Great place to stay! Just like the pictures. Would recommend it for a large group.

The house amenities and location were perfect for our stay! We traveled for leisure and exploring Austin, and this stay offered the best of both worlds. With close proximity to downtown and most major attractions, it was super easy to get to and from the BnB. And for those choosing to stay and lounge around, the BnB had everyone you needed. Perfect for family and friend hangouts!

The home was exactly as described and clean when we arrived. We enjoyed all of the quirky decor and furniture. The bed linens were great quality and the hot tub was lots of fun. It was the perfect location across from Springdale Station where we were attending a wedding. The convenience store a few doors down was also nice to pick up any forgotten necessities.

We had a great stay here! We were 13 guests on a joint bachelor/bachelorette trip and the home was accommodating to the amount of guests we had. The house did take a while to cool off due to the thermostat being set high upon arrival and the amount of people we had, but it was nice when it finally cooled. There were also no wash rags, which was inconvenient, but we made it work. A few extra towels would have been nice to have, because we were constantly washing towels for everyone to have clean ones. Otherwise, the pool and backyard areas were very nice and were kept up well. We also appreciated the 4 spot car parking spaces, as we had multiple vehicles. All the Austin attractions were about 10-20 minute drive from the home, and the guests really liked the convenient store within walking distance to the house. We did enjoy our stay and look forward to returning!

This home was great for our Girl's Trip! The abundance of beds was great for all of us to have space to spread out. They were also quite comfortable. The pool was great and very clean! We didn't check out the hot tub, as it and the pool are in separate yards, but the outdoor areas were nice. We had no issues getting in or out of the home either. Overall, would recommend this home to groups!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Austin! The house was very spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. We especially loved the pool and hot tub — such a fun part of the trip and great for relaxing. The location was also super convenient: downtown was close enough to easily get to bars and activities, while groceries and other essentials were nearby as well. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I really loved staying at this property for my bachelorette party. The place was clean, host was responsive and we enjoyed the amenities (hot tub, pool).

I had 4 of my employees stay at Urban Stay and they had nothing but great things to say. Close to bars/restaurants, close to downtown, house was nice, pool was great. I would stay here again on our next trip.

We recently stayed for a bachelorette party here and had a great stay overall. A couple of quick notes for future travelers: the pool area is on the smaller side and faces the main road (though it is fenced for privacy), and the property has a strict 4:00 PM check-in policy with no early access. That being said, the interior decor is beautiful, and the layout offers great sleeping arrangements for a group of 12. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We paid for early check-in, but when we arrived the cleaners were still there and were surprised to see us. We were then told the house would not actually be ready until 4 PM. After some back-and-forth, we stayed while the cleaners finished, and the host did refund the early check-in fee, but it was still a frustrating start and showed poor communication and coordination. There is also a train directly across the street that runs throughout the night and at times literally shook the house, so light sleepers should be aware. Our biggest concern was the hot tub. Six people in our group developed rashes consistent with hot tub folliculitis after using it. We reported it to both the host and Airbnb support with photos, but were only advised to seek medical attention and submit a liability claim if needed. No refund or partial refund was offered. And most importantly no confirmation if the hot tub was even inspected so further guest would not get the infection.

We loved staying at this property! It was perfect for our group of 8, and we truly enjoyed all of the amenities (pool, hot tub, patio, etc.) It’s in a great location too- walkable to a few shops and restaurants, coffee, etc. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!

5 ⭐️ stay highly recommend! The place was clean asf, beautifully designed, and the location was perfect. Everything we needed was within like 15 minutes, and the pool was a huge plus. You can tell a lot of thought went into the interior, super comfortable and stylish. The host was amazing too - great communication, super responsive, and really friendly the whole time. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting 🙌
