We had a great stay at the condo, it was perfect for our family of two adults and two children. We loved the location and view from the balcony

It was good wish faced the city but I forgot to ask dish washer smell gross could use a better cleaning in bedroom bathroom walls the outside of fridge and stove could have been cleaner and wasn't the best sleep as someone pulled a fire alarm but it was a very nice place felt at home and great hosts also daughter named the plant in the bedroom its name Thelma

Great Service But Unit is Tired 3 areas of comment - Location, Unit, Company (booking)Location is central but as we arrived on XMAS day it was unsettling. Lots of homeless and sketchy people as area was closed for 2 days. Did not feel overly safe to walk with my 10 year old and would not let my wife and kid go alone. Aggressive homeless. Also having some kind of guide to where you can get food when you arrive on a holiday would be happy. When the area opened up much better as party goers do not cause me concern. Building is definitely a destination for those who want to club but was overall quiet considering time of year.Unit was tired with a few issues needing addressing. They wanted to but we were unable to accomodate a visit. Beds super super soft, couch hard as a rock. But otherwise as advertised and great view. THings that needed addressing were some towel rocks needing adjusting, shower head leading, attached wall table removed from wall but area not refinished. Nothing that really affected the stay. Otherwise my wife and daughter loved the placeGreat service in terms of communication. Bad service because they convert everything to USD on payment as they are an American property management company. You don't really find this out until you are committed.I would probably book local (Canadian) next timeIt is a good unit and the value (pricing) was fair in the market except 20 parking. Will have to check to see if my deposit was refunded yet as it is a third party billing.

Nice place for a small family close to Calgary downtown. Positive: Nice apartment for 3. Negative: Instructions for getting the keys: on the day of arrival, I realized that I had no instructions to get in, I had to querry about at the last minute. Instructions overall are very poor, same for the parking location... The only one window is in the living room, so, blind sleeping rooms and bathrooms. This was not indicated on Booking. Bins not emptied. Dish machine full, not emptied. Towels still in the air dryer... Bed mattress very soft and low quality. Poor quality linens. Strong food smell upon arrival.

Excellent. Great price for great condo in wonderful location. Positive: King sized bed. The view. Great laundry to catch up on washing. Both bathrooms good size and clean. Negative: Only 1 key fob for entry.

Great Location and Value

. I had a very bad experience. I am travelling with an infant and thought that booking by expedia will maintain its standards. The place was very unhygienic. I do have some photos of hair on bed, utensils not in condition to use, smell in master bedroom. I vacated the condo as soon as I could manage another place to stay.

Not recommended Positive: Nothing Negative: The stay had several issues that made it less enjoyable. The mattress and pillows in the master bedroom were extremely uncomfortable — definitely need an upgrade. One of the bedrooms has a door that doesn’t offer any privacy, which was a problem for our group. Parking was inconvenient unless you pay extra for a stall, and street parking wasn’t easy to find. I also received an overwhelming number of emails and instructions, which made the check-in process more stressful than it needed to be. A message I sent the day before arriving went unanswered, which didn’t help with communication. Also, picking up the apartment key from a store instead of having direct access felt like an unnecessary extra step.

Very conveniently located and clean space! A couple things were left to be desired (one single trash can, broken soap dispenser, surprise that second room had sliding not standard door), but these are small and not at all a big deal. The off-Airbnb extra app for check in instructions, including a surprise need to detour to pick up the keys from a corner mart 10 minutes away, was clunky and kind of annoying but ultimately easy enough to navigate (only accessible within a short window pre-check in, which made it difficult to plan ahead for this). Check out fortunately was easy! This apartment did just the job for a one night pre-airport stay with my boyfriend and mom, but I may not have chosen to stay longer. This would be a great place for a small bachelor(ette) trip or the like!

Perfection! Positive: Fabulous location! The property had everything we needed for a weeks stay. It was like a home away from home for us New Zealanders. The communication was great too. We will definitely stay again if we come back. Negative: Nothing we didn’t like about the property. The only issues we had were not directly related to the property, more so general building issues. The aircon wasn’t working properly and only one elevator was working; simply bad timing with it being a hot and busy week in Calgary!

