Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! My husband and i have stayed at many cabins, but this far exceeded our expectations! We brought our 2 dogs for our 15 yr anniversary. The closed off back porch was great for them. The place was extremely clean, tons of extra blankets, pillows ect, kitchen had everything you need, grill had propane and plenty of toiletries. They had several games to play. The whirpool and hot tub were absolutely wonderful and the free ticket access was well worth it! We had a STUNNING view and pretty private for a community. Our only complaint is we didn't stay longer. We got quick reponses and the alexa had lots of info on the cabin. We will absolutely be back!

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Great place to stay! Beautiful views, has everything we needed! 2 cool bear sightings, close to pigeon forge main drag! Hills a little steeper than expected but handled it just fine.. We absolutely loved our time at sugar shack!

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! AWESOME Cabin. Very beautiful. The pool table and hot tube were amazing. Plenty of space. The kitchen has everything needed. They provide plenty of towels and cleaning supplies. The grill outside was great. The only downside was the master bedroom has carpet and it had a small pee smell. Nothing awful. We would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! When we arrived, the room wasn't very clean-unfortunately, the blankets were covered in dog urine, and the carpet had a strong urine smell as well. While I wasn't too upset about the carpet since l understand that can happen in dog-friendly rooms, the condition of the blankets was disappointing. That said, the host was incredibly apologetic, responsive, and offered us a partial refund right away, which I really appreciated. Mistakes can happen, and the way it was handled made a big difference. Despite the issues, the location was great and the service was kind and professional. I'd be open to giving this place another try.

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! My wife and I and our dog stayed here for a quick overnight after driving in from Fort Worth, TX. Place is immaculate and nestled in such a beautiful setting. Our only critique is that the bed was slightly uncomfortable and a bit noisy. Not a big deal, because we were both BEAT from that drive, and slept great. And that hot tub after being on the road for 16 hours was everything we needed and more. 10/10 recommend this place, and I hope we can stay here again. This part of Tennessee is just so beautiful.

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! We enjoyed our stay at the Sugar Shack! Very cozy and clean. We loved having the upstairs games and the hot tub. Weather was perfect upon arrival, although a few extra seating options on the decks would’ve made it much better to enjoy the pretty views. The cabin is close to Pigeon Forge attractions, just be mindful of the narrow road if you have a wider vehicle like us. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay! 🐻

We loved the Sugar Shack cabin at Bear Creek Crossing! It was beautifully decorated, a great size for our family of 4, has a fun game room in the upstairs loft (pool table and air hockey) and a gorgeous view. Everything worked and all is updated. The check in and check out process were easy as well. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!!
