Douglas also boasts stylish boutiques and antique shops, including the colorful collector’s haven, the Antique Pavilion, where you can shop for (and discover) all sorts of treasures.

If you're seeking outdoor fun, check out the nearby Saugatuck Dune Rides, where you’ll explore the dunes—one of Michigan’s true natural treasures—and experience a unique mix of entertainment, fun, and excitement! “This is a very nice house and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The inside of the house has been fully remodeled with updated amenities, including a deep soaking tub, Toto toilet, two rooms with king-size beds, pool table and a fully stocked kitchen, including herbs and spices, cooking oils, coffee and tea and a nice selection of Keurig pods We were pleasantly surprised at how many amenities were in the home. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, dishwasher tabs, and laundry detergent. This was our first visit to Michigan and enjoyed visiting Douglas Beach, Oval Beach, Saugatuck, and Holland for the tulip festival.”

“Overall a good stay. Home is very comfortable. Everything we needed was available and easy to find.Check in was rough though, entry code for front door had been changed and not passed on to me. Front door knob was tricky to use; very hard to open or lock. Outside garbage cans were full upon arrival. Temperature was still too cold for enjoying the fire pit or hot tub but the pool table and board games kept us entertained when we weren’t on the move.”

“They thought of everything! Wonderful accommodations and with everything you need to host family with a toddler and a dog. And just a 15-20 minute walk to Downtown Douglas.”