La ubicación es muy buena. Está en un punto que te permite llegar a las zonas de interes rapidamente. En nuestro caso recibimos a una amiga al día siguiente y el autobus del aeropuerto la dejo a 10 minutos caminando, justo abajo de la Torre de Calgary. El desplazamiento hacia el alojamiento no representó ningún problema. Además cuentas con la zona del tren y varias líneas de autobuses. Aunque la cocina está perfectamente equipada, existe una cafetería enfrente y varios restaurantes y bares alrededor. Nos sentiamos como en casa. Teníamos una vista espectacular de la parte este de la ciudad y lo maravilloso es que estando sentados en la sala, ¡comenzó a nevar! Algo que desde esa altura fue una experiencia inolvidable. Nuestra experiencia fue tan buena que, después de unos días en Canmore, regresamos a hospedarnos en el mismo edificio. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.

Complicated system for pre check in /boarding pass and key pick up system. Location was great for walking.

Great location, clean and well stocked apartment. Literally the only negative was a broken soap dispenser and the pullout bed is uncomfortable, but overall a great place to stay.

Amazing accommodation, felt right at home and very central. Easy to find and great amenities!

As far as Airbnb hosts go, Samantha and zahid were phenomenal and exceeded expectations. They were incredibly quick to respond, helpful, and very pleasant to interact with. The place was exactly as described and was easy to find. There were instructions for everything we needed during our stay. Would highly recommend staying at their Airbnb!

Great Good location

We stayed for a week to attend the Calgary Stampede and travel to Banff. The check in was a little challenging with prearranged parking in the building and the door code not working. Communication was good with the management and issues were resolved. The facilities were clean, however there are some items that need fixing. Management was aware and they were mostly cosmetic type items. Kitchen was amply furnished. The location was fantastic within walking distance to Stampede grounds, restaurants, and Casinos.

Perfect place to stay for a couples of nights. Excellent location, clean and comfy apt.

Samantha and Zahid’s place was nice and clean. It was very close to lots of places to eat. I love how responsive there were and they provided clear instructions from check-in to checking out. The view was a great bonus, and they always let me know of any information pertaining to the building in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Calgary.

Had a great time, nothing negative to say as I enjoyed the room, had a good view of the city, the room was clean, and the hosts were kind.

The interior was great; super clean, modern,. and just as advertised. The location was great too; close to shops, restaurants and train. We found the check-in process frustrating, and learned too late that the essential information was in our Upstay "boarding pass". Then when we finally got outside the unit, we struggled with the keyless pad because 1) we had a fob that had a different number on it and 2) it was too dark to see any of the numbers/symbols on the keypad. Other than that, we couldn't hang out at the unit for most of Friday because the water was shut off due to a scheduled repair, but other than that we had a lovely time.

Positive: Location was great, 10 min walk to downtown Negative: It is process to follow to collect key and get in $100 cleaning fees is required. Requires to dispose all your garbage to the bins in the ground floor Beds were very soft, not comfortable at all

Nice comfy place Positive: Accessibility to downtown Calgary Negative: Not to the owner’s fault it was difficult to get in and out due to the previous guest losing keys, but there was a great work around, which was perfect. Wi-Fi didn’t work for the first little bit, but we got it going.

Great location and Spectacular View! We had a very short one night stay at this great condo. The location is fantastic and close to everything, including a top rated cocktail bar on the main level. Beautifully decorated in every room and super comfy beds. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Location...pics are deceiving Checking into this property was a rough start. The check-in instructions were missing the code to get into the actual building and missing the code to get into the unit/apartment. We paid for 3 days of parking in the building but could only access the parking spot for 2 days. Many things within the apartment were broken or in terrible condition (mirror in the hallway, missing vanity from bedroom, shelves in the living room close to the windows were falling off the wall, screen was ripped for the screen door, frying pan was unusable it was in nasty condition, towel racks in the bathroom were also falling off the wall), would not recommend sleeping on the pull out couch it was extremely hard, the "extra bedding" was 2 blankets and a bare pillow, no extra pillow cases. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper in the unit for 5 people for 3 days. Also the table was severely scratched, floors were scratched up and most of the paint/coverings on the cabinets was peeling off. We couldnt use the dishwasher as there was no dishwasher soap/detergent/tabs.The price was advertised in CAD dollars but I was charged in USD. The only highlight of this property was the location.

