or Destin. House is great, rooms are a good size and the kitchen is nice too cook in. Propain grill on the back pourch is good and the garage access for storing floats and paddleboards was really nice. The negatives.If your traveling with two cars the parking is a little tight. The light switches are illogically located, if you stay here you'll see what I mean.. Overall, it was a great stay and we definitely book here again.

Tranquil Getaway in a Stunning Home — Even Spotted a Bear! I can’t say enough good things about this vacation home! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how beautiful and spacious it was — exactly what you want in a relaxing retreat. Nestled in a peaceful, quiet area, it felt like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights was its close proximity to the beach — just a short drive away, which made it easy to enjoy the best of both worlds: forest serenity and ocean breeze. The surroundings were incredibly calm and rejuvenating, perfect for morning coffee and evening strolls. To top it all off, I even saw a bear (from a safe distance!), which was an unforgettable experience and a reminder of just how close to nature this home really is. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind in comfort and beauty. I’ll definitely be back!

Positive: Horrible, nothing to like. Negative: first thing when we reached the property was a trash bin covered in maggots with a strong smell of dead, rotting fish. Imagine coming at night and the first thing you see about the place you would stay having maggots all over before you even step in The on the property. You didn't even need to see the maggots to know something was wrong with the property, the moist, warm, humid, rotting and stinky smell of dead fish thrown into the trash cans can already tell you that something was off. However, people say don't judge books by their cover and then we go in to see the quality of the place; which was the HORRIBlE, imagine going to the restroom and seeing mold, blacker than some paint, all over the top of the showers, big balls of dust the size of baseballs all over under the beds, and also carpets that are dusty and brown. This place is not even a safe or habitable environment especially for any family with kids. Also, none of the remotes had a battery in it, so you cant even sit down and watch tv. We were kicked out a 1 AM. Horrible experience that we got in our life.

very nice, convenient location

This wasn’t a bad place but when we got there some of the beds had stains. One had blood on it and just some different stains on a different sheet. Some pots and pans had rust in it so we weren’t able to use them. Very little to no cleaning items/toiletries.

Very nice location near all the stores and restaurants but far enough out that you feel private.

The place was perfect for 6 of us. The 3rd extra half bath came in handy. the location was good as well! they were very responsive!

Great place! Super quiet and host was great! I would say the only bad thing is it’s about an 11 minute drive to the beach. Then, probably 30-40 minute drive to dinner or putt or shopping. But great place!

The property matched the pictures and was close to the beach not as close as described. But overall very nice and easy to get into and find. Did encounter a couple problems, no remote for a tv the first day, they responded but never fixed. Had some bug issues that they said they would address, but the problem is dealing with a third party is that you get like an “automated response”, but no actual fixing of the problem. Expressed also how the cleaning crew was waiting outside looking at us an hour before checkout which was uncomfortable but got another automated response. Honest review is a nice place but not dealing with an “owner” so if things come up not necessarily will be handled as you may expect?

Positive: It was a good location Negative: Not very clean, bathroom tub didnt drain, there was a missing remote, wifi barely worked.

We didn't want to leave! This is such a nice property and so close to all the fun things! The neighbors were very nice. The complimentary soaps smell very good! White tea and coconut. We loved staying here and will definitely be back as soon as possible!

Overall clean but found sand in beds when we first arrived. Quiet, nice neighborhood.

Peaceful Very peaceful HOA, perfect to come back from a long tourist day and know that it would be quiet and you will be rested to have fun all over again tomorrow! Very informative from booking to check out.

Beautiful & clean This stay was clean, comfortable and quiet. The home was beautiful, very spacious. The location is out of the way.. but still close enough for a short drive to the beach and a stone's throw from stores and places to eat. We would definitely stay again.

The pool are and pool are really nice. The unit we stayed in was nice though the stairs are a bit steep. Also, was mislead to believe that there was a trail that we could use to get to the water. The trail in on private property and clearly marked as "no beach access". That was very upsetting to find when we got there. This place is also very much off the beaten path and you must drive everywhere.

Amazing stay- even saw a bear! We had an amazing time staying in Navarre! The house is incredibly spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors, and the location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from a fun splash pad and park, 10 minutes to the beach, and Walmart is literally around the corner. The host was excellent and super accommodating. Bonus: we even saw a bear, which was an unforgettable surprise! Beautiful area—we’d definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful place! This place is a must to stay! After a full day of Destin, Pensacola and several others it was nice to end our day in such a quiet and relaxing place! Such a gem!
