The property description is accurate. The beds are clean and crisp. The only problem is cockroaches. The location is great. Good value for the price you have to be okay with a few cockroaches though. I'm sure it's a problem for the entire building and even if the owner tried to get rid of them it's not going to work unless they do the whole building.
The staff / management that ran the condo. Responsive and accommodating!! Very much so. Due to a flight cancelation, they worked with us in finding another condo that was available when we adjusted our travel dates. At no charge. To them we say thank you so much! The condo works well too. Is it the Ritz, no but it’s super clean, nice comfy beds, staff willing to help. Plus it’s really good value as we all know, they are reall my expensive nowadays. Overall, solid! The place just works for a stay in Orlando.

Everything was as advertised. Easy place to get to all venues. Quiet and clean.
This was not just old it was filthy!! Mold on ceilings. Stains on furniture and carpet. Fingerprints and boogers on the walls. Came into town night before a scheduled surgery. Water was out two days and electricity out one day. No notifications provided for shutoffs. None of the staff or hosts could care less. Had to clean the room the best i could myself to even be able to stay.
Amazing hospitality and was very easy to contact if there was a concerns. Definitely would stay here again 🙌

Horrible place would like to have a refund Positive: to be honest Nothing Negative: The place was smelly disgusting, beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom was scary dirty it almost made me want to puke !!!
El lugar tiene una excelente ubicación, muy cerca de todo, lo único malo son los colchones de las camas 😓 las camas se hundían y la verdad nuestras noches no fueron cómodas lamentablemente, si cambian los colchones por unos nuevos estaría muy bien

Negative: Peu d’aide de la part de la réception et réponses minimum. Ex : il y a t’il des machines à laver ? Reponse: oui Comment cela fonctionne ? Réponse : les instructions sont écrites! L’impression de déranger la réception qui regarde la tv!

The building is split as some for air bnb or hotel stay, seem like an old hotel, but when I arrived many people was standing in the back smoking weed and loud music. Had bad experience with rude young teenagers who was very disrespectful to me and other older people. The host was responsive and quick to resolve issues and location is close to everything but the people renting or staying was a little skeptical.
Disappointing Positive: There was nothing I liked about this hotel. Negative: musty odor. The room was poorly cleaned molded ceilings. Dampness throughout the entire hotel creating a musty moldy smell. Customer service was terrible. If you book your stay on booking.com, you get a piece of paper to call a hotline. They won’t do anything to help you resolve the issue at the front desk.