Great location, good for a short stay. Positive: The location is very good. Acces to the building is easy and quick. Good sized appartment. Responsive owner when needed. Negative: Need a little bit of love and maintenance. Beds are not very comfortable and showing signs of age in some places.

Great stay, very comfortable accommodations and any questions about the unit were answered quickly. Positive: Location was very nice. Extremely close to a variety of restaurants and within walking distance of 8th Ave shopping district. The balcony was small, but nice to sit out in the evening. Good views of the city. The washer and dryer were a definite plus since we had already been traveling for over a week. Uber, Lyft and "traditional" taxi were all available and could find the location easily. A combination of bus, rail and trolley for getting around town was also within walking distance. Negative: We didn't have anything that we disliked. If you're not used to staying in a "downtown" environment, it may be a little off-putting at night. I would not recommend walking the streets late, but I wouldn't recommend that in any city these days. More a word of caution as opposed to a dislike.

Pas à la hauteur, impersonnel et des soucis techniques. Positive: Bon emplacement, belle superficie Negative: L’air conditionné fonctionne très mal, difficile de descendre en dessous des 26-27 degrés centigrades. Le canapé lit ne disposait pas de draps à notre arrivée et, malgré nos demandes insistantes (nos avions besoin de ce couchage annoncé sur Booking), il aura fallu 24h au propriétaire pour les fournir :-( Pas de rideau occultant (même partiellement) à la grade baie vitrée, juste des stores translucides, donc très difficile de dormir dans le salon. Le propriétaire nous a prévenu plusieurs jour à l’avance de la panne du lave-linge mais à notre départ il n’était toujours pas réparé. Communication très difficile avec le propriétaire, cela semble être géré à distance par une société, très impersonnel et en cas de soucis (comme nous) il est difficile d’obtenir de l’aide.

The dish washer was broken, and a limited supply of dish soap. You have to be careful if you parking in this building. Firstly, the parking instructions were not clear. You get into the parking area, and they will tell you the parking spot after you pay ($20/day). Better they charge along with booking. There was a limit supply of garbage bags. When I contacted the owners, they said there is no one available. The unit filled up with the cigarette smell the moment we turn off the AC.

We didn’t have a stay. It might have been nice had it not already been let out to other people. Positive: The interior looked nice Our money was finally refunded Negative: Arrangements were difficult. Property description was scant. Should have been our first clue. Entering the property was difficult When we finally got into our accommodations, we found it already full of other folks’ belongings. No attempt was made by the booking company to find other accommodations for us. They and you finally did refund our money. Thank you for that.

Great location Just right for our overnight stay. Comfortable, clean. Great views of the city. However, didn't get quite as cool as the thermostat indicated. But both bedrooms had fans provided.

Gorgeous view of the city from the 21st floor. everything was clean. there is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay (dishes and other kitchen utensils, hair dryer, iron, washing machine and laundry gel). treats and ground coffee made our morning wonderful! Contactless check-in and check-out. everything was convenient, the owner answered all the questions quickly and was very polite! Negative: Everything was great

This was a lovely place to come for a getaway. The apartment was beautiful, clean, very well thought out and well designed. A lot of time and effort has been put into it, which we appreciated. The hosts were very kind and excellent at communicating with us. The area was great to see, and to find places to eat. The only downside was that we had felt some standard kitchen items were missing - basic condiments and cooking supplies, tea, scrubber for dishes, foil, plastic bags, and more basic baking pans. Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.
