We had a fantastic stay in Toronto! The place was perfect for our group of friends, especially the outdoor patio and grill, which worked perfectly and made for a great barbecue evening. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, the heating was easy to adjust, and we slept very well. The host was always reachable and even prepared everything we needed for grilling after we informed him in advance. Check-in and check-out were completely seamless, and the nearby paid parking was easy to access and convenient. Overall, a smooth and truly enjoyable experience, we’d definitely stay here again!

Great spot for our family. Clean, well equipped. Lots of coffee shops and little restaurants nearby. Proximity to the subway made it easy to get around. Also easy to find parking nearby.

We had a great stay at Casa Hotels for the World Cup! The place was clean, very central to nearby stores and public transit, and we loved the porch. Only note is that they send a third party link that takes your out of the Airb&b app for check-in/check-out instructions and it was a bit confusing and some of the information contradicted.

A true hidden gem of Toronto. The place was lovely, well appointed and had great access to the public transport. The owner Ian was so so helpful, on hand for everything we needed and so quick at replying and making sure we were taken care of. Thanks for a great stay!

I booked this property due to it's proximity to a class I was attending in the area. It was conveniently located. There was easy access to public transportation, a nearby convenience store, and most places in the area took 15-20 mins to get to. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood. There was also lots of great hidden gem restaurant options in the area conveniently within walking distance.The property manager was very responsive to any question I had prior to and during my visit. Their check-in and check-out instructions were very thorough and descriptive as well as important things to know about the property. I had no issues finding the property upon arrival. The amenities were very well stocked for an extended stay both in the kitchen, bathroom, smart TVs, and high speed internet. During my stay the property was quiet after hours, and I barely heard noise from the neighbors staying next door. I was able to work in peace after coming home from my class. Many folks do park in front of the property during the week, but the weekends there seem to be less folks parked. If you do have ride shares picking you up be aware that you'll need to be waiting outside especially during the week due to commuter traffic and nowhere for them idle.The property is on the second floor, so if you have heavy luggage you may need assistance lugging it up and down the stairs. There is not a lift available. I had a great stay as an international traveler, would highly recommend!

We were in a location that suited us and allowed us to get where we were going by foot on occasion. Positive: Space fit our needs, as did the location. Like the amenities and if it had been warmer weather, we could've used patio. Negative: nothing in particular.

Great space in a very convenient location

I stayed at this property for 4 nights and there were several problems encountered. First of all, I made the reservation now Expedia however the booking was actually with VBRO, the reason for which I don’t understand. All the emails were sent by Expedia rather than VBRO and I had no way of contacting VBRO. I had a problem getting into the building in me second day and I had to call Expedia for help and then I was transferred to no less than 8 different people at Expedia and VBRO until the program was solved. This is very bad customer service. The second problem was that all the information was sent electronically rather than being on paper in the room (which is the way that every other place I have rented do it). There were far too many emails and I had to root around older emails to find some information which was a big hassle. And in the second to last day I got no less than 8 emails about check out procedures and they were all the same! A big breakdown in their information system. Finally, the coffee machine didn’t work and when I told them about it (more than once) they thought that I wasn’t doing something right to get it started. Finally in the second to last day they said that they would send someone over to fix it and that didn’t happen. More bad customer service. In short, there were just too many problems encountered to give this rental a good rating.

Yes, but not interesting ones

Had a great stay at Casa Hotels. Everything was new, very clean, and very well equipped. Plenty of natural light. Convenient location, close to subway and great shops. While on an avenue, very quiet because it faces towards the back. I would stay there again.

This condo was perfect for our long weekend in Toronto! The location is wonderful…close to the TTC, grocery and great restaurants and coffee shops. Communication with the host was kind, prompt and all instructions were clear, easy and thorough. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Positive: Very comfortable beds, exquisitely equipped kitchen (never had so many kitchen items and ustensils in a rental!), easy and flexible check-in.
